I let my kids go in and get simple things while I wait out front. It helps build confidence and get experience in this sort of thing. I especially appreciate how they help and treat my kids while they are in there! We went to another auto place on this road and they were ignored for 15 minutes. We came here and it was the exact opposite experience! They seem to be engaging and my kids all say that everybody is really really nice. Today Brad and Urcy helped them. Urcy helped them last time as well. The kids felt like they wet helpful, nice and took them right to the products. I first went in on January 12th and was told the repair would take about 2 hours. Not only wasn't it done on time, but the technician damaged the back of my phone. I was also told the camera had been replaced--which was not true, because the same issue came back shortly after. From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.
