We purchased new toy carrier from blue dog RV NEW! Had the warranty placed on it everything! It's been Nothing but A Lemon since!! Plus of course this last year after paying over $2000 for the roof to be resealed " Maintenance " it's leaking right after that. We were told we have no warranty either we have sent in all the information religiously over and over to this company! Now after getting off the Phone with Service, we were told that resealing the roof/maintenance is only covered for 90 days!! I wish we never done it a roof didn't leak until after BLUE DOG WORKED ON IT!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything besides being good scammers and screwing you over!! Now my Disabled Husband is on the Roof putting Seal Down on ALL the Places BLUE DOG MECHANICS MISSED!!

The slide topper broken. No damage to the slide.

My husband and I are relatively new to the area and have visited and called Russ Dean Family RV…read moreseveral times now. We purchased our fifth wheel in TX and have traveled extensively with it and have visited multiple RV service centers during our travels. Russ Dean is by far the best in service, knowledge and friendliness. The quality of service has been consistent with each visit and/or call. We came in for a minor recall repair the first time and Blake in service actually came out and showed us what was repaired. Keep in mind, this was a recall repair, so no money was exchanged. He truly cared about the work that was done and us as customers. He even very patiently answered other questions we had. Since then, both my husband and I have called the parts department, and they too have completely exceeded our expectations. The parts guy (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely patient when I was asking about a part I needed and he went so far as to send me a picture of it! My husband had a tire blow out, which caused extensive damage. He couldn't bring it in for service, but the parts guy spent quite a bit of time with him over the phone, helping him order the right parts. The most recent unbelievably crazy high level of customer service we experienced was when we needed our fifth wheel winterized. My husband is deployed and wasn't able to bring it in for winterizing. He emailed the service dept and asked if they offered a mobile service or if they had someone they could recommend. Mike, the Customer Care Manager, said due to our special circumstance and in support of the military, they would come and take our giant 42' fifth wheel to their shop, winterize it, and return it! Who does that?! It's not like we live just down the road either. He explained that he's able to offer this service because it's not as busy in the winter months and they want to do whatever they can to support our military. Even the man who came out to take our fifth wheel, Joe, was extremely courteous and genuinely nice. Oh, and his driving skills in maneuvering our fifth wheel were beyond belief! It would make my husband green with envy. I have never experienced this level of service and generosity! I saw the few negative reviews on here, but I hope you'll notice that someone from Russ Dean responded to each one of them. There will always be some customers that are unhappy with something from every business, but not all businesses take the time to address it. As long as my husband and I continue to live in the area, Russ Dean Family RV will be the only place we will use for service, and when we're ready to trade in our fifth wheel, they will definitely get our business. We've never had such great personal service that went way above our expectations, from any dealership.

Purchased a trailer waited almost 3 weeks to do the walk through…read more Go to dealership after being on the road 5 hours, no one was around as all sales staff were at another lot for big sale. Our trailer was never detailed, all holding tanks were full! Isn't this illegal....? Vent cover on floor screw striped out. Urine smell coming from vent in living area and no heat coming from vent.. Now said trailer in the shop! Now..I can bet no maintenance was ever done on this trailer, just a quick wipe down of the inside and call it good.. The salesman we had to deal with was something else and not someone I would have working for my establishment. I'm sad that I have to write a not so good review. But I feel things should've been taken care of and the trailer should've been clean and ready for the new owners! There should've been some pride in the shop and follow up from management. Took trailer to local shop due to urine smell and there were Mouse droppings in the Ducting. Called click it they offered to take care of the chewed ducting by dropping the under belly. Went to pick up the trailer after they said it was ready and this is what we seen. Then we went camping and my husband noticed that the under belly was hanging. And this is what we are left to deal with. The previous shop we took it to never cut the under belly! This is laziness and a lack of respect of personal property at it finest. Now I know why there was no charge! And they didn't even replace the ducting to the bedroom and the black water tank was full! Thanks for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Used these guys to de-winterize my travel trailer because my normal dealer was booked up. Tried to…read morecall the service department multiple times but it only went to voicemail for 'Mike's phone.' Drove over to schedule in person, no one was in the service department customer service desk. Waited in the service department lobby. No one around for at least 10 minutes. Finally someone from the parts department asked me if I had been helped. Finally got someone to help me. Got the appointment scheduled. Informed them that service department calls keep going to Mike's VM. Dropped off the trailer for dewinterizing which also included replacing the tongue jack. Had to call them after 6 days to find out if the work was done or not. Again, all calls went to "Mike's voicemail". Confirmed that the number was the same as listed on their website. Drove to see service department. Again, no one in the service department lobby to help me. Had to walk around the building until I found another employee and asked them to send someone to the service department. Work was completed but no one called me. Again, informed them that calls keep going to "Mike's voicemail." Paid about $450. Went camping and find out that they never closed up the water heater tank so potable water kept pouring out the back of the trailer. Had to go buy a 1-1/16 inch socket to fit the anode rod so it could be screwed back into place. That is dewinterization 101. Unbelievable! Do NOT recommend this business. Customer service is not a high priority to them.

The bait and…read moreswitch the financing, the tell you this story about getting a service contract and it only raises your payment a reasonable amount... that is the bait part the switch part is when they then charge you an 11,250 service contract fee another 1999 for tire and wheel fees another 2995 pain/fabric protection and another 1895 for roadside assistance.. so an additional 18466. that is unexpected, SO BEWARE if you ask any questions they say ya it's covered in the contract but they fail to tell you that you are paying a rediculas fee, the make it sound like the higher monthly payment that you chose to get all this coverage was the service contract. They also keep you away from the how much is this going to cost me part by changing the subject. So it was my bad I should have been more diligent and looked at the forms closer, but by the time you get to the point of signing your life away you just want to get out of there and they rush you through the process. Also don't fall for the (if you finance for 8 months you we will lower the price by 9999) I don't see that anywhere on the contract. Stay away from these crooks! I had the worst experience and they are a joke. Would not even let…read morethem work on my lawn mower and would never buy from them again. They are incompetent, complete waste of time and money including sales and maintenance shop. I bought a new RV last October and when it was supposedly ready for delivery they lost the keys so had to wait for them to rekey so now have a key for each door, dmv paperwork was incomplete and a missing, and a missing door to a room they promised to replace and never happened or even responded status. The worst part was a simple upgrade on installation of inverter was completely wired incorrectly which was a fire hazard in which minor electrical fire ruined our first camping trip and could have turned out to be a tragedy. RV could have completely burned if we were not there to put out electrical fire. The shop there led by *** are complete idiots and dont stand behind their worthless work. This was a serious matter which should have been taken care of immediately by any reputable shop. They ignored many calls and emails about this and finally they gave me BS response denying responsibility and claim. They first promised to reimburse the cost of repairs from Camping World which they clearly explained and included pictures of what and how they fixed the mess AppleWay RV left behind. They sent a detailed report with pictures which AppleWay RV initially accepted responsibility and agreed to reimburse these costs. Current ownership is now claiming its the previous Appleway RV dealer owners responsibility while Im stuck in the middle and my expense. This place is a complete joke and should not be allowed to be in business. The positive reviews could very well be fake as they are nothing like what they represent so be aware and stay clear of these incompetent crooks. I have this situation clearly documented since October been going back and forth with them. Finally over 6 months later their position is that current owners have no responsibility going forward. Nonsense excuse. Stay away from these crooks.
