I've taken my car there twice to repair damages caused by other drivers and was blown away both times by how well I was treated. Arsen treats all his customers like gold and is as honest and trustworthy as they come. I recently took my Mazda in for some front-end repairs and Arsen guided me through the insurance process and the rental car situation and made sure I understood the estimated costs and repairs. I had to have a cracked headlight assembly replaced on my passenger side. My driver's side headlight cover was foggy and yellow so it would have looked bad having one foggy and one clear/new. Instead of trying to convince me to purchase a matching headlight assembly for the driver's side ($500!) he polished the headlight cover for FREE so that they both look brand new now. I am so pleased by this! Totally made my day! Total repairs only took 2 days and my car looks amazing, like a new car! We had a 3-4 inch circle rusted spot on the side of our F150, they not only made this look good as new, but they also fixed another spot inside the door the size of a walnut that we were not aware of. They also finished off our pin stripes that needed "touched up". The best part about it, Arsen did not charge us for the extra work. I recently had a large dent repaired in my GMC 2500 truck. I used Ricland Collision Services. They estimated the repairs would take four days and provided a cost estimate. I left the vehicle with them to do the work. When I returned after four work days and picked up the vehicle I was truly amazed at the quality craftsmanship. Nothing short of outstanding. I chose Richland collision services after talking to the owner. I actually went there by mistake but after talking to him I felt this was the place i wanted to do business with. There were nerves at first because I had not heard of them. I once again used Richland Collision Services for repairs on my S5 after being merged in to by another driver - maybe bright red is too dull of color to see and I should have gone with something that pops more like grey. As usual, Artsen's service was excellent, the repairs were flawless, and he even worked with my insurance company for me to adjust their on-the-cheap estimate to what quality work actually costs.
