Jack did the body work and they re-pin stripped the the body with tape. Upon review, Jack noticed the original was hand painted. He had his guys remove the tape and brought in a specialist to hand paint the pin stripping. It was excellent. Several years later, I was hit again and discovered Jack opened a shop of his own. I have since been in and my wife drives a company car which has sustained damage a couple times. She takes her company car to Jacks because she knows, the quality of work Jack expects from his employees. Jack also stands behind his work and he always does a great job. Frankly, I don't trust anyone else to work on our car's paint.

They also were very transparent in its progress with an open line of text communication for updates and estimates on its completion. In addition to fixing my car, it was completely cleaned inside and out, hasn't been this clean since I bought it! They walked me through everything, and assured that if there were any issues with parts of the car that were repaired, they'd fix it for no cost. Also, they say if you leave a review on Google, you can receive a complimentary car wash in the future, but I decided to leave one on Yelp too! Obviously nobody ever wants to have their car in the shop, but it's nice knowing the Tri-Cities has a place where you'll receive great customer service if you do need a repair.
