Mike was called to tow my vehicle after an accident. Feeling so ashamed, I got out of the car he he arrived and he instantly made me feel better. He treated me and my family with the upmost kindness. He tow my car to my home, then I had to have him reload it and take it over to the auto body shop. I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did. My alternator busted just outside of town and I was able to make it 4 minutes from the Toyota service shop. Toyota recommended calling this place and I was worried that it was going to be pricey. The tow truck driver professionally loaded my vehicle and then recommended certain hotels to help me get set up for the night. The next day I talked to Ken and never once felt taken advantage of due to my situation as I was from out of town and basically stranded without my vehicle. Rather, we discussed what my options were and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Ken's Auto Rescue - Ken's brought the RIGHT truck for the job! - Towing Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

Our car was towed from a private business without having followed Wa. law , they had 5 days to file the proper paperwork and had it for over a month. It was towed from a transmission shop illegally without proper permit. Both the shop and tow yard are being taken to small claims court. They are charging over $600 and failed to give us the permit required by Wa state law when we asked for it. Keys were lost in the process. Both shop and tow company didn't follow proper procedures forcing us to go to court to recover costs of tow and loss of mechanic fees. read more

Having to get your vehicle towed is usually not a real happy time in a person's life. I have had Ken's tow me on three separate occasions since I have moved to the Tri-Cities. Each time, the driver was professional and courteous. After calling around or searching on the internet, you will find other tow companies that have "special rates" for local tows, but after giving all of your information you will usually find out that this rate only applies to Honda Civic-sized vehicles. After an unpleasant breakdown in hot weather and arguing with my insurance about my towing coverage area; I called Ken's Auto Rescue for a tow. Best choice I could have ever made. I was in Oregon just off I-84 and needed towed to the nearest Lithia dealership (Kennewick). They could have said no.. I was over a hundred miles from them, after hours and they were kind, fast, and super super friendly. Our tow guy Matt was awesome, no awkward silence in the cab on the ride back to Kennewick, nice conversation and just a stellar dude. Would totally recommend them to anyone needing a tow in the Tri-Cities area. I'm going to start off by saying never again will I uses their services. The man that got us dropped our car on its axle after we told him multiple times there was no tire. Then started to cuss at us like we did it. Then he asked why we needed a tow if we blew two tires.
