Great inventory and fair prices. Bought a new dump trailer. Wrapped up the paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Had wiring done at UHaul on Rainier Ave in Renton. Took our new RV on a road trip. Coming down…read moreSnoqualmie Pass I learned my trailer had no brakes. Almost caused a massive accident. Modified trip so UHaul Pasco on Court Street could resolve problem. Mike, the technition, told me that the other UHaul had mangled the install. Done completely wrong. Blew 4 fuses on my Honda. It was arching sparks under the car. I left my Honda there and used a UHaul truck to take our trailer to Bend Oregon. Came back to Pasco to pick up car. I was told problem was fixed. I tested it before I left. Trailer brakes did not work. I told the manager it was not fixed. She told me I was wrong. She went out with her test kit to show me that I was wrong. She actually slammed the register shut and was quite harsh. She discovered I had no brakes with her test kit. Her attitude softened at that point. She opened the hatch to find that the back compartment of the Honda Pilot was torn apart and the tools were still in my car. I asked for the truck to take my trailer back to Renton. She refused as it was apparently UHaul's policy to send customers on the road with no brakes. We were forced to take another day off of work (my wife) and spent another day in Pasco while they tried to fix. The next day they fixed it; however, my trailer main fuse blows every time I plug in to the Honda. I was told It is my brand new trailer that is broken and not their install issue. We left and pulled over in Vernita WA rest stop. I discovered that my left tail light assembly was missing. I have a video of the tail light when I dropped off the car. It was missing when we left or it fell off shortly after leaving because it was put back on improperly. I sent pictures to UHaul an hour after we left. I was told it was not their problem. I have spent two days attempting to get a hold of management at corporate level. I've spent an hour on hold and have talked to no one. Moral of this story, avoid UHaul at all costs.

Purchased a trailer waited almost 3 weeks to do the walk through…read more Go to dealership after being on the road 5 hours, no one was around as all sales staff were at another lot for big sale. Our trailer was never detailed, all holding tanks were full! Isn't this illegal....? Vent cover on floor screw striped out. Urine smell coming from vent in living area and no heat coming from vent.. Now said trailer in the shop! Now..I can bet no maintenance was ever done on this trailer, just a quick wipe down of the inside and call it good.. The salesman we had to deal with was something else and not someone I would have working for my establishment. I'm sad that I have to write a not so good review. But I feel things should've been taken care of and the trailer should've been clean and ready for the new owners! There should've been some pride in the shop and follow up from management. Took trailer to local shop due to urine smell and there were Mouse droppings in the Ducting. Called click it they offered to take care of the chewed ducting by dropping the under belly. Went to pick up the trailer after they said it was ready and this is what we seen. Then we went camping and my husband noticed that the under belly was hanging. And this is what we are left to deal with. The previous shop we took it to never cut the under belly! This is laziness and a lack of respect of personal property at it finest. Now I know why there was no charge! And they didn't even replace the ducting to the bedroom and the black water tank was full! Thanks for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Drove over to schedule in person, no one was in the service department customer service desk. Waited in the service department lobby. No one around for at least 10 minutes. Finally someone from the parts department asked me if I had been helped. Finally got someone to help me. Got the appointment scheduled. Informed them that service department calls keep going to Mike's VM. Dropped off the trailer for dewinterizing which also included replacing the tongue jack. Had to call them after 6 days to find out if the work was done or not. Again, all calls went to "Mike's voicemail". Confirmed that the number was the same as listed on their website. Drove to see service department. Again, no one in the service department lobby to help me. Had to walk around the building until I found another employee and asked them to send someone to the service department. Work was completed but no one called me. Again, informed them that calls keep going to "Mike's voicemail." Paid about $450. Went camping and find out that they never closed up the water heater tank so potable water kept pouring out the back of the trailer. Had to go buy a 1-1/16 inch socket to fit the anode rod so it could be screwed back into place. That is dewinterization 101. Unbelievable! Do NOT recommend this business. Customer service is not a high priority to them.

