Ok back to this review, here's the biggest issue I had with the place and why you see 3stars. They do not inform you either written or verbally that they charge a mandatory tip on top of the service. So while I was happy to tip at the end usually this is based on the service and up to the discretion of the customer. Again, if it had been written or conveyed to us in some format, that would have been ok and we could have decided what to do; however, at the end of the massage, I handed the lady a large bill to cover two foot massages for 60 min and she gave me change back. Then informed me of the mandatory tip value, I was surprised. More important, what if you bring a certain amount of money that can't cover the surprise mandatory tip at the end? People want to tip a good service, but when you surprise customers and demand it, that's when things can get awkward. I really wanted this to be the place I come weekly and recommend to others, not sure if I can now. Many things to think of regarding this surprise.
