This review is for Shauna in the Motorclothes Department. I stopped into this dealership on my way home (So Cal) from Moses Lake back in August. The reason for stopping was to get a dealer pin. I had ridden through Kennewick back in 2015, but the circumstances at that time kept me from being able to stop in. Anyhow... we parked our bikes, went in and looked around a little before I inquired about the dealer pins. That was when I was very nicely informed that the dealership was out of dealer pins, but that if I left my information and/or called back in a couple of weeks, someone would let me know when or if they came in. To be honest... I was thinking to myself... yeah... right. So here we are four months out from that time and I'm finally getting a pin all because of the dedication, efficiency and kindness of Shauna. She and I have remained in communication occasionally throughout that four months, mostly by her own doing and all for a pin. What service!!! So thank you Shauna!!! You're an angel!!! The pin will have its rightful place on my map as soon as it arrives. Btw... the only way for a dealer pin to have a place on my map is if I ride into the dealership for it. Ride safe out there... First of all this is the best service I've received, and I mean ever. I was greeted by friendly staff (Keith and Cody) and attended right away. I informed them that I needed my tires replaced and they were able to help me find the best tire for my budget and riding style. I honestly thank them for their patience and knowledge because I wouldn't know which tire to buy. I took the bike in pretty late in the day thinking I'm going to leave it over night but these guys work like magic and were able to finish the bike at an incredible speed. Over all I'm very impressed with the service I received and look forward to working with this amazing gentleman. Thank you rattlesnake Harley for the over all satisfaction!

This was my second bike I purchased from Rattlesnake. From my last visit this was much better. I still received the best deal with no pressure from Josh! I was all ready with Jet City and they tried to sell me a bike they did not even have, I called Hells Canyon and they could not touch the deal Josh was making. I received excellent service from the entire team - Nicole, Pierre, and Art in the shop. From this experience I will let everyone know to give Rattlesnake a try, they will do everything they can. I want to thank the entire team for really bringing it home for me.

I bought a used side by side, Arctic, Wildcat 1000x. I was advised to have it serviced by a…read morecertified dealer before using it, so I did. JMC was the nearest dealership to me. I asked them to give it a tune up, check for anything that might be wrong with it and told them it was throwing a code that I wanted addressed. They said that the code was an old one and cleared it, that it didn't need the crankshaft sensor replaced but that the plugs were fouled up so they installed new ones. I also had them replace the old oil and filter. They said that was the only things that it needed. When I got home I rolled it first ride out and was advised not to run it again until the plugs were checked because it was upside down. Upon taking it apart to check them, it appeared that the plugs were not new at all, nor were they the same brand. I showed them to my brother who's very astute about power sport products and he said that they were not new. He called the service department on my behalf. After a lengthy conversation with the manager it was made known that the technician only changed one of the plugs. They charged me for 2, and billed me for the labor for installing 2. He said that wasn't ok and they needed to refund me 1/2 the labor and cost of the missing part. He was told that I could come pick up a new plug for the one that I was charged for but they weren't going to compensate me for the labor. He asked to be put in touch with their district manager but instead the owner gave him a call... The owner said that they would not be giving me any compensation and that I could come pick up a plug. He yelled and swore at my brother and claimed that it was all an accident, that I was told that it was only going to be the one from the start. That WE were trying to get one over on THEM and it's not their fault... even though I WAS told that they were going to do both and got charged for both. The woman who I spoke with was very clear about it and I even asked her about how to avoid that situation in the future... Their shop is over an hour away from my house. The cost of the fuel wouldn't justify the drive vs the cost of the part. Moreover, I had expressly stated that it was a new purchase, that I wanted to get anything done that needed to be done and replace anything else that needed fixing. When we took it apart at our own shop not only was the job that I got charged for not done, the clutch/belt casing was broken with a huge hole in it, the seat release leavers were broken and the air filter was filthy. I would have gladly had all that fixed but they didn't tell me that those things needed to be addressed. If we had wanted to do the work ourselves we would have but we wanted it serviced by a certified Arctic Cat mechanic. Unfortunately we are doing the work ourselves and still got charged. Bottom line: they did shotty work, the owner was highly unprofessional and rude, sub quality/overpriced products and their "compensation" was a joke. Don't do business with this company . They will surely try to fleece you.

I called and was told that the service manager would call me back, but she never returned my call…read more I called a second time, and Mark said he would connect me to the service department. After 20 minutes, she finally picked up, took some information, and put me back on hold for a long time. Don't waste your time and money here.
