You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. Upon arrival I needed to authorize charges for diagnostics in the event It wasn't covered under warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles unacceptable the check engine light came on in Moses Lake. I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

fuck this dealership do not buy a car from them they like to sell shitty cars to people. literally…read moreas soon as i drove it home the check engine light turned on & there was a crack on the windshield that wasn't there when we first took a look at the car. there was something wrong w the cadilac converter so i called literally took a week so they can fix it. in fact they did not even fix it they did not even touch it & they called me saying it was ready. that was after a week & a half of it being there. i had shit to do i needed my car back so i just made an appointment for a different day. i took it they replaced it but did not fix my windshield. later on that same day the light turned on again... they put in a shitty ass part. MY WINDSHEILD WAS STILL NOT FIXED. after that the light turned on AGAIN. at that point me & my mom were fed up so we went to the dealership to talk to the owner whatever her fucking name is she basically told us it would be stupid to trade it in bc we would loose money. they then told us to call speck gmc we made an appointment w them on my way there my car was heating up i couldn't even drive it. there was something else completely wrong with it. i ended up having to get it towed to speck where they said something was wrong w my water outlet. they were tryna wax me almost 1K so i asked my uncle to fix it he's a mechanic. he fixed it. when he fixed it he found out the antifreeze was leaking. there was a hole in the antifreeze tank. there was also a problem with the water pump but we had a warranty so we got that fixed at speck for free. then my uncle replaced the antifreeze tank. ever since my car has been good. until a couple days ago the check engine light turned on AGAIN. the antifreeze was low AGAIN. it's also been shaking. this car has been nothing but problems since i got it august 2021.

They promptly evaluated the transmission and charged around $250 (refundable if I did the work there) for the diagnostic. Their recommendation was a rebuilt transmission. No problem. I shopped around and had it done for $1500 less than the All Cities quote. I didn't do an online aftermarket purchase. The business I went to installed a Chevrolet certified reman transmission with a 3 year warranty (same as All City) that was direct from Chevy.
