We arrived early for our massage and they were able to take us right back. I liked that we were able to fill out the diagram to show where we preferred they concentrate the massage and where we wanted them to avoid. The masseuse confirmed when he walked in and then showed me the timer for 60 min before beginning. The ambiance was perfect and we both enjoyed our massages. They even had a bathroom with a shower and robes/slippers for us to use after we were finished. It's a step above your no frills massage parlor! I would definitely recommend going here for a quality massage!

I did few full body massages, my first cupping experience was here and i couldn't be happier. place is also always clean and great smells/ nice ambience Today I decided to try facial. First I had 30 min foot massage which was great and has been done by "Joe". Then time had come for my facial. It started nicely with lady who kept asking me if pressure is good, if everything is nice. Then someone brought phone to her and for good 15 min nonstop calls that she had to reply because nobody else could. Then from steamer few extremely hot drops felt down on my neck which left burns on my skin. Then lady was obviously so overwhelmed with an accident and with replying all the time on calls. She became rougher and irritated and probably made mistake mixing one of the masks( it was jelly mask) and it was too liquid and got into my both eyes. it was painful and scary and itchy. I had to be taken with closed eyes to the bathroom to wash it off. For that experience they gave 10$ off for next service lol. i am taking away only one star from my review because overall my experience at this spa was always excellent and i hope it was just one accident But if you don't have stuff to perform properly facial or you are understuffed and noone can reply phone calls, just don't take clients then. Tell them "today we cannot make facial, instead we can do this and that" In the end of the day, you come to spa to relax. And not to worry that hot drops falling down or you will become blind from some chemicals in your eyes

It was amazing! I did 90 minutes and it was worth every penny. But the way, save a little money and pay cash. My neck and shoulder that brought me in are feeling so much better! My lower back that's always angry has calmed down too. The combo of stretching and massage is perfection. I'd like to try a traditional Thai massage next time, but this was a great entry point. Though the site showed that they had no availability on this date I called and was able to be fit in that same day. The receptionist mentioned that my esthetician Rebecca had a language barrier, but she and I got on perfectly fine during my hour long service. She started with cleansing and steaming my face, then got to work using the microdermabrasion and hydration tools which felt like a small suction running up and down my face. I'd never had any type of dermabrasion done to my face before and was a little nervous about how uncomfortable it would feel, but the facial was virtually painless. My skin was feeling a little hot after the treatment, but luckily the next step was a cooling facial mask that smelled kind of like eucalyptus. Rebecca massaged my arms and neck while I had this on, which was my favorite part of the facial. She applied some cream as a finish at the end, and when I looked at my face again my skin looked notably less dull. My blackheads were no longer so visible, and even my pores seemed tighter. This facial was on the pricier side, but I was happy to learn that they have more inexpensive options like the glow and go facial - just $65. The spa itself is beautiful and brand new. It's a relaxing atmosphere which is hard to cultivate when you're stepping in off busy Steinway street. I will absolutely be back.
