Highly Recommend Clearwater Collision Repair - Kennewick, WA Shout-out to Kolton and the entire Clearwater Collision Repair team for taking such incredible care of my husband and me after he was involved in a hit-and-run collision. We were already dealing with a lot, and Kolton truly made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, he helped my husband navigate getting the car into the shop and worked hands-on with our auto insurance, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. What really stood out was the communication. Kolton made sure we received consistent updates, even during the busy holiday season with Christmas and New Year's approaching. He didn't just keep us informed--he advocated for my husband by ensuring the vehicle was properly evaluated and appraised by the insurance company. The entire process was resolved within 2-3 weeks, which honestly exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, and supportive collision repair shop, this is it. Highly recommend Clearwater Collision Repair 100%--and yes, they are EV and Tesla approved! Thank you, Kolton and team, for your hard work and outstanding service! read more

We've trusted Clearwater Collision for decades, and they've always treated us like family. After a few accidents over the years, they handled everything seamlessly--making our cars look brand new. They even helped with loaner vehicles when we needed them and, over the years, even gifted vehicles to my disabled father. Their care, professionalism, and genuine kindness have made a huge difference in stressful moments. We highly recommend them! read more

My husband researched shops to install an aftermarket automatic lift gate on my 4Runner. This shop came recommended and were willing to install the lift gate we had. We brought it in and dropped it off. They had some issues with the install and let us know they tried everything they could to make it function properly (the lift gate wasn't allowing me to open the back hatch while the vehicle was off... wildly inconvenient). However, when we got it home, we decided it wasn't going to work out. While looking at the vehicle, we noticed deep scratches on the back window tint from where the lift gate struts scraped against it during install. We also noticed the handle on the left side had black duct tape covering a hole they made to put the button for the auto lift gate in and apparently decided not to use. I would imagine a body shop would have access to a simple handle and be able to replace this rather than covering it with duct tape. We decided we wanted the factory lift gate re-installed and contacted them asking to get it done. We had no problem paying for the re-install of the factory lift gate but we wanted the tint and the handle fixed at no charge since these were damaged in the process. I brought it in and dropped it off in a Sunday and they called me the next day telling me it was ready. I went by to pick it up to discover that they never re-installed the factory lift gate, only fixed the tint and handle. At this time, I also noticed the hatch door was severely misaligned and pointed out that it needed to be fixed as well. I left the vehicle for an additional week for them to fix the additional issue and re-install the factory gate. I came to pick it up today and got into it and the check engine light as well as the traction control light were illuminated. They were not on when I brought my vehicle in. I went into the office and asked if they'd noticed when those lights came on and was hesitantly told they didn't know and that I could come back and they'd check the codes. I refused and told them I'd never be back to their shop again. Disappointed is an understatement. Now I'll need to go to another shop and check the codes and figure out if it's a wiring issue related to them working on my vehicle or if it's something else. Either way, I will never return to this shop. The lack of integrity and professionalism is astounding. read more

I definitely recommend Clearwater Collision & Towing. Heather is the one who took over my mess I was in from a boat trailer I bought with some inconsistent information on the affidavit of abandonment form. I came in, explained all my concerns and issues with it. She heard my frustrations, confusion and assured me she will help me figure it out. Not only was she quick, used her resources, knowledge and friendly and is the most understanding person considering the stressful situation I was in. Heather definitely is the glue and THE asset to this compnay. Thank you Heather for everything you have done to help me to have a positive outcome. You truly are the best!! read more

They were amazing here. Friendly and my car looks amazing after their work. Detailed both inside and out. I paid out of pocket for the large dent in the side of my car and Kolton even gave me options as to how I could better fit my price range. My car was done faster than expected and I'm so happy with my experience. Thanks again! read more

I will never go anywhere else!!! When you walk into Clearwater Collision and Towing, you walk into a family atmosphere. You will be taken care of and updated along the way. I have always left extremely happy with my experience. My whole family goes here, too! They are quick, friendly, and the process was easy. The owner is so kind, too. He explained everything that they did on my vehicle and makes sure all of my questions are answered. ALSO!!!! I seriously LOVE that they have never tried to oversell me anything. Being a woman, I run into that issue with car repair companies because they automatically assume I don't understand my vehicle. It's not only annoying and rude, but it is also dishonest. Clearwater Collision & Towing LLC is my forever go to for my car repairs. And I know if I need a tow truck to come grab me (God forbid), they are available 24 hours. Now, I call that peace of mind! read more

My car broke down outside Connell, WA on my way to the Tri-Cities. Let me tell you, sitting on the side of the road with traffic blasting by you is not the time to try and find a tow truck! Google showed most of the companies as "closed", or they didn't have the best reviews. I called a few other companies first, and they were not very helpful. Clearwater Collision should have been the first call I made. They answered the phone right away, and were extremely helpful. They gave me a very fair rate and came right away. They even texted me a photo of my vehicle when they dropped it off. This is definitely who I will be calling first next time if I ever need another tow. read more

