Was there on June 20th with the RUSH RIDE. Had my oil changed and was charged $29.99 for syn oil. Syn 3 oil from Harley is $17.50 per quart, I don't understand the extra charge!! The oil filter was also $8.00 higher than anyone else. None of these prices were discussed a head of time or I would have declined. We did 6,000 miles on that trip but I had 3,000 to go before I needed service so I would have waited to find a more reasonable price without so many extra fees. read more

This review is for Shauna in the Motorclothes Department. I stopped into this dealership on my way home (So Cal) from Moses Lake back in August. The reason for stopping was to get a dealer pin. I had ridden through Kennewick back in 2015, but the circumstances at that time kept me from being able to stop in. Anyhow... we parked our bikes, went in and looked around a little before I inquired about the dealer pins. That was when I was very nicely informed that the dealership was out of dealer pins, but that if I left my information and/or called back in a couple of weeks, someone would let me know when or if they came in. To be honest... I was thinking to myself... yeah... right. So here we are four months out from that time and I'm finally getting a pin all because of the dedication, efficiency and kindness of Shauna. She and I have remained in communication occasionally throughout that four months, mostly by her own doing and all for a pin. What service!!! So thank you Shauna!!! You're an angel!!! The pin will have its rightful place on my map as soon as it arrives. Btw... the only way for a dealer pin to have a place on my map is if I ride into the dealership for it. Ride safe out there... First of all this is the best service I've received, and I mean ever. I was greeted by friendly staff (Keith and Cody) and attended right away. I informed them that I needed my tires replaced and they were able to help me find the best tire for my budget and riding style. I honestly thank them for their patience and knowledge because I wouldn't know which tire to buy. I took the bike in pretty late in the day thinking I'm going to leave it over night but these guys work like magic and were able to finish the bike at an incredible speed. Worst service I've witnessed so far. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with Rattlesnake Harley Davidson. Most recently, I bring my wheel/tire for a new tire and wheel bearings. Called ahead of time to confirm all parts were available. Long story short, they pushed all their walk-ins ahead of me, thanks female advisor for telling me. Called the day after, 4 hours before I planned to pickup, confirmed it would be done. I show up, and the bearings were in backwards, no balance beads/weights.... Waited almost an hour for them to finish. Meanwhile as I wait, the advisor screwed up another customers repair order, and told him "Your next oil change is on me". What about the guy standing right next to you.... Advisor claimed he didn't talk to me about beads, but we definitely did. Failure in multiple departments. read more

I bought my first HD Trike and drove from the Idaho/Oregon border after wait several hours we finals filled out papers only to find out the battery was dead we were told to told go get something to eat and come back Bre and Daniel were great. But we didn't get out of there till late. This was on 4/27. I was so excited and nervous, I could wait. My friends back home asked where I bought it we told then and we told the about the ceremony celebrate we have been watching for it. Sadly we were disappointed. This was my second bike I purchased from Rattlesnake. From my last visit this was much better. I still received the best deal with no pressure from Josh! I was all ready with Jet City and they tried to sell me a bike they did not even have, I called Hells Canyon and they could not touch the deal Josh was making. Brought my KTM 690 to have new tires installed. They dropped my bike and scratched the crash bar and foot peg and bent rear foot brake lever. They didn't say a word about anything and when I confronted them about it they denied it all! Bike had never been on the ground untill they dropped it. Will never give them business again! I brought my Ultra Classic to the shop in the early stages of the coronavirus situation and unfortunately with having to downsize their staff my bike was kind of forgotten about. I called on Friday to check and Pierre had my bike done by the end of the day on Saturday. Everything was done with great attention. Fast forward to today(Tuesday) and while out for a ride my throttle started to stick. I took it back in and once I saw the throttle cable I realized it wasn't anything that was done at the shop, the cable was rusty. Pierre cleaned it up and had me back on the road within 15 minutes of pulling in. I will 100% be using Pierre for any upcoming repairs or accessories that I need. read more

Family here on the road from Florida. Took bike in for an oil change. Got there at opening, they took it back. Waited 2 hours just to be told they might not get it until the end of the day???! WTF! It is a 20 min oil change, they are on the road. It makes me embarrassed for my local Harley Davidson shop. They should treat road travelers better. If you need help and are on the road, this may not be the shop for you. read more

