It's been years since I've been to Vince's and today I decided to come by and grab some dinner and it was worth it . It was a 25 minute wait but it went by fast as soon as we were seated we were tended to overall it was a 10/10 our server as well but only thing is I asked one of the girls that works up front while she was walking by for a cup of water for my baby boy she said yes she would get one but looked annoyed and bothered that I asked her then looked down at my son annoyed as well like she was bothered she had to get a cup of water for him well let me tell you she definitely was because she never came back with the water instead kept on doing what she was doing and even walked past us like okay you got some nerve nonetheless I waited for our waitress to come back and what do you know I asked her and she got it right away for out 1 year old ... that other girl idk what her issue was but by her look you can tell she was annoyed and bothered I asked her to do something that falls under the ROLE OF HER POSITION, which is at the end customer service .. I wish I would've got her name but I remember her face clear and next time I go ima make sure I get her name . Over all food was 10/10 and my waitress her service was a 10/10 but the Mexican young lady up front kinda short around 5'3/5'5 with black hair and black ponytail she def needs to be fired or written up for her horrible customer service and neglect as well and disregarding a customer with no care in the world .

Cool booth seating at the entrance.

We've been here a couple times and always had a good experience. The décor is like any typical Italian restaurant and it's usually very clean. On our past visit, Anthony waited on us and the service was very good. Their menu is somewhat limited, but it's all about the spaghetti. You can order a la carte or dinners (full or half servings), which come with a cup of soup (vegetables in beef broth), side garden salad, and garlic/cheese bread. A half order of spaghetti is currently $17.55 and would be considered a regular portion anywhere else. The full-size serving is $23.15 and is ridiculously huge! You get a choice of marinara or meat sauce with all dishes. Also, I added a side Italian Sausage to mine for $3.15. My mom tried an a la carte order of the Mostasagna (similar to lasagna) which was a huge portion for $14.95. Everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. I usually wouldn't order spaghetti at an Italian restaurant as that seems to be something I can easily make at home. Vince's Spaghetti is the one exception to this and I'm sure we'll be back. There's also a location in Ontario, not too far from the airport.

Lots of good. Soup and salad salad other dinners. A glass of Justine cab was $11.95!!!!! There is quick service and you are in and out quickly. There were many large parties but the food still came out quickly. A good place to fill up kid tummies.

This spaghetti joint is freaking awesome! It's nice and dark, big enough to accommodate a large group. You have enough space between booths so you don't have to listen to baby Jr son of bitch cry the entire time while you eat your meal, like at the old spaghetti factory. The hostess was nice and the server was knowledgeable and friendly. The food portion was large!! The portion size is so big it could fill in the booty part of a pair of leggings, making your eyes pop out of your skull. The flavor of their tomato sauce is unreal. I questioned every bowl of spaghetti I've had in my life before. I cried, I laughed, I ate. When I told my therapist, all they asked was for directions to Vince's spaghetti. The soup and salad was included in the dinner special. Great value by the way, can't beat it, not even Michael Jackson could beat it. The cheese bread is crack like. I woke up in cold sweats mumbling....gaaarrlic bbbrread. It is crunchy, buttery and flavorful. I'd sell my kids or steal a car radio to be able to get that garlic bread. Overall, this spaghetti joint is beyond dope! It's good for a date, family dinner, or like me.....a kind of fit kinda of fat gorge fest with the wife and pigs. Bring your friends or family because they have to experience Vince's spaghetti. Or don't bring them, so I don't have to wait to be seated. This is a must before you die....true hidden gem.

Super affordable and delicious pasta! When in the area I always make it a point to stop by Vince's . The restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30-2:00pm then again for dinner from 4pm-9pm. The lunch deals include soup or salad, garlic or garlic cheese bread and pasta for around $14. Fantastic fresh homemade pasta, fluffy bread, and amazing sauce to dip your bread in. The portions are huge so bring your appetite and expect plenty of leftovers. You can order any pasta with shredded provolone on top. I highly recommend getting it baked. If you want good pasta at affordable prices. I would definitely make a stop here. Plenty of parking Large dining room Dedicated area for takeout orders

Great casual eatery with huge portions. I ordered a half portion ($9) and it was plenty for me. I preferred the red sauce and the spaghetti, but both sauces and pastas were good. I like that they have a very simple menu with just a few items. I also highly recommend adding the fresh cheese. Service was also quick. We came on Saturday around 5/6 and were seated right away and we had our pastas out in 15 min.

We took our Dear Friends visiting from Washington State to try Vince's, we love it that much.

