From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

AC has been working great for a couple weeks now. They also checked the brakes and said the front pads were at 2mm and needed replaced. We had the brakes looked at by a tire shop a short while before taking it to these guys and again after their inspection, both times the pads were measured at 4mm and still had life. How does a shop miss on 2 different inspections! Read the other reviews and decide for yourself but I will never be taking anything to these guys again. I must note I did call and talk to the manager who refused a refund unless I take it back for another inspection. Sorry, not wasting more of my time on these guys. I feel like I would need to look over their shoulder and view everything for myself at this point and I really don't have the patience.
