The people working there talk obnoxiously loud and you can hear a bunch of conversations while getting your "treatment". The only treatment I got was got some electric therapy for 5 minutes. Then they left me laying there with a ice pack. Comes back, While I am digging into my bag and puts some hot and cold on my knee (can't even wait untill I get my phone out) and says okay next appointment you will do exercise. Than goes back to stand in the corner and talk with the other workers... No thank you, never coming back .. plus the two "therapists" couldn't speak English fluently.

It started in my upper shoulder and I hate to stop going because they have me doing two pound weights and lifting a ball above my head until it hurt. I had to loosen up the arthritis behind my shoulder and the one PT said that it couldn't be done. Until the arthritis got loosened up no surgery- well I stopped going because I felt like there was no improvement. now I have elbow pain and can't walk without keeping the arm raised up . I feel that they did not help me at all and a lot of the time forgot to clean the machine's . I am not just trying to be a bitter woman- i genuinely am a easy going person. This is my first time in physical therapy for any injury, and if anyone reading these reviews feels a little nervous or unsure about PT in general, I can say that the difference it has already made in my healing time/process, compared to past injuries that I didn't undergo PT for, has been noticeable. It's taken about half the time it usually takes for me to start walking confidently again. PT as I experience it in this practice is basically everything that I subconsciously want from doctors, but never get from them; it turns out that they rely on therapists to provide a lot of what we everyday people understand as "care." As to this specific practice, I really appreciate a lot of how it's run; they've set up some very impressive workflows to maximize the care that they can provide in their space. The office workers who manage scheduling and payments have always been very professional and inviting with me, and they have a system set up where I get a reminder text the day before every appointment. My wait has never been more than 10 minutes, usually less than 5. The aides, who lead patients through exercises before treatment, orchestrate and manage a really impressive flow of multiple patients progressing through various exercises around the space. My intake was with Michelle, and Manuel has handled the vast majority of my treatment. Manuel gives me a lot of opportunities to reflect on what I'm noticing about my progress thus far, and what aspects of the injury are still giving me trouble. I feel that he's very responsive to observations/questions, and forthcoming with explanations of treatments and exercises (I'm a person who needs a lot of explanations). I'm pretty sure that every single person I've witnessed working here is confidently bilingual (I've heard mostly English and Spanish); I hear office workers, aides, and PTAs switching easily and frequently between languages from patient to patient, and as a fellow bilingual who has a hard time codeswitching that often, I find this really impressive. The practice feels rooted to the community it's located in because of this, and I really appreciate that.

I was an active person, running & biking, and was injured during a biking incident in February. It started as back pain and devolved into sciatic pain. I've found out it's a herniated disc, which Rodney knew before I even had an MRI. So he's been coaching me through exercises and given me pointers that he used on himself to get me back on my feet. It's still early days, but I'm confident that we'll get this resolved. And even if surgery is needed, I'll be continuing my rehab here. Also, bonus points for studying in the Netherlands.

My parents are now going there on a regular basis for their body aches and had great results. There are different staff for different purposes; they are all very professional. As a parent, I make decisions about my child's schedule -- not a business owner. If there were operational limitations, that could have been communicated professionally. Instead, the reasoning was judgmental and paternalistic. Families seeking therapy services deserve respect, flexibility, and professional boundaries.