Vince's Spaghetti has amazing food. It's worth the hour+ drive from Santa Clarita/Canyon Country. Whenever we come, we always need to take home at least 2 large containers of their delicious meat sauce. The customer service is always amazing. Very friendly and accurate servers. And the booths/ambience is the best. One of my favorite restaurants for sure.

My cousin brought me here for some real authentic spaghetti and omg is she right! The minute we got out of the car I can smell delicious aromas. We both got the Vince's dinner thtat included soup and salad. And everything was amazing! The minestrone soup had a ton of veggies. The cheese and garlic rolls were savory and crunchy. And the spaghetti sauce was definitely not a chain sauce. You can taste the hours of simmering, the freshness. and just the decadence and love. The place is big but busy (even on a weeknight) and I can see why. The service was also top notch. Everyone was friendly, checked on us several times, answered any questions. The portions are also humongous and there was enough spaghetti left for another 2-3 people! We are usually in the area to visit family so will have to include this place on a 'must visit' list. Just have to come hungry.

My go to place once or twice a month. Half order of Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and an order of Garlic Bread.

    A la carte is plenty
    Michelle R.

Inexpensive food that fills you up. A complete dinner of soup and salad, half portion of pasta and bread is about $17. Just a half portion of pasta is $8.65. I got just the half portion of meat sauce. Stephen got the half portion of meat sauce with cheese ($2.65 more), and we split an order of garlic bread. The pasta was covered in cheese! We left satisfied and full!

    Nice cool place

The service is quite quick considering I just ordered a large spaghetti dinner entrée. I love the atmosphere because it takes you back a couple decades. I love that. The seating is quite spacious. The spaghetti is tasty. I'll be back.

I've been here multiple times and it always feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the food never disappoints. You can't go wrong with the spaghetti and meat sauce. It clearly tastes homemade and adds a personal, comforting touch to the entire experience.

Of note, unrelated to our visit, an issue erupted between a customer & a patron that felt uncomfortable for myself & our group because it became a shouting match. This definitely could've been handled in a more professional manner. I'm not placing any blame on either party but de-escalating it would've been appreciated. Overall, the food was delicious. The pasta tasted fresh. The pesto sauce was a tad salty for my taste but it was flavorful. The meatballs were soft, you can taste the quality in their food. We noticed a few flies/gnats flying around our areas & had to swat them away plenty of times. Despite the issues encountered, our group had a pretty good enough time at this pasta shop. I hope the business owner is able to take some of these things in consideration for the sake of its success. Thank you.

The mortadella app was interesting. For one, the mortadella was sliced thicker than I prefer - though it is advertised as thinly sliced - and the fritters were not fritter-ing. If a dish could taste flat, this one did. I was also surprised with the calamari because it was very mild and plain. It lacked flavor and no amount of sauce could save it. I felt like there were a lot of misfires throughout the meal. -the vodka pasta ($18) swam in a lot of sauce. It was so watery and lacked flavor. -rib-eye ($48) was under-presented on a plain ole white plate. And it was very much under seasoned. The best dish of the evening was the wood oven short rib ($35). It's a braised short rib with mashed potatoes, charred spinach, spicy roasted carrots, horseradish cream + ajus. The meat was so tender and flavorful, but honestly, what had me was the charred spinach - they were delightfully crispy. I liked it a lot. A few of the things we ordered were no longer offered on the menu which I thought was strange going into a busy weekend without an updated menu. There were some good eats, but lots of mid things and not worth the money. Despite my own personal preferences, I think Biest is worth a try if you need a cutesy restaurant in the area.

Unfortunately, my daughter's $47 entrée contained a metal wire bristle from a grill/cleaning brush. Thankfully, she noticed it before swallowing it, but this could have resulted in a very serious injury. To the restaurant's credit, the manager came over promptly, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation professionally. We appreciated that acknowledgment. We also chose not to make a scene or demand anything because we understand that mistakes can happen. What disappointed us was how the situation was ultimately handled. When our bill arrived, my daughter's entrée was actually charged twice. We had to point out the duplicate charge to our waiter. When he returned with the corrected bill, one of the duplicate charges had been removed, but the remaining $47 entrée--the one that contained the metal wire--was still on the bill. We were then told that my daughter's dessert had been made complimentary. While we appreciated the gesture of the complimentary dessert, it seemed to fall well short of what would have been appropriate given the circumstances. A dessert does not compare to paying for a $47 entrée that contained a dangerous foreign object. This review isn't meant to criticize the quality of the food, it was outstanding. It's about the response to a significant food safety issue. I believe most guests would expect that a meal containing a metal wire bristle would be removed from the bill without question. Instead, we left feeling disappointed that the resolution did not reflect the seriousness of what had occurred. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that the restaurant reviews its food preparation and grill cleaning procedures to ensure this doesn't happen to another guest.