I'm late submitting this one. We'll start from the beginning... Dec 2023! We had been on the hunt…read morefor a very specific model 5th Wheel for quite a while and with it just rolling into Jan 2024, those 2023 models were on awesome close out prices and we found it at Blue Compass in Pasco, WA. We live in AK, so we have been prepared all along to take a road trip to pick one up. The moment we called for more info, the salesman was super energetic and motivated to help us. He was quick to send us info, quotes for additional upgrades and even a tour via FaceTime. He also assured us that management would allow us to store the unit there until May, when it's safe to make the drive through Alaska and Canada. We were thrilled. We decided to go the easy route and just go through them with financing, so we gave a cc to put money down to hold it and waited to hear from the finance person the next day. We randomly get a call that everything looks good, but they want more money. Enter confused look! The salesman says they will need a percentage down to move forward with the financing, that it's a requirement. Sigh... we're told that there are no lenders that will do 100% financing and they need at least 10%.... Sigh.... Okay. The financing gal calls later in the day and and comes back with this ridiculous APR and I questioned it... literally "Are you sure that's the best you can get us... blah blah blah"? She assured us it was because of the horrible economy but that it would be easy to refinance to a lower rate this summer. Fair enough... this is a high dollar item. We decided we would move forward.... Booked airline tickets, hotel and car to head down to take care of the paperwork in a day. The next day, a little bothered by the APR, we find out our very own bank will do RV loans to this caliber, their loan rates are lower and we weren't required to put anything down. Wait... what?! Literally done in 10 minutes and received the loan check the next day! Well... it turns out they don't want you to get a better deal with your own lender and they were pissed! After a lot of heated back and forth, I finally asked if they were reneging on the deal and they didn't. We fly down, sign their paperwork and the tension was THICK with management and the finance gal! We did a walk through, pointed out numerous things that needed to be fixed on the list and honestly left happy because of the salesman Zack. Fast forward to the beginning of April, I had been in contact with the service department numerous times to ensure the punch list is done and set the appointment for our arrival in the middle of the month. Several texts with Zack on the drive down the Alcan, assuring him we would be there at this specific day, first thing when they open! Cool, everything is set and we are super excited. We arrive at opening and nobody knows who we are, that we're there to pick up a rig or anything. The service guy was off that day and didn't tell anyone apparently. The rig is pulled out of the lot, filthy with bird poop in numerous spots and they can't clean it for us either. None of the repairs were done, they seemed annoyed when we asked to show us a few things and admittedly, we were pretty pissed with the service department, they were definitely lacking on every level! We requested several things be mailed to us and we would fix them ourselves and here is it, I'm finishing this review in July 2025 and we've never heard from them again. No checking in to see how our rig is, if we're happy with it, if there's anything they missed or anything... and honestly, it's probably for the best. We love our rig, the salesman Zack was amazing... absolutely nothing else to say positive about our experience with BC though.

Unfortunately, everything after the sale went downhill fast. I was forced to return three separate times to re-sign financing paperwork due to repeated errors made by their finance team. Despite voicing my growing concerns about the loan status, I was constantly reassured by finance (Lozano) and management (Alison) that "everything is fine." That was a lie. Eventually, I called the bank myself -- they had no record of me. Only during my third re-sign, after I insisted, did we call the bank together and finally confirm my loan was approved. Because of all the dealership's delays and errors, I was told -- in front of a bank rep -- that the dealership would make the first loan payment. But once I got online access to the loan, it was marked PAST DUE. No payment had been made. I reached out immediately -- no response. Just a vague text from Alison saying Lozano wasn't in. No one ever followed up. Blue Compass RV made a verbal promise to correct a mistake they caused, and then ghosted me when it was time to follow through. Now I'm left dealing with a late loan, credit risk, and zero accountability. Would never recommend. Once the sale is done, you're on your own.

He claimed he's made nearly 80 trailers and some for this specific type of golf cart. Although his website states, "We will finish your project in the time we tell you". That was not the case for me. I received several delays and even on the day of delivery, I was still missing the spare tire/rim I purchased. Bill helped me load the trailer and I took it home (10 miles from his location). I tried to load my cart, and it didn't tilt like he said it should (see photos). I then tried to take the cart off the trailer and as soon as the back wheels came off the trailer, it tilted down, slamming under the cart where I was now stuck (see photos). I had to drag it off and scratch the trailer. I immediately sent him a text and photos. He agreed he needed to make a longer trailer and would have one done in a week. I wanted to see how the trailer pulled with the cart on it, so I drove it down the street from my home. About 100 yards into it, the left wheel came off (see photos). At this point I have less than 11 miles of distance on the trailer and the wheels have already fallen off. I sent him photos, and he said his handshake was all I needed and that he would make it right. I delivered the trailer back to him and he stated he suspected a disgruntled employee might have messed with the lug nuts because he too lost 2 wheels on a trip and that he leaves the trailers outside overnight. After over a week of waiting and still no replacement, I reached out to Bill asking to go over the details of the new trailer or talk about a refund. He hadn't even started the new trailer, so he offered a full refund in a few days. After a week, I asked for an ETA on the money so I can purchase a new trailer. He said he had no money, and I should wait. My attorney said to set a due date and to be clear of the steps I would take if he continued to delay and change his story. I did that and Bill replied saying he consulted with several outside sources within the trailer industry, and they all agreed that "the impossibilities of what you have stated are true fact". Even though they agreed with me, he then said I should file a claim with my insurance and then I can pay him to fix the trailer. He added, the trailer "operated exactly as Tripp Trailers represented to operate". From the photos, it clearly shows the trailer doesn't do what it's designed to do. Unfortunately for me, I will have to go to court but if you're looking for a trailer, I'd suggest avoiding Bill Waddell at Tripp Trailers and Customs. He clearly over promises and under delivers and the handshake has proven to have no value. Although the Trac Pac Trailer has been around for a while, Bill is not the designer or original owner. He is just the current owner of the name Trac Pac Trailers. That doesn't mean the quality and customer service stays with the name as I have found out the hard way.

