Having recently moved to the Tri-Cities, I was hesitant to commit to an auto repair shop in this unfamiliar area. The insurance company I dealt with was not mine so I was really doubtful about a positive outcome from the beginning. I was honest with Gary about my anxiety and lack of trust. He was not offended and worked to show me the company guarantees. I was satisfied that the ball was in my court to agree or not agree with the outcome. I was satisfied that Gary was representing the company with honesty and integrity, and that is not easy to do in my case as I am very skeptical when it comes to any auto service. They did exemplary work on my car. I was amazed with the color match. It was perfect. I don't know how they can do that on an 11 year old car, but they did! A year ago, I had three quotes to get on the side door of my company van. I could not use the door due to it being an automatic Door opener,Which was broke. I received two quotes, and I pulled into the caliber collision parking lot for my third quote. The man looked the door, he asked me if I needed it to be automatic for any reason. I said Nope! He disconnected the part. charged nothing and sent me on my way. A year later, my Subaru had a plastic bolt break under the carriage. so of course I go back to caliber. I asked if I could buy a bolt to fix it. the front desk lady said they order all parts needed.The General Manager, Jesus, went in the back found a bunch of the bolts to make sure he had the correct size. he fixed it and put me back on the road again, No charge! I was referred by an insurance company after my BMW was hit by another driver. Caliber was not on my list for an estimate and was somewhat out of the way. I agreed to have my car completed with them. What I found was the attention to detail and the perfection of the job in a very timely manner. I couldn't tell that my front bumper and side panel had ever been hit. Very satisfied! I had an unfortunate nighttime encounter with a good size deer that caused damage to the front of my Toyota Tacoma. Insurance sent me to Caliber in Kennewick and I'm happy they did. What a pleasure to have the process explained by Andrea and Gary was great as we inspected the vehicle together and marked everything that looked damaged. Their quote covered everything and I was kept informed almost daily as to the progress. They kept took an extra day because one after market part they originally got didn't look exactly right so they ordered the Toyota part. That was fine with me! My car was backed into the front end in a parking lot. The staff greeted me and let me know they had authorization from the insurance company. Gary gave me a quick and good estimate and the insurance was approved in 2 days. I showed to drop off and they got a rental car agency to pick me up. Quick and easy. The only delay I had was waiting for parts (pandemic has us all slowed down). My car was put back to its original condition and they even detailed it for me. Through the recommendation of my insurance company I selected Caliber Collision to perform repairs on my car. My service Advisor was Gary Rose. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Gary and the team. The work was completed a few days earlier than projected and the the work done looks great! The battery on my car key had died and I never bothered to replace it. Gary purchased two new batteries and gave me the extra one after installing one in my key. Had someone sideswipe my white SUV with their side mirror. So I had an appointment at Caliber Collision. When I got there, only had to wait a couple of minutes. Myself and Gary from Caliber went out and did an inspection of the door that got damaged.
