Asked to opt out of "audit". Was told not possible! Will not be returning to ANY Walmart in the future for auto-care. Incidentally, the last time my other car was taken in-for oil change, different Walmart, the oil pan was stripped. Cost me plenty to have their carelessness corrected. Take your vehicle to a reputable service shop where you will receive prompt courteous knowledgeable service.

Customer Service is poor. I bought a battery & walked out to my car & my car was dead. I went…read moreback inside to see if one of their service men could install the battery for me & was as shooed back to my car. 15 minutes later still no one in sight on their way to help( keep in mind it is 30 degrees outside) so I went back inside to find out if they were planning on installing the battery. The worker said yes one of our guys will be out there as soon as he has a chance it's been another 15 to 20 minutes of me freezing and still no one in site on their way to help install my battery. If number one they would've first gave me the option of the installation I probably would've done it but number two told me it was going to be longer than a few minutes and I could've called one of my friends or family members to help me. I hate that I have already spent my money here I would much rather spend it somewhere else and spent more on the battery if I had to just to have a halfway decent service. I will never be back here for any automotive purchase again! In the meantime I have a family member coming to help me because I would rather not give this company anymore of my hard-earned money for horrible relations.

No! Last year scheduled work on my work truck that is my Detection K9 Unit dog truck. Scheduled the…read morework 2 months in advance, kept in touch with the schedule. I had the truck towed into his shop. I checked on the work every week trying not to bother him. After 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks! He still had not even looked at it. He admitted he kept taking in stranded auto owners and was fixing them before scheduled work plus his Monday stranded diesels parked at his closed gate received his urgent attention. I realized I should not of scheduled the work and should have just parked it at his closed gate on a Monday morning and it might of received attention sooner than 7 weeks!!! I was forewarned he was only into doing work on the jacked up trucks and no longer giving attention to work trucks....I stopped by his shop and true.....the 2 trucks in his shop he was doing cosmetic jacking up the trucks and my work truck was parked in the back collecting dust. I got it towed once again but to another shop and it just needed a new water pump, which was originally thought. I got my truck back from the other shop in 3 days. I do not know if he doesn't respect women but he did not respect me. He knew I put out 'cop dogs' and total dis-respect from him. So, no I do not recommend him for women diesel owners, police vehicles or for the local farmers!

One of the tires blew, which then caused the coolant hose and rear air break hose to get sliced in half!! I was calling around to every mechanic in the area and no one could help us, either they didn't answer, didn't service school buses, or didn't have a mechanic. Kings Towing and Truck Repair out of Pasco, WA were amazing. The gal I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and she got with their mechanic and they got a plan together. It was nice to talk an actual person and not a computer. They were out fixing the bus within two hours from the time I called. To top it off, they sent two mechanics to the job and delivered the bus over an hours away to the hotel that the team was at once the bus was fixed, this was around 3am!! Who does that!??
