She has an easygoing personality and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. Kathleen explained the different massage techniques that she uses and after asking which areas of my body I wanted her to focus on, she went straight to work on my muscles, customizing along the way. Kathleen indicated where my trigger points were and told me that if they're not taken care of early on, they can take root and spread.
