You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

Dewey, I explained I'd gotten a quote from another shop (since I couldn't get through to this one in the first place). She asked me to forward it over and said she'd check with her mechanic and call me back. That was five days ago. I still haven't heard a word. I've since emailed the GM twice trying to get some kind of response, and he hasn't replied either. I haven't even managed to get an appointment scheduled, and at this point I have zero confidence in this service department's communication or follow-through. I can't recommend dealing with them.

I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

We couldn't do much so we just gave him the green light to fix the vehicle, fast forward to the day we picked up the vehicle, we noticed abs and traction control lights on, on further inspection we noticed the rear abs sensor was disconnected, idk why it would be if the repair was not in the rear. The front brake caliper bolts were loose as well. For what they charge it's absolutely unacceptable. If I could I would give this place negative stars.
