Well here I am again heaping my praise on Frank and Sons Auto Body in West Richland. I took my Shelby Mustang in to get it detailed and waxed after having work done last year in the way of having the hood and front bumper repainted, along with the racing stripes replaced. They once again did an outstanding job with good attention to detail. The entire staff there is the epitome of what anyone could expect. Always courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to please their customers in every way possible. Dissatisfied. Very poor communication. Over priced, very lacking in quality and integrity. We had a small dent in our rear door and quarter panel. They said "no problem we do the best work in town". I should have known better. I asked them to repaint my hood as well as take care of a little scratch since they would be painting part of my car anyway, spruce it up. Mind you I bought this cadillac escalade esv platinum for my wife. In there original quote for the hood paint they added 6 scans at $65 a piece and wanted to charge me $300+ for a little chrome stip that sits above the grill. I got a complet new grill for less. I also called my buddies that work at Mccurley and asked them what that piece cost and yep they were trying to rip me off. Frustrated, I finally got the thing back after just over a mouth. I immediately found runs ad drips on the freshly painted hood and honestly the quarter and the door are full on orange peal in a black that just doesn't match. Two days later my wife went to the store, opened the rear hatch by remote and the door fell on her head. These guys suck, do not take your worst enemies car hear let alone something you car about. They said they'd call the following Monday to fix the runs drips and orange peal. That was jan. It's now February & no call. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! oh my gosh! they were a preferred by my insurance and so I went with them and so glad I did. I got my car back yesterday and wouldn't even be able to tell that I had a long horn sheep ram right into the side my car! lol not only did they do a great job fixing my cosmetic issues, Cheryl and Karla were also so awesome, they literally called me every Tuesday and Thursday to update me on my car (customer service at 10 stars!) .. and the turnaround time for fixing my car was very quick! They did great work on my truck that had been side swiped. Matched the paint and all lines were straight. But get ready for sticker shock!

I recently had a blowout on my dually that took out a rear fender and did some other damage. From the first time being at Frank and Sons to get an estimate. through picking up my truck, it was a great experience. The estimate was fast and fair, and I got my truck in on the day they scheduled, and it was done when they said it would be. During the entire process the communication was excellent. Tom was our primary contact, and he was great throughout the entire process. The work they did is flawless. I went over it with a very critical eye and it is absolutely perfect. I will never go anywhere else for body work. I highly recommend folks that want work done right by a shop that obviously cares about their customers go to Frank and Sons. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had. I wouldn't got my BMW painted waited 3 months for the biggest Disappointment ever my back bumper brackets broke. And I received my vehicle with the bracket's broken. Nobody told me that the brackets we're broken. I gave them a call and they stated that they knew. That they? Were on order I really think that if they were as respectable as it seems they would have done the job right the right the 1st time nobody forgot? To put my brackets on they just were worried if I was going to notice or not well I did and now they're ordering my brackets again. There's no way that my brackets took three weeks. Although they did tell me that my back reflector was broken and it was on order but failed to let me know that the brackets were also broken it's. Totally noticeable on both sides how they forgot that I don't know? read more

This is the second time we have use Frank and Son's. Both times the quality of the body work was great! As an added bonus my car was completely detailed inside and washed to perfection on the outside which was an awesome bonus!! I am beyond impressed with their customer service. There was a problem with my vehicle not related to the body work done and they went above and beyond to make it right. Not only was the customer service great they were nice about it too and never made me feel like an inconvenience. They dealt with the insurance company, constantly kept in touch with us, and the repair included recalibrations and service checks that were necessary to ensure the systems all worked as intended. I had the hood of my BMW repainted. It doesn't just look new, it looks better than new. Very high quality work.

My family has gone to Frank and Sons for decades, repairing seven of our cars over 20 years. Regrettably, I had a ridiculous experience this last time and will not be back. They took months to repair my vehicle (which had no accident, just ding and paint repair), broke numerous things on the car, left the taillights out when "done", causing me to drive away with no rear lights whatsoever, and other items not fully fastened. Best part: when confronted, they argued with me about whether they broke anything NUMEROUS times, REFUSED to fix things they broke (that worked just fine when the car got dropped off), and took over SIX MONTHS to get what they did own up to repaired. Just for context, I've never gone back to them once before about an issue, yet the general attitude was that they didnt do anything wrong, they're saints for doing what they probably saw being broken on camera in their shop, and I'm full of it. Big uck. Seven cars we've given them. Twenty years. read more

I agree with the reviewer for 10 stars! Mercedes recommended this repair shop and I now highly recommend them too! The outcome was better then I could have possibly expected. The damage was on the crease of the passenger door. No paint damage but the dent was noticeable and bumpy and difficult to fix but fix they did! I can not even tell where the damage occurred!
