He checked his stock and did not have one in stock but said they had one at the Wearhouse in Portland Organ. I had a friend in the area, so this morning Raymond ordered me the part, and I had my friend pick it up and now we are back on the road. The best part of it all was not only the effort Raymond gave to helping his customer but after all that, he called me back to make sure everything went as planned. Recently, disaster. Recalls had service departments flooded, and therefore months out for just a service. I just hit the phone book working my way outwards from my location. When I called Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, I got a completely different response. "Yes, we can get you in for service!" They essentially have a specific workforce set aside for regularly scheduled maintenance, which allowed me to get into this small scale dealership with only one lift that can handle my rig the next day. On top of that Tyler Richter did everything he could to help me out. He even worked very hard for me to get a warranty issue fixed at their location. In my opinion Mercedes failed to fulfill their coverage promises on a mileage technicality when the failure happened well before the allotted mileage and was documented at another location. Instead of leaving me with a broken item or paying out of pocket, MB of Tri-Cities took care of me. Learn my lesson and get warranty issues fixed before the warranty runs out, they can't do that for everyone! It wasn't a particularly expensive fix for a Mercedes, but in my opinion what's a small loss in the name of potential lifetime brand loyalty? Put simply, MB of Tri-Cities was there for me when I needed them. They treated me like a local who would come back over and over again, and they saved me $ when it wasn't anywhere near their responsibility. Upon arrival the appointment was not confirmed and was in quoting stage. The service manager asked what I was there for even though I went into detail with the issues I was having last week. Upon arrival I needed to authorize charges for diagnostics in the event It wasn't covered under warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles unacceptable the check engine light came on in Moses Lake. I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

We pulled over and checked the tires and saw nothing but the light remained on. We googled the nearest Mazda dealership which was McCurley Integrity Mazda in Pasco. We pulled in at around 5:30 PM expecting bad news. The service manager, Stan, was fantastic. He immediately asked for my key, he put the car up on the rack for inspection and he checked all tires for any visible issue. He then set all tires at the same tire pressure and showed me how to do so. This is not our local dealership and there was nothing in it for the service rep yet Stan was friendly, helpful and he got us back on the road in about 15 minutes feeling very relieved. We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. At the time of signing, everything…read morewas perfect and we were assured that the vehicle had even been given a McCurley Certified 360 inspection. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle.

A quick phone call and 20 min later, Alex from Les Schwab comes with a brand new tire. Replaced the tire and checks all the other tires on the freeway and gets us back on the road.
