I explained this to the Dr. during our consultation and he assured me that he would have no problem treating my husband and even asked me to scheduled my appointments in the late afternoon so that he would be able to spend more time with my husband. Today was our first appointment and the Dr. seemed to not want to be bothered and repeatedly told me that I should get a physical therapist to come to the home. When I was leaving the office, the women at the front desk (who's name I did not get) handed me back my prescription and said to me "good luck cause you're going to need it". I'm completely appalled at the way we were treated today. I guess their services are only good enough for the healthy minded. On multiple occasions staff had been heard speaking negatively about referring physicians including calling them "stupid" due to their race and suggesting patients find new doctors. This kind of behavior is concerning especially in a healthcare setting where patients are already dealing with pain and stress. A more respectful and compassionate environment should be the standard. I also attempted to raise a concern and had difficulty getting clear information about who to speak with. I was not provided with the correct name of the office manager and after I stated I would be contacting corporate, I received multiple follow-up calls that were unnecessary. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are made to improve professionalism and communication within the office.

They never have long wait times. Very polite and understanding receptionists. Dr. Stratos is very Experienced and truly cares about his patients. Not only has he really helped me with my knee, but I even had a separate shoulder injury, unrelated to my reason for coming here, and he still made it his priority to help me with the pain and swelling. He also made me aware of more options available to me than a full knee replacement surgery. I'm only 30 and all my orthopedics keep telling me I need a full knee replacement but Dr. Stratos put me on to multiple alternatives that I never heard of until now and they are all much more effective and longer lasting procedures. He showed remarkable empathy for my situation that another doctor caused; a tear in my labrum because of carelessness while I was unconscious.
