Old timey red sauce Italian restaurant located right off Route 66. I'm actually not sure if this is the original location, but this place and vibe feels like it has been here for a very long time. I ended up eating here and the service was very friendly. It also seems like they do a lot of takeout business as well. I sat at one of their large wooden booths next to a window overlooking the historic Route 66. I've driven and ate along that road plenty of times before, but this is the first time I was just looking and thinking about how many road trips and stories this road has seen. I ended up ordering the house special tomato sauce with spaghetti (full order for an additional few dollars) and a 1/2 liter of red wine. This comes with soup, salad, and some garlic bread. When the food came out...holy heck. This was a lot of food! Easily two to three meals if I wanted to stretch it. This meal and the wine was very reasonably priced. Very very reasonable. Psychologically speaking, the price made me skeptical of the quality of the wine, but I thought it was fine. Like any other old school Italian spot and ordering the house Chianti. I thought the food was good too. Especially for the value you got and just the overall vibe. I really enjoyed my dining experience here. And looking around, I could appreciate that this is a type of place that you could bring your family to get a decent meal out without breaking the bank. read more

It's been years since I've been to Vince's and today I decided to come by and grab some dinner and it was worth it . It was a 25 minute wait but it went by fast as soon as we were seated we were tended to overall it was a 10/10 our server as well but only thing is I asked one of the girls that works up front while she was walking by for a cup of water for my baby boy she said yes she would get one but looked annoyed and bothered that I asked her then looked down at my son annoyed as well like she was bothered she had to get a cup of water for him well let me tell you she definitely was because she never came back with the water instead kept on doing what she was doing and even walked past us like okay you got some nerve nonetheless I waited for our waitress to come back and what do you know I asked her and she got it right away for out 1 year old ... that other girl idk what her issue was but by her look you can tell she was annoyed and bothered I asked her to do something that falls under the ROLE OF HER POSITION, which is at the end customer service .. I wish I would've got her name but I remember her face clear and next time I go ima make sure I get her name . We've been here a couple times and always had a good experience. The décor is like any typical Italian restaurant and it's usually very clean. On our past visit, Anthony waited on us and the service was very good. Their menu is somewhat limited, but it's all about the spaghetti. You can order a la carte or dinners (full or half servings), which come with a cup of soup (vegetables in beef broth), side garden salad, and garlic/cheese bread. A half order of spaghetti is currently $17.55 and would be considered a regular portion anywhere else. The full-size serving is $23.15 and is ridiculously huge! You get a choice of marinara or meat sauce with all dishes. Also, I added a side Italian Sausage to mine for $3.15. My mom tried an a la carte order of the Mostasagna (similar to lasagna) which was a huge portion for $14.95. Everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. I usually wouldn't order spaghetti at an Italian restaurant as that seems to be something I can easily make at home. Vince's Spaghetti is the one exception to this and I'm sure we'll be back. You have enough space between booths so you don't have to listen to baby Jr son of bitch cry the entire time while you eat your meal, like at the old spaghetti factory. The portion size is so big it could fill in the booty part of a pair of leggings, making your eyes pop out of your skull. The flavor of their tomato sauce is unreal. I questioned every bowl of spaghetti I've had in my life before. I cried, I laughed, I ate. When I told my therapist, all they asked was for directions to Vince's spaghetti. The soup and salad was included in the dinner special. Great value by the way, can't beat it, not even Michael Jackson could beat it. The cheese bread is crack like. I woke up in cold sweats mumbling....gaaarrlic bbbrread. It is crunchy, buttery and flavorful. I'd sell my kids or steal a car radio to be able to get that garlic bread. Super affordable and delicious pasta! When in the area I always make it a point to stop by Vince's . The restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30-2:00pm then again for dinner from 4pm-9pm. The lunch deals include soup or salad, garlic or garlic cheese bread and pasta for around $14. Fantastic fresh homemade pasta, fluffy bread, and amazing sauce to dip your bread in. The portions are huge so bring your appetite and expect plenty of leftovers. You can order any pasta with shredded provolone on top. I highly recommend getting it baked. Great casual eatery with huge portions. I ordered a half portion ($9) and it was plenty for me. I preferred the red sauce and the spaghetti, but both sauces and pastas were good. I like that they have a very simple menu with just a few items. I also highly recommend adding the fresh cheese. Service was also quick. And the only way to get meatballs is to buy them ala carte. The prices were not bad for the amount of food you get which in today's economy, I can see to be very appealing. We both got the Vince's dinner thtat included soup and salad. And everything was amazing! The minestrone soup had a ton of veggies. The cheese and garlic rolls were savory and crunchy. And the spaghetti sauce was definitely not a chain sauce. You can taste the hours of simmering, the freshness. and just the decadence and love. The place is big but busy (even on a weeknight) and I can see why. The service was also top notch. Everyone was friendly, checked on us several times, answered any questions. I came on a busy night on a Saturday. Vince's does have a parking lot so no need to look for parking. Okay, you should only come here if you're cravings for spaghetti and that's it. Vince's spaghetti does spaghetti well and that what you should order. The menu is small and straight to the point. Its nothing fancy and the price is right. I ended up getting the dinner special that comes with garlic bread, soup, salad, and spaghetti. Next time, I'll just order a full order of spaghetti and that it. From the rustic, classic atmosphere to the caring service, Vince's is some of the best! Recently, I was informed by a friend they sell their sauces in half pint, pint, quart, and gallon sizes, which is perfect for holiday and/or family gatherings! I quickly visited their website and placed an order for a couple gallons of their meat sauce and a couple quarts of their marinara sauce. I set a convenient time for pick up and paid online. After worship rehearsal at church, I drove over to Vince's and my order was sitting there waiting for me, piping hot and packaged nicely. They also include the cheese for topping! Went to Vince's in Rancho tonight (February, 1 2026). I put our name in with the woman at the desk. When our name was called, we got up and went to the desk. I guess someone else decided to be "us" and take our spot, so they were seated instead of us. The woman did nothing about it, so we waited more time! I order the French Dip sandwich and my wife ordered the spaghetti. She loved the spaghetti with the garlic bread. My French Dip sandwich came soggy on the bottom, which is very disgusting. I took the extra garlic bread and used them for the bread on the sandwich. It was decent after that. This is the first French Dip sandwich that's been so soggy on the bottom bread side. The sauce that they're famous for was something I feel you could out do at home on your own. It was sweeter than I prefer. The meat sauce wasn't bad, however again it was on the sweeter side. I'd probably go back if someone in our group wanted to go but I wouldn't go back on my own. Vinces' is where I had my first date! I remember the smells as we walked through the door, almost like being at my Nana's. I remember the plate of Spaghetti was Huge, but delicious. Garlic bread spot on, and waitstaff weren't hanging out at the table, but accessible. I still (family now) come here and not much change, which is a plus. If it's not broke, then don't try to fix it!
