I cannot recommend Spaggi's enough after our first time here of many to come. Prices are super affordable for what you get & even though we were full we had to make space for the deserts they offer. Scott was our waiter tonight and he had the entire menu memorized along with specials which was pretty impressive alongside Ana the event coordinator that made us sure of who to go for needing vendor services. Everything was so amazing, extremely flavorful and different dishes from one another.

After years of hearing about this place and having it on my list as a place to go, I FINALLY made it happen and was glad I finally went. It was a milestone birthday for my husband and we didn't feel like driving far so I was definitely glad that there was somewhere close to go to that was nice. We went on a Wednesday night and reservations were easy to get. Going in feels like a restaurant in Italy and I love Italy so this felt right at home for me. For appetizers, we ordered the calamari because I'd read a lot about it and it didn't disappoint. The chef also added some macaroni balls for us to try which were nice and creamy and not dry. Yay! To start, they brought us some bread and olive tapenade - yum, very nice way to start the meal. I could have been done with just this. My husband ordered a Screwdriver from the menu to drink but they couldn't make it, boo. For dinner, my husband ordered the tomahawk to celebrate his birthday. Go husband!!! The tomahawk was nicely sliced at the table and came with some really good mashed potatoes and veggies. He very much enjoyed it and enjoyed leftovers the next day also. I couldn't decide between the cioppino and the lobster ravioli so I got both. Didn't realize the cioppino was going to be so big. The flavor was a bit too sweet for me but the waiter brought us some peppers and that made an incredible difference. The lobster ravioli was just ok that day. I took it home and ate it the 2nd day and it was delicious the next day. For dessert, my husband ordered the Creme brûlée cheesecake and they also gave him a piece of carrot cake. This allowed him to finish his night very divinely. All in all, a great experience. I'd like to try some other things on the menu. Hopefully, next time my son is in town so he can experience it with us. Our waiter was nice and got us what we needed for the most part. Enjoyable experience and definitely nice to have close to home.

Came here to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Reservation highly recommended for large group. The restaurant is so elegant and nice inside. Great place to celebrate a birthday or if you are going on a date. The staffs were so nice and friendly. Service was top notch. They have breads on the house with housemade olive spread. Was so good. We ordered the followings: - Scampi Al Limone (Shrimp) - Chilean Sea Bass - Linguini Vongole (Clam) - Ravioli Di Aragosta (Lobster) - Fettuccini Alfredo with a side of mushrooms and peas All were very good. We enjoyed our dishes. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

This review is years overdue! Spaggi's is a family favorite, and has been a beautiful experience for so many special meals, celebrations, and memories. It's a bit of a hidden gem, but do not be fooled by the shopping center. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are transported to one of the finest dining experiences in our area and truly unparalleled customer service. The heirloom beat and tomato salad is a must-have - we literally order it every single time. We've never had bad meal, but especially love the rotating fresh pastas. The lobster ravioli is rich but delicious. Try to save room for dessert - it's always a yummy selection. Thank you Chef Henry and Anna for years of incredible meals!

Wow! Service was great. Upon arrival me and my party were a bit early, but we were seated at a timely manner. The seating outside was cute. The food was heavenly. I've had lobster ravioli before, but these were absolutely delicious. One of the best I've ever had. Love that cream sauce. Cioppino was tasty and definitely memorable. Although the tapenade wasn't featured in my post, it was incredible.

    Linguini Pesto Pomodoro

Visited Spaggi's back in August of 2024 and I was surprised to see that the location was in basically a strip mall, but the atmosphere inside made it seem like you walked into a completely different place than where you came from. Our server was really nice and attentive and was patient to share with us his recommendations. Table got the linguini pesto pomodoro and the braised short rib. I've never had anything quite like the linguini because my palate had been previously limited to pesto and tomato sauce separately up until now but it complemented each other so well. The richness of the pesto mixed with the acidic tomato made a surprising tasty combination. The short rib was made well! Very simple but in a way that I knew that it wasn't going to fail me when I first saw it. This might sound silly but the star of the table that wowed me was the olive tapenade (not pictured) and how good it went with the bread. Throughout the meal I couldn't help but keep going back to it!

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had a pleasant experience. It was a bit odd when we walked in as we stood near the entrance for about 10 minutes (was even passed by who I think was a hostess coming on shift) before we were acknowledged. Once we were seated for our reservation our server and the food redeemed our decision to dine here. The vibe is more intimate and a bit fancy with white table cloth. Good spot for a date night or a special occasion. Their osso buco was tender and delicious. Our kids enjoyed the accompanying pasta and the calamari appetizer we ordered. We'll be back to try some of the other dishes. They got pretty busy while we were there so definitely suggest making reservations in advance.

I went for dinner on Wednesday so the restaurant wasn't packed. As soon as you walk in you get git with that Italian restaurant smell (idk how else to describe it) so I was hopeful that it would be good. The restaurant is dimly lit so it creates an intimate atmosphere. Very cozy. Our server was friendly and helped me choose between two dishes I wanted. We started with bread service which includes a few different styles of bread along with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For my entree I went with the clam linguine. It comes with chopped clams, garlic in a white wine sauce and also has a few whole clams in shell. It was so good. It was very "seafoody" which was just what I was craving. I also got to taste the carbonara, which was also very tasty. It had plenty of pancetta and the sauce was rich. Overall a good experience.

