I'm writing this after watching how my dad was treated by this body shop -- and I really feel like…read morepeople need to be warned. He brought in his vehicle to have just the hood and roof repainted. He got a quote up front and was told it would take about 3-4 days. Sounded straightforward. But by the fourth day, no one had reached out. So he called to check in -- and instead of a simple update, he got a rude and irritated response from the owner himself, who seemed frustrated that my dad was even calling. The owner complained about being pressured and said he underestimated the work, that only the hood was done, and that he didn't want to finish the job. He flat-out said he was no longer interested in completing the work. That completely threw us off. My dad stayed calm, but honestly, that should've been the end right there. Then a few days later, out of nowhere, the owner calls back -- totally different tone. Now he's saying he can finish the job, that he has plenty of workers available, and he seems eager to make it right. My dad, being the kind of guy he is, asked if he was sure about doing the work, especially if he felt he wasn't getting paid enough or if it wasn't worth it to him. The owner said it was no problem -- so we agreed to let him finish. Fast forward to when we pick the car up. My dad paid before inspecting everything closely. Once he got home, he noticed sanding marks and visible damage on the upper part of the vehicle -- areas that were never part of the job and were in great condition before. Luckily, my mom had taken photos right before dropping it off, and they clearly show that this damage wasn't there beforehand. My dad called the owner, calmly brought it up -- and of course, he denied it right away. No apology, no ownership. And instead of offering to fix the issue, he immediately gave my dad a quote to repair the new damage. That part really rubbed us the wrong way. And if that wasn't enough, when they called to say the vehicle was ready, a staff member told us they don't accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks -- just cash. That was another red flag. In the end, it wasn't just the inconsistent service -- it was the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way they handled a mistake without taking responsibility. My dad's a respectful, reasonable person, and seeing how he was treated just isn't right. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my husband, who recently took his vehicle to this auto body…read moreshop for a simple paint job -- just the roof and hood. Everything started off fine: we got a quote, were told it would take 3-4 days, and left the vehicle in good faith. On day 4, with no updates, my husband called to check in -- and that's when things took a sharp turn. The owner was surprisingly disgruntled and confrontational, complaining that we were "pressuring him" and that he underestimated the job. He told my husband that only the hood was finished and that he wasn't interested in completing the work at all. It was very confusing and upsetting, especially since we were simply following up based on the timeline he himself gave us. This is exactly why we asked for a quote in the first place -- to avoid surprises like this. Then, a few days later, the same owner calls back with a completely different tone. Now, he's enthusiastic, says he has plenty of workers ready to get it done, and is willing to finish the job. We were baffled, but still wanted the car completed properly, so my husband even asked again if he felt comfortable taking it on -- we wanted good, quality work done, not something rushed or resentful. He reassured us, so we moved forward. When my husband picked up the vehicle today, he paid and left -- only to get home and discover that part of the upper side of the vehicle had clearly been sanded down, an area that was never part of the job and was in perfect condition before (we have photos taken right before the drop-off to prove it -- see attached). He politely called the owner again to bring this up, and -- of course -- the owner flatly denied it, offering no accountability and instead rushed to give him a quote to fix the damage! The irony is frustrating -- especially after how the situation was handled earlier. My husband chose not to argue further, seeing there was no acknowledgment or willingness to own up to the issue. To top it all off, when we were told the vehicle was ready, a staff member informed us they don't accept checks, debit cards, or credit cards -- essentially only taking cash. That alone raised red flags and left a bad final impression. This was an incredibly disappointing experience overall. From the unprofessional attitude, to the lack of communication, to the poor customer service and possible mishandling of the vehicle, it's not something we would wish on anyone else. I highly suggest others think twice before doing business here, especially if you're looking for honesty, consistency, and respect for your property.
