I fell a meditation at the session and had very good sleep that night afterwards. Renaud is a great practitioner with a lot of patience and compassion. Before meeting him, I had no idea what Reiki is and the appointment with him was like an adventure. Renaud explained both Reiki and the session to me in details, answered all my questions, and was even willing to give me a refund if I didn't feel comfortable to work with him. He also patiently answered a lot of my new questions after the session and directed me to many useful resources. It had been truly a wonderful experience and I very much appreciate Renaud's help.

I rarely take the time to write a review, but I feel compelled to write a review about Saba and her practice. I had the most incredible experience here and probably one of the best services I have ever received in my life, surely #1 for my soul. I feel truly grateful and thankful for meeting Saba and lucky to have met her when I did. She is a gifted healer with a pure heart and a beautiful soul who I 100% trust for Reiki (super important who you go to!) as well as each and every service she provides - not only is the LED super healing, but the Biofeedback itself blew my mind, not only can I attest to how accurate the report is (have no idea how it knew what it did!) and nothing simple, it is a thorough ~17 page report (maybe a few more pages even, depends on you/your wellness) which they very conveniently send to your email straight away and is beautifully pictured and easy to understand (not just like vitals at a DR. office where things are just listed and seem overwhelming and a mountain of research, although this is not to discredit going to your doctors' appointments all, not substituting/endorsing anything like that, they are totally differentiated in my mind so, please go for sure!! I just wanted to set the imagery of the report) But, in any case, that Biofeedback report was so insightful (I didn't even know how it knew the things it did and it's not just typical things you expect but literally so many lifestyle things, like sleep, for example (yes, 3-4 hours a night is bad I know; but it will call you out on it, the report flags all these issues, flags what's more severe than X thing and Y thing; through clear indicator bars so you ='re not sitting there confused, and with recommendations included, it was like magic and provided invaluable information, and more than that its topped with Saba's guidance and advice as she reviews your results before healing - she cares from the bottom of her heart and she wants to help you like you're one of her own (daughter, best friend, family, childhood fried, anything). I could just feel it. After she walks through the results with you (providing even more support and advice which I had to write down notes on after because they were so good!) She will then use these results along with her own powerful healing and intuitive abilities to begin your Reiki session. Which was nothing short than amazing; nothing like something I've experienced; I know from the bottom of my heart something changed. It's like a new engine that jumpstarted in a way, I can not even describe it; but I know this is the first step to something very very good. I've gone to Catherine a number of times, and over the past 8 or so years. I trust her completely…read more Catherine has a special gift of making you understand that she is very in tune with each of her patients. She works with you and your body to figure out what it needs, and then provides a personalized massage to address your issues. I always like to tell folks about one particular session I had with Catherine, where I had had debilitating neck pain for the two weeks prior. (I'm sure it was also no coincidence that at that time in my life I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress due to job insecurity combined with very long work hours.) I had seen a number specialists, masseuses, had acupuncture and was even prescribed percoset for the pain (took just 1/2 a pill and got very sick). I finally realized after all that and nothing helping me...'why don't I just make an appointment with Catherine?!" As I lay on her table, she began pressing on various points in my neck. At one point during the session, and without any warning (this was as much a surprise to me as to Catherine) I burst out crying very strongly...not due to any pain, but due to some type of a 'release'. I knew enough to just go with it...let it all out...and then we resumed with the session. At the end when I got up from the table, I would say that at least 60% of my mobility had returned...from just that one session with Catherine, and this after my being in debilitating pain for two weeks.
