Started coming here earlier this year after I started developing some rather debilitating lower…read moreback pain from working from home without proper ergonomic office equipment. George was the physical therapist who had first assessed me, and he did such a great job, my back felt immediately better after my session with him. Due to my schedule, I only saw George that one time, and the other times, I saw either Dimple or Patrick. Both of them give great deep tissue massages while patiently guiding you through various exercises, meant to train your muscles and to alleviate the pain you've been feeling. After about a dozen and a half sessions, I felt good enough to stop going in regularly and I still utilize their exercises to prevent any backsliding, no pun intended. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend this clinic as they are all kind, friendly, and they patient. They accept most insurances, and they are very quick to respond to any and all questions you may have.

Quality of Care / Quality of Life…read more I came to this facility because of the high recommendations. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit. So far, the quality of care I have received has led to a better quality of life because of them. I highly recommend this place! Jahn G.
