I was visiting out of town from Bend Oregon when the AC in my car completely busted. It was a huge repair (compressor) and everyone I called was booked solid. I literally called and texted about 10 people to find out how I could get this situation handled so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hours in the blaring summer sun with no AC in my car. And no one could get me in. Except Wes Ducat at Steve Tire & Auto Repair. Wes moved his entire schedule around in order to get my car in and out on time, so I could get home safely without having to spend an arm and a leg on the repair. I had purchased the parts and expected to pay to have the hose put on. I first went first went Jiffy lube on Williams and Jadwin. They said they didn't do that kind of work and referred me to McCue's Repair across the street. I thanked them and went to McCue's. I explained the situation to the lady behind the counter. You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that.
