Out of many places I have looked up or sought out for repair work, Mathews still continues to impress me. I only saw the quality of work that came from them through friends and family and knew they were more than satisfied by how highly they spoke up the crew. It wasn't until I had to take my own vehicle in to have worked on that I truly knew the quality of work that went into a vehicle being done and taken care of by them. It is hard enough to leave your own personal vehicle in the hands of a stranger, especially when you take such good care of your own vehicle yourself, but without a doubt I would trust this crew any day of the week. The moment I stepped in I felt valued as a customer from the way I was greeted, all the way through the intake and claim process. I can not say enough about Mathews Auto Body and the length they go to for outstanding customer service. I appreciated their honesty on how long the work would take and the work was done on time. There was a small issue with a part, but they were upfront with that and have been great to get it fixed in a timely manner. When I returned my rental car and went to pick up my car there was a mechanical issue, not at all caused by Mathews Auto Body. Ryan was wonderful and made sure I had a car for the weekend and well into the next week. Honestly I have just had a chance to glance at the work done, but it looks great! I took my truck here to have a bumper cap painted because the old one was worn and chipped. There price was very competitive and they were friendly and easy to deal with. They did a great job painting it and matching the color. It only took a week to schedule the work and a day to complete it. After it was done I had a leak from my windshield washer reservoir next to the front bumper I took it back and we looked at it. They pointed out a hole in the washer hose that was caused by battery corrosion and brought out a part to fix it even though it had nothing to do with installing the bumper or anything to do with the work they performed. They were willing to go the extra mile and stick with traditional values of putting there customer first. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

You do not have to go any further than the Mathews Brothers vehicle damage repair shop. I have taken both my vehicles their for substantial repair, once for a repair that they ended up buffing my garage scrape that took a 40 minute wait time for thirty five bucks. I then had a toy Volkswagen I picked up at a garage sale for my wife who travelled Europe in a very similar but that needed a paint change fro Orange to the green one she toured in Europe with her three high school buddies. We recently had body work done on our Mazda Miata MX-5 convertible car. A side panel was replaced, with painting done and tail light assembly installed. Ryan was prompt in doing the estimate, gave a very reasonable quote, and when the vehicle was finished, it looked fabulous. The bright red paint was flashy and jumped out at you! If you've been in a collision and you want your car fixed right take it to Mathews Auto Body. They're friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. We were recently involved in a collision and took our car to Mathews. It turns out Mathews is a preferred auto body shop for Mutual of Enumclaw. When I told my insurance adjuster where I wanted to go and that I had a quote he didn't ask any questions. He said they wouldn't need to send an adjuster since we wanted to use Mathews. Matthews did an amazing job fixing my car after I was hit! You'd never be able to tell that I ever had gotten hit when it was done. They were so friendly and I never had to worry about anything. I've had a couple of instances when I needed to use Mathews and every, single time they have exceeded by expectations for customer service and finished the job on time. The last time was on a snowy day week after Christmas 2015. I had my car in to repair my BMW's back bumper where backing into me with their trailer hitch. Mathews repaired the bumper cover and it looks great - even blending the new area in with the existing 14 year old color. While there I also had them buff and refinish my aging headlights. Mathew's Auto Body was great! It took a few weeks to get an appointment but so worth the wait. I was able to drop off my car the night before our repair appointment. I didn't even have to worry about being there early. My repair was scheduled to be about 3 days and I got a call back the day after my appointment. Very fast service! Very nice people! These guys did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. I have a 2010 Subaru Outback, and i got in a wreck which destroyed my driver's side front wheel and crunched in the front side corner of the car. My car looked awful when it got towed away from the scene, and now it literally (no exaggerating in the slightest) looks better than it did before the accident. Extremely impressed with this place. When somebody dented my door while I was out to breakfast, I went to get a price quote that same day. First stop was Maaco, because it was the only place open on a Saturday morning. Maaco quoted me over $1,000 - saying they had to take the door off and repaint. On monday, I went to Mathews because of the positive reviews on Yelp, and they quoted me under $150. Very friendly and professional staff. Appraisal process was incredibly efficient. Scheduling was a few weeks out, but repair was completed in the time promised. The repair looks great - cannot tell there was any damage. Color matching was great, despite the fact that the car is over 10 years old and somewhat faded. No problems with billing or insurance. Ryan was AWESOME! He took the time to personally fix my paint issues when I just happened to drop in during a busy morning. He wouldn't even allow me to pay for the service even though I told him I would like to a few times. The paint looked great once he was done sanding and buffing two spots on my 2012 Black BMW.