Do not ever waste your time with this service department. When I bought my bike, I reluctantly bought their Premium Maintenance plan. Yet even with this, and taking weeks to make an appointment, after 2.5 hours of waiting and nobody even looking at my bike I was told sorry you don't have an appointment. Last time I was in as a Premium customer it was a 4 hour oil change. This time after 2.5 hours and my appointment being given to another person of more importance, I had to leave. Time for Small claims court to get my Maintenance agreement cost refunded. Spending the weekend now changing my own oil that I already paid for. Thanks for nothing. read more

Heading home to Spfld, OR from Glacier, the belts started to show in Pasco. They started working on my bike within 10 minutes of bringing it in. After changing the tire, adjusting the clutch, and washing the bike, we were back on the road w/in 1.5 hrs. They said they were going to put an Elite 3 on, but put a D410 on instead. I didn't question it, though, because I was happy they could get me in and out on such short notice. read more

Was in the store to buy a pin. I collect dealer pins and always try to check out the local shop when I travel. In this case, the stakes were higher because I'm thinking of moving to the area. In the 90+ dealerships I've visited, there have only been a couple that I have walked out of in disgust. I went in early, at open and the usual HOG member local crowd were mingling with employees. No one spoke to me. I stood at the clothing counter for 5 minutes and no one even came to see what I wanted. What a shame. Hopefully they get it figured out before/if I decide to move there. read more

This dealership went way above and beyond what I could have asked for. I was on day 1 of a 4 day ride and my bike was acting funny. They were close by so I stopped in right after opening. They moved some stuff around and got me fixed while I had a quick lunch. Trip stayed on track and the bike ran great. My Ural broke down in a farm field north of town on a late friday afternoon on my way to Boise. I had it towed to to a hotel near this Harley dealership, which is the best choice i could have made. Right from the start they were happy to help me... they let me get replacement parts shipped there, and when that didn't work they let me store my bike at their place when i rented a car to go do my work in Boise, which included picking it up at my hotel up the street and bringing it down. I came back that next weekend- they let me fix my bike in their lot and even helped me find an awesome place to stay the night. The whole time Robby and the rest of the service department were beyond accommodating and seriously incredible to work with... and i don't even own a Harley and wasn't even getting service done by them. This, my friends, is the definition of customer service. Well, not really, since i wasn't a customer. This is the definition of Good Old American Hospitality, which is hard to come by these days. All these dudes embody this, and are just awesome people. I am super grateful for this place and the people that work there... If i trade my russian rig in for a Harley, I can honestly say i will make the 6 hour drive to buy it from them. Thanks guys, seriously. read more

Saved our Sturgis trip!! We left Vancouver, WA and along the way our bike started running rough luckily we made it to Kennewick Harley. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeremy, Rick and Jay. They all went way above and beyond to get us back on the road safely even though that meant staying way past closing. I thought I understood what it meant to provide excellent customer service but these guys really went beyond that. They even warned us that it was boat race week and to be on the lookout for drunk drivers as we left that night. Everyone else inside the dealer was also nice and the dealership is also very nice and clean and they have a great service waiting area. If we lived closer we would bring out bike back here for every service just because of the great experience we had. read more

