My husband researched shops to install an aftermarket automatic lift gate on my 4Runner. This shop came recommended and were willing to install the lift gate we had. We brought it in and dropped it off. They had some issues with the install and let us know they tried everything they could to make it function properly (the lift gate wasn't allowing me to open the back hatch while the vehicle was off... wildly inconvenient). However, when we got it home, we decided it wasn't going to work out. While looking at the vehicle, we noticed deep scratches on the back window tint from where the lift gate struts scraped against it during install. We also noticed the handle on the left side had black duct tape covering a hole they made to put the button for the auto lift gate in and apparently decided not to use. I would imagine a body shop would have access to a simple handle and be able to replace this rather than covering it with duct tape. We decided we wanted the factory lift gate re-installed and contacted them asking to get it done. We had no problem paying for the re-install of the factory lift gate but we wanted the tint and the handle fixed at no charge since these were damaged in the process. I brought it in and dropped it off in a Sunday and they called me the next day telling me it was ready. I went by to pick it up to discover that they never re-installed the factory lift gate, only fixed the tint and handle. At this time, I also noticed the hatch door was severely misaligned and pointed out that it needed to be fixed as well. I left the vehicle for an additional week for them to fix the additional issue and re-install the factory gate. I came to pick it up today and got into it and the check engine light as well as the traction control light were illuminated. They were not on when I brought my vehicle in. I went into the office and asked if they'd noticed when those lights came on and was hesitantly told they didn't know and that I could come back and they'd check the codes. I refused and told them I'd never be back to their shop again. Disappointed is an understatement. Now I'll need to go to another shop and check the codes and figure out if it's a wiring issue related to them working on my vehicle or if it's something else. Either way, I will never return to this shop. The lack of integrity and professionalism is astounding. read more

I had my control arm snap today and my car was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection and i called clearwater collision. The guy was awesome! He was there in less than 2 minutes, not shittin You 2 minutes! Had me hooked up and we were on our way within 7 or 8 minutes of the tire falling off in the first place. He said his name was Victor. WORST SHOP EVER! They not only kept my car for a month, when they said it was going to be a week max, BUT also the owner, Tim, was a complete RUDE ASSHOLE! I never got any updates on my vehicle, he never kept me in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle and proceeded to act like a child when I chose to finally voice my opinion to him. He even said, "well, it's not my fault you crashed your car! Haha" WOW! Ok, TIM, I am glad myself and others who are unfortunate to have been in am accident are able to put mobey in your scum pockets!! I also love the fact that I had a door repair and they took it upon themselves to screw up my radiator and cut a hose as a form of juvenile revenge because I voiced my opinion of him and his crappy shop! I will be taking this attack very seriously and will continue to pursue pressing charges against these FRAUDELENT and SHADY owners! By far the worst body shop I have ever been to my car was damaged by a business and I was made to use this place to get it repaired. Took them a day longer then first quoted with no call to let me know when I went to pick it up the paint job was horrible bumps in the paint and spots right next to the damage were not repainted because and I quote nobody will notice because its just plastic molding. Strange I noticed right away I told them I wanted the paint job fixed they said it would be ready the next day. Came back the next day it looked even worse then the day before now full of swirl marks. My insurance company sent me to a preferred body shop to get a quote to repair what they did and during the inspection the noticed that after 3 days the clear coat on the work they did was already flaking off. While repairing their work they also found that the dent they claimed they would fix by pulling out the sheet metal was instead just filled with bondo. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this body shop but to people that you hate the most. They are being sued by my insurance company because they don't even carry any business insurance so if anything happens to your car their you will be out on your own. read more

These guys were great. My wife was rear ended and the other insurance denied fault for a while. This is where my insurance sent us. It took a little long than I expected but it wasn't like it was a scheduled repair. Super nice and kept me up to date on the ETA. Work looks great and haven't had any problems.
