I do not know how to shout out loud enough my praise for him, his team, and the entire staff in Forest Hills. From our first meeting, he listened very closely to my needs and goals. In fact, every time I arrived, he observed how I walked in, the look on my face, the first words out of my mouth. From these clues he would guide me through my session. When I felt a setback, he encouraged me and talked me through my frustration and disappointment. One of my goals was to be able to pick up my 30 pound grandson.