I have a 2002 Wide glide and my transmission primary shaft snapped in the parking lot. Since I was there, I had them give me a estimate for repairs. Pier in the service department said my transmission needed work and it was going to cost $1200. I asked him, what would it cost to install a Baker DD6. He gave me a price of $3200. He said, I needed to put 50% down and that was not a problem. I verified with him, $3,200 would be the max and he said yes. 2 weeks later Pier calls and said the bike was ready. My wife took me down and me thinking I would pay the other $1,600 go in and Pier says to me, you own $2,839.00. I asked him what he said and he repeated. I told him, "You told me the max was $3,200. His response was, "I forgot to add some parts in!" I blew a gasket! I went into the main store and told them what happened and they said, I had to pay if I wanted the bike back. My wife was mad! I will never go back into Rattlesnake Mountain Harley because they are a bunch of snakes! I will go anywhere but there and I told them. Robert J. Jones, Kennewick WA. Its really sad to see a business owner work so hard to hire some of the best employees in the area, provide the best inventory of motorcycles, parts and acessories, and then have one vital department (the service department) take the entire company down the drain. That is unfortunately exactly what's happening at this Harley Davidson dealership. Not only am I disappointed with the service department but because of the problems I have had and many others that I've spoken to have had at this dealerships (dis-service Department ) I'm embarrassed to even own a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I brought my motorbike back 11 times for the same problem, ( I had to because it was under warranty, and it was either take it there, or drive it 40 miles away, and try to catch a ride there and back home and then return to pick it up again) and each time they said they fixed it, either by adjusting it or replacing parts. And each time I went to pick up the motorbike, (either immediately or within an hour of driving it), I noticed it wasn't fixed at all!!! There's no way they could have tested it and found it to be in working order. It is only because the bike is under warranty, and they swore to fix it correctly that I would have even considered bringing it back to this dealership. I had previously had scheduled maintenance work done by them, only to discover the sloppiest workmanship I've ever seen. There were: wires that were replaced and haphazardly routed and poorly connected. Loose parts that were not put ìn the proper places, or assembled incorrectly, due to improper fitting and even discovered stripped out bolts and hogged-out threads. I've received the bike back from having work that they said they had done.. and didn't even touch it! They have ordered and replaced parts that were never made for that motorcycle! I've been charged for extensive maintenance that should have taken 6 to 8 hours to complete but they said they had it done in less than 3hrs. Which I know is impossible to complete in that amount of time. The rude and incompetent employees answering the service department phone and scheduling work, would regularly give the worst random and dangerous recommendations. For example that I was required to video tape the symptoms of a problem... while I'm driving the motorcycle !!! Every time the bike was checked into the service department, the incompetent, so-called "mechanics" had no idea how to troubleshoot or diagnose the symptoms in order to take the proper corrective action. Instead they would just order a part put it on and release it without even testing it. They performed the sloppiest workmanship and often times, incorrect, and unorthodox methods in the attempt to service and repair my Harley. Every time I visited service department there were other customers there who also had never seen such shoddy work and swore to never have work done there again, or ever buy anything from Rattlesnake Harley Davidson. In their defense Rattlesnake Harley has some of the friendliest and most helpful sales staff I've had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately they don't follow-through with the service. And because of that I will never bring my bike there again or refer anyone to them, but rather steer everyone away to Yakima or Spokane in an effort to save them the misery I've had with the clowns in the service department at Rattlesnake Harley. read more

This is a great place to buy a tee shirt. The techs are capable of any repairs. The corporate policy prevents stocking parts so its hit or miss. My bike was down for 18 days waiting for a factory wide whitewall tire. It sat at HD shop for six weeks waiting for a fly by wire module to be built in mexico because there were none in the world. I am currently waiting for a drive belt to show up six days from now. When I made the appointment I asked the parts dept to make sure my belt was in stock. 10 days later I got a date for work.Now only six more days afoot. HD corp is out of touch with riders. read more

The service department was great. When I walked in they acknowledged me and said they would be right with me... they were polite and friendly. After I got my bill.... I had to walk across the street to the cashier. Never have I had to leave a building to find a cashier before. I wounder around, get lost, finally find the clothing department. There were two cashiers, only one working. I told one of them I was lost, confused, was this is where I pay for service from the service department. It was the clothing area! She said yes, and that she could not help me as they only have one cash register! I made the comment that was not efficient way to do business. They really need someone in parts/service to do this so they can explain the bill, take the money and help the customers in the service department so they don't have to walk over to another building.She was like "Well I don't know" The next girl who was wrapping a coat for someone totally ignored me for about 5-7 minutes while she took care of the other customers in line buying glasses, deciding what shirt they wanted, etc. (the second cahsier could have been helping wrap, bag, helpped people find the right size, etc... but she just stood there) Finally with attitude the one running the cash register says to me "what can I do for you". She really has the opportunity at this time to say sorry for the wait, I totally understand... it is frustrating but... with minimum wage increase we had to cut back, the service cashier is sick today, (or whatever excuse to validate my frustration and DEFUSE the situation. Instead I was told in a extremely nasty tone they had been doing it this way for a LONG time. I was told if I did not like it NOT TO COME BACK. I work in customer service. The first thing you do is apologize the customer is feeling the way they do (even if it is not your fault, and you can not fix it! you diffuse the situation, not encourage, validate, and increase the customers frustration.) read more