This review is based on our experience with the owner. The staff does not deserve a one star…read morerating, but the OWNER went out of her way to earn less than one star. We arranged the purchase of a Axis T23 over the phone for 99,900 dollars, before fees and taxes. The purchase was handled this way as we are 4.5 hours away from the business, which they were informed of. On 03/26/2021 we drove 4.5 hours to get to Kennewick and to see the new boat in person. On our arrival we saw the boat as it was being cleaned up. The young shop person was very friendly and helpful. He took us on our demo ride the next day as our sales person was not available. He was a great help and is not reflected in the one star rating. During our first look at the boat, a older women, later identified as the owner, came outside and the first words out of her mouth were, who are you. We were standing outside the shop door so I did not get too concerned when she came within 6 feet of us without a mask on. We did not receive a greeting or a thank you for coming all that way to spend over a 100K at her business. She barked some order at one of the staff and quickly walked away. The next day we went out on the demo ride. Again, this young man was great. This was consistent with all the staff in the store, pleasant, professional, working hard to make the customer happy. That was true for everyone except the owner. The demo ride went great. It was time to close the deal. At the store we went to the business person. We brought up that the sales person had told us that we could receive some gear as part of the deal. This was in lieu of an additional price reductions. Boards, ropes, fenders, etc was related to us as being on the table. She knew nothing about it. She brought in another person, who was trying to be helpful, who said they only discount gear. He said he would try to call the other sales person. He came back and said he could not get a hold of him but would through in a wake surf board in an effort to make us happy. At that time we were ready to cancel the deal and head to Montana where a similar boat was available. The board supplied was a nice Hyperlite. Once we took a closer look at the package, after arriving home, we saw that the wrapping had a small cut in it and all the fins were missing. I hope they did not know they were missing, but who knows. At this time were told we could buy any other gear or supplies with a 25 percent discount. We went out to pick our board with the salesperson. Once this was done the owner walked up. Totally ignored us and began questioning, in front of other customers, the staff member about the board. She began arguing about the board being thrown in. She said it should only be discounted, then only at cost. The staff members had saved a 100k deal by following through on was our absent salesperson had promised. The owner acted in front of us like we were stealing something. The boat did not come with bumpers on the trailer guides or a safety strap. We were told Malibu and Axis did not put safety straps on the boat. We looked at the first Malibu for sale on the lot and it had a safety strap. We bought the trailer bumpers. The 25 percent discount quickly changed to a 20 percent discount. The owner reappeared as we were making the purchase. She again ignored us and ask the counter person who he was helping. Another customer had walked up to buy a couple items. She had the counter person stop helping us and help the other customers. As he was helping them, the owner began arguing with the counter person about the amount of discount he was giving us. She said it should be only 10 percent, not the 20 percent. This went on in front of the other customers. The owner was arguing over $5.00 dollars after we just spent over 100K at her business. Our entire experience with the OWNER ofTraveland RV and Marine was nothing but a negative and insulting experience. She ignored us, was rude to us, treated us like we were a problem and trying to steal from her. Not once did she treat us with any courtesy or respect. Not once did she say the words, "thank you" to us. At least three times she came within 6 feet of us, inside the store, without a mask covering. I don't know if it was because we were from out of town, or because she was upset that one of her staff was working to save the deal and fulfill what her salesperson had promised, or we received a $5.00 discount. What ever the reason, she, the OWNER, went out of her way to treat a 100k customer with contempt and disrespect. I think her staff does a good job and are generally professional. It appears from our experience that they cover her unprofessional, egotistical and disrespectful behavior. If I could do it over again, I would of gone straight to Montana to make our 100K purchase.
