After only three deep-tissue massage sessions with Danny, I noticed a significant improvement and was able to gradually return to my normal activities. I have also had a great experience with Danny's strength classes. In the past, I attended Orangetheory and was injured several times because the trainers were not always able to notice or correct improper form. Danny gives each person individual attention and takes the time to correct posture and technique. Since training with him, I have been able to build strength without getting injured. His training also improves mobility, balance, and the movements we use in everyday life. The singing class is another great addition. The instructor is very dedicated, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each student improve.
