It was produced in Nov 2020 and now in Aug 2021 has an internal short and won't charge up all the way and won't hold a charge. This is a $149.99 battery on their shelf. They took about 1.5 hours to try to charge it, told me its bad, then refused to honor the warranty because I didn't have a receipt and didn't purchase it with my phone number. Right, someone else purchased it less than a year ago and put it in the car that I bought. And they won't honor the warranty on an expensive battery well less than a year old. Some customer survise. Ultimately I went to Wallmart, bought a battery for 1/2 that price and the $150 Duralast battery "that couldn't" was given to them for the core charge. Will Autozone get more of my business, probably not. Would I recommend Duralast batteries to anyone, No.