My car overheated today and I was stranded in Connell, about 25 minutes outside of the Tri Cities area, and about an hour and a half away from my home. My car insurance hooked me up with these guys and I had such a wonderful experience! I waited quite a long time due to all the hoops AAA made me jump through but once the choice was made on the tow company, Clearwater Collision was wonderful at keeping me updated on the ETA. One of their tow truck drivers showed up as scheduled and quickly asked what was wrong with my car. I explained what had happened and he said, "Well, hold on, let me see if I can fix this before we even go anywhere." You'll never believe it but he was able to get my car moving without the need of a tow and it saved me $327! Now if that's not unselfish and honest, I don't know what is! He even followed up an hour and a half later to make sure I made it home safely. My favorite line of his, "Don't worry ma'am, we just want to make sure we're helping people." Swoon. I definitely recommend this company! What an awesome help this was. Thank you Clearwater Collision, and thank you Tanner! And what impeccable manners -- if you have the option, ask for Tanner! read more

I had my control arm snap today and my car was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection and i called clearwater collision. The guy was awesome! He was there in less than 2 minutes, not shittin You 2 minutes! Had me hooked up and we were on our way within 7 or 8 minutes of the tire falling off in the first place. He said his name was Victor. He was quick professional and really did me a solid today. For that I am very thankful, and would definitely go back and or recommend them to anyone who might need their services. Thanks again Clear Water Collision!!!!! Yal are the real MVP read more

This place is awesome, where do I even begin?! Their staff is friendly and professional and their work is immaculate. On top of doing a great job on their repairs, they go the extra mile and return your car all clean from the inside and outside, that's what I call exceeding a customer's expectations! Geico also has a representative in their office which made everything super easy. Love this place and will continue recommending it to all my friends and family. read more

Great workmanship and very trustworthy. Highly recommend Tim, Gaspar, Amanda and the crew over there. Thank you!

After another tow company in town failed to show up for the tow they had scheduled, I called Clearwater Collision for a tow. The driver showed up in less than 10 minutes and was very competent, friendly, and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a tow read more

If you need your car fixed quickly don't take it to this shop. It takes them too long to fix even the very small damage on the car.

I have used Clearwater Collision a few times. They are always quick, friendly, and reasonably priced.

WORST SHOP EVER! They not only kept my car for a month, when they said it was going to be a week max, BUT also the owner, Tim, was a complete RUDE ASSHOLE! I never got any updates on my vehicle, he never kept me in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle and proceeded to act like a child when I chose to finally voice my opinion to him. He even said, "well, it's not my fault you crashed your car! Haha" WOW! Ok, TIM, I am glad myself and others who are unfortunate to have been in am accident are able to put mobey in your scum pockets!! I also love the fact that I had a door repair and they took it upon themselves to screw up my radiator and cut a hose as a form of juvenile revenge because I voiced my opinion of him and his crappy shop! I will be taking this attack very seriously and will continue to pursue pressing charges against these FRAUDELENT and SHADY owners! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL SCREW IT UP EVEN FURTHER!! read more

By far the worst body shop I have ever been to my car was damaged by a business and I was made to use this place to get it repaired. Took them a day longer then first quoted with no call to let me know when I went to pick it up the paint job was horrible bumps in the paint and spots right next to the damage were not repainted because and I quote nobody will notice because its just plastic molding. Strange I noticed right away I told them I wanted the paint job fixed they said it would be ready the next day. Came back the next day it looked even worse then the day before now full of swirl marks. My insurance company sent me to a preferred body shop to get a quote to repair what they did and during the inspection the noticed that after 3 days the clear coat on the work they did was already flaking off. While repairing their work they also found that the dent they claimed they would fix by pulling out the sheet metal was instead just filled with bondo. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this body shop but to people that you hate the most. They are being sued by my insurance company because they don't even carry any business insurance so if anything happens to your car their you will be out on your own. read more

These guys were great. My wife was rear ended and the other insurance denied fault for a while. This is where my insurance sent us. It took a little long than I expected but it wasn't like it was a scheduled repair. Super nice and kept me up to date on the ETA. Work looks great and haven't had any problems. Would defiantly go back to them, hopefully I wont have to. read more

My daughter was hit in my car around Christmas and I was unsure who to take my car to for the repairs. Atomic in Richland was the most convenient but I had already had a bad experience with them and was not willing to go back. Not trusting the other persons insurance company, I phoned my insurance company and one of the referrals they gave me was Clearwater Collision. WOW was I glad I ended up there!! I had an issue with the insurance company and they bent over backwards to try and help me resolve it and made sure that any additional inconvenience to me was going to be minimal. It was the insurance company that was causing the issue yet they were the ones trying to come up with the solution. And when the repairs were complete my car looked great. They provide a high level of customer service, exceptional body work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to trust for repair work. read more
