We purchased new toy carrier from blue dog RV NEW! Had the warranty placed on it everything! It's been Nothing but A Lemon since!! Plus of course this last year after paying over $2000 for the roof to be resealed " Maintenance " it's leaking right after that. We were told we have no warranty either we have sent in all the information religiously over and over to this company! Now after getting off the Phone with Service, we were told that resealing the roof/maintenance is only covered for 90 days!! I wish we never done it a roof didn't leak until after BLUE DOG WORKED ON IT!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything besides being good scammers and screwing you over!! Now my Disabled Husband is on the Roof putting Seal Down on ALL the Places BLUE DOG MECHANICS MISSED!!

The slide topper broken. No damage to the slide.

Purchased a trailer waited almost 3 weeks to do the walk through…read more Go to dealership after being on the road 5 hours, no one was around as all sales staff were at another lot for big sale. Our trailer was never detailed, all holding tanks were full! Isn't this illegal....? Vent cover on floor screw striped out. Urine smell coming from vent in living area and no heat coming from vent.. Now said trailer in the shop! Now..I can bet no maintenance was ever done on this trailer, just a quick wipe down of the inside and call it good.. The salesman we had to deal with was something else and not someone I would have working for my establishment. I'm sad that I have to write a not so good review. But I feel things should've been taken care of and the trailer should've been clean and ready for the new owners! There should've been some pride in the shop and follow up from management. Took trailer to local shop due to urine smell and there were Mouse droppings in the Ducting. Called click it they offered to take care of the chewed ducting by dropping the under belly. Went to pick up the trailer after they said it was ready and this is what we seen. Then we went camping and my husband noticed that the under belly was hanging. And this is what we are left to deal with. The previous shop we took it to never cut the under belly! This is laziness and a lack of respect of personal property at it finest. Now I know why there was no charge! And they didn't even replace the ducting to the bedroom and the black water tank was full! Thanks for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Used these guys to de-winterize my travel trailer because my normal dealer was booked up. Tried to…read morecall the service department multiple times but it only went to voicemail for 'Mike's phone.' Drove over to schedule in person, no one was in the service department customer service desk. Waited in the service department lobby. No one around for at least 10 minutes. Finally someone from the parts department asked me if I had been helped. Finally got someone to help me. Got the appointment scheduled. Informed them that service department calls keep going to Mike's VM. Dropped off the trailer for dewinterizing which also included replacing the tongue jack. Had to call them after 6 days to find out if the work was done or not. Again, all calls went to "Mike's voicemail". Confirmed that the number was the same as listed on their website. Drove to see service department. Again, no one in the service department lobby to help me. Had to walk around the building until I found another employee and asked them to send someone to the service department. Work was completed but no one called me. Again, informed them that calls keep going to "Mike's voicemail." Paid about $450. Went camping and find out that they never closed up the water heater tank so potable water kept pouring out the back of the trailer. Had to go buy a 1-1/16 inch socket to fit the anode rod so it could be screwed back into place. That is dewinterization 101. Unbelievable! Do NOT recommend this business. Customer service is not a high priority to them.

I have been patiently waiting to do a review on this company. BEWARE!!!! Tri-Cities Mobile RV is…read moreunprofessional and incompetent. They are also foul mouthed and I will never let them back in our space. Here is the short version: 1. Paid for a new tankless hot water heater and water pump. 2. 4 weeks later the hot water heater still does not work properly with multiple late visits, ignored texts and phone calls, foul mouths, and inconsiderate workers. 3. In those 4 weeks, I had to listen to excuse after excuse as to why this wasn't working etc. Asked to be kept in the loop and had to call repeatedly (Usually from a different number, because they wouldn't answer any calls from me). 4. After numerous visits (never on time with little to no communication) Ash said he gave up. I have a water heater that doesn't work properly, a leaky water pump, and holes in my walls with wires everywhere. We asked for our receipt and had to ask many more times before we got a receipt so that we can continue to work with the water heater company on warranty work. Long version: Let me start this review by sharing my qualifications. I have been in commercial/industrial construction for nearly 20 years, 15 of those years have been solely dedicated to building healthcare facilities. Because my career asks me to travel, me, my wife and kids full time RV in our Grand Design Solitude as it makes the most sense. I chose to install a tankless water heater as we are a family of 4. I also had them change the fresh water pump while they were in there. I wanted to hire this work out as I enjoy my free time and I am really busy doing my own job and building a hospital. The first red flag was his schedule. All other companies I called were 4-5 weeks out. Not Ash (owner of Tri-Cities Mobile RV). He could install as soon as he got the parts.. So I went with him and decided to schedule. That was a BIG mistake. They showed up close to on time and proceeded to install. Everything was going smooth and I was getting excited for unlimited hot water! I paid for the install and material while they were testing (second BIG mistake). When they completed the work, they began to test the unit. The unit would not maintain hot water and the thermostatic display would not operate. After about 3 hrs of troubleshooting, we still did not have consistent hot water. They gave up, left and basically told me to talk to Ash about it. I called Ash directly after they left. Ash proceeded to try and sell me the product. His tone and demeanor were anything but professional. When the conversation escalated because I was not satisfied, he began cursing at me! As a customer with absolutely no leverage at that point, I proceeded to tell him that I was going to contact the manager of the RV park and file a complaint as they WERE one of the approved mobile techs that they will allow in the park. His response was "Don't you f@%*n threaten me!" over and over...so apparently this is a normal state for this "Ash" hole. After that, I calmed down and realized what type of character I was dealing with and went in to damage control mode as he already had my money and all I had was a hot water heater that didn't work properly and a leaky pump (the water pump wasn't installed properly either, and I was told that the leaking was normal...) Working through this with Ash was a horrifying experience. I would always get the same lies..."I'm on the phone with the engineer, we have to send pictures to them, they are in a different time zone...etc. " His lies started conflicting with his lies. The only thing I asked for as the customer, was to be kept in the loop. I realize that working though warranty issues with manufactures is a challenge, but he has no concept at all about customer service. The engineer from the water heater told him to change a part on the water heater. Funny thing is he didn't change the part out that the manufacturer sent because he didn't think that was the problem. Clearly he has never worked with engineers...they need to check the box in the flow chart before moving to the next troubleshooting item. Even if it's not the problem, they need to rule it out, but I digress. Many times, through the 4 weeks I was dealing with him, he was late, he would not return calls or texts. I had to start calling from other peoples' numbers to get anyone to answer. None of his employees would come back to my rig because Ash insulted his employees to the point that one of his workers quit for 3 days and refused to work until Ash apologized to him. Yes, this was all told to me by HIS employees. Completely unprofessional. His crews also talked bad about other customers in the RV park where we were staying. He even told me his bank account was cleaned out via text when I was asking for an update. (I have the thread if anyone would like proof). Literally not enough room to describe how bad this company is. Ran out of characters.