Nothing hits harder than fresh bread at the table. We ordered the calamari and it was chef's kiss. Super crispy, perfectly seasoned, not greasy at all, and the marinara tasted so fresh and homemade. Like the kind of appetizer you accidentally keep eating even when you swear you're saving room for your entrée. The Caesar salad was also so good -- perfectly dressed, fresh, crunchy, and balanced without being overly heavy. For my main, I got the Penne alla Vodka with added chicken and WOW. The sauce was rich, creamy, flavorful, and had that perfect comforting pasta energy. The chicken was juicy, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and every bite just hit. You know a pasta dish is good when the whole table goes silent for a minute. Everything tasted high quality and made with care, which honestly makes such a difference. Definitely one of those spots where you immediately start planning what you're ordering next time before you even leave. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu because if this was the first impression... I already know there are more hits waiting.

This half Italian can run rather brutal in Italian restaurant reviews. This is because my recently…read morelate Momma could humiliate almost every Italian restaurant in the Inland Empire. So I adjust out of fair play. This restaurant violated one of my strict restaurant rules, that applies to all cuisines: if you walk in and don't smell any food of any kind -- if the place smells like nothing -- turn and walk out immediately. But since YELP insisted this was a go, I stayed. TIP TO THE OWNER: if I were you, just before you open each night, I'd roast some garlic and hide it in the dining room -- maybe with a small fan on it. I'm not kidding. Okay, we were greeted by Sinatra in the air and Veronica, who gave us a gracious 'Italian' welcome. This is as much a part of the experience as anything. I've recently been to a new Italian spot that flubbed this. We were nudged towards risotto balls, which I'll be honest I've never managed to try but yum they both were. As was the marinara served with them, which is more of a delicate art than people understand. Some rolls came out and they were freshly made and delightful. They weren't doused in salt and so they needed that dash of provided soft whipped butter. So good I had one more roll than I wanted. Veronica made an excellent wine recommendation and off we were awaiting our entrees. We got there at opening and so we were seated in the bar/dining side. Ambiance was pretty okay but needed tweaking. I know tablecloths can scare off budget customers, but the room needed some warmth and that would have helped. Also bright setting sunlight was pouring in and I'd recommend lovely blinds for such occasions. The door at the bar leading into the back needs some paint. My vegetarian partner in crime got the eggplant parmesan, something both the menu and Veronica particularly recommended as a house specialty. It was good, but to this half Italian, not as special as it needs to be. Proper Egg Parm must absolutely melt in your mouth. If you must chew the eggplant at all, it's 'chewy' and not authentic. Look on YouTube, find an Italian -- do what you can to fix this. Trust me. My Chicken Piccata was good too, but not great. It was off somehow. To my tastebuds it wasn't creamy. If the owners PM me, I can tell you of two places within 40s minutes that do this plate properly. I enjoyed it, finished it, but I wouldn't order it again. Each of our plates came with two carrots, two pieces of broccoli, and two wedges of roasted potato. We could have had pasta but went with these sides. THEY WERE SHOCKINGLY GOOD. Not over cooked, not over seasoned, just perfect. It's an extremely odd experience to have a great wine, great appetizer, great bread, great sides -- but merely good entrees. This ate a star, sorry. We will return and try two other entrees. If they too disappoint, we likely won't return. But understand we want you to be great, because I strolled into Brio later and it was noisy cringe.

The cream of mushroom (an upgrade, but absolutely worth it) was luxuriously smooth and intensely aromatic -- it truly tasted like freshly blended mushrooms rather than a generic cream base. Rich, velvety, and deeply savory. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust with that satisfying crunch along the edges, yet still tender inside. The pasta was perfectly al dente with excellent bite. The white sauce was creamy and full-bodied without being runny, coating each strand evenly. The red sauce struck a lovely balance between acidity and sweetness -- bright but not sharp. The stuffed mushrooms were especially juicy and flavorful, releasing a savory broth with every bite. Tiramisu leaned slightly heavier on the liqueur, which I personally enjoyed -- bold, fragrant, and not overly sweet. Portions were very generous; the three of us couldn't finish everything and ended up packing two lunch-sized portions to go. Service was attentive and efficient without being intrusive. The dining room felt comfortable and relaxed -- classic Italian trattoria energy, warm and inviting. A meal that felt thoughtfully executed from start to finish. Those my only positive comments from my first visit. I came on a Saturday so they might have been busier than normal. There was no place to sit and my knees were hurting from the wait. Once helped, the young man who wrote down my order walked toward the food prep area and almost immediately yelled that he was taking a break. The young man who prepared my three sandwiches seemed inexperienced and unsure how the sandwiches were made. I remained hopeful. I took the sandwiches to the cashier in another area of the store. She was young but cordial and asked if I wanted the sandwiches in a bag and I said, "yes please", only later to realize I was charged for the bag. As many other reviews mention, this business has amazing potential but the customer service is sorely lacking. There are obvious deficiencies in training and supervision. Now, about the sandwiches. The bread is tasty but VERY hard (almost stale). This is much different than all other sandwich places and I was not expecting it. I was very disappointed that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong and not the way I ordered it. I will say the sandwiches were a good value but the poor customer service and incorrect order will prevent me from returning. I hope your experience is better than mine!
