Reach PT saved my sanity. The entire group of therapists, led by Dr. Vinnie, are the best team of physical therapists I've ever worked with. I woke in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. I first went to a chiropractor without any relief. Neighborhood friends highly recommended Reach. I called and left a message, which was returned within an hour. I was given an appointment on the same day. Dr. Vinnie took a thorough medical history and began working with me. I felt relief almost immediately. By the third week of treatment, I felt terrific. All of the therapists are genuinely caring as well as skilled. The front desk always is accommodating with scheduling and handles all paperwork regarding insurance coverage. The facility is spotless and the background music is wonderful. What keeps me returning is the great treatment and convivial and amusing therapists. REACH PT is the place to go if physical therapy is needed. Upon meeting with Dr. Vinny Pillai and his staff I immediately felt I was in the right place. The facility itself is immaculate and very inviting. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional (this includes receptionist, the therapy staff). I had hip and knee surgery two years ago and at the age of 83 I was troubled with balance and walking issues. After a few months of therapy at REACH I am now walking and doing daily chores more securely. I am thankful to Marie, Greg and Dr. Vinny for their help and caring approach to my therapy journey. A friend recommended I go to Reach Physical Therapy after I broke my ankle. I have been thanking her ever since. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff is dedicated, caring and very good at what they do. The girls at the front desk are courteous and accommodating. The therapists are all top notch. They have a clear plan cut out for you and are always observing to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and checking to see when you are ready to move to the next level. Injured myself at work, and was in unbearable pain. Vinny and the PTAs have been heaven sent for my neck and back pain. Taught me how to do my stretches CORRECTLY at home and even at work to help me get better quicker. They are equipped with many different exercise machines for different types of injuries, even have a special cervical one for my neck (I keep forgetting the name of it lol) that he uses. If you need a fantastic PT place, I highly recommended Reach and the team there. You will feel better, and everyone is a family making you feel at you best. After my knee replacement surgery I had to go to out therapy. A friend recommended Reach. Best decision I could have made was to go there. Vinny and his staff are friendly and were very attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me to do any more than I was capable of at the time. Due to their expert attention and guidance with various exercises my recovery was quick and painless. I was able to walk without a cane after 4 weeks. Dr. Vinny Pillai puts his heart and soul into his work. Prior to having a knee replaced recently, I had physical therapy at Reach before and after the surgery and my recovery was not so painful. My experience began in Mid- March when I needed therapy after my surgery from a torn quad on my left knee. Based on the program my physician had recommended over the next several months has provided excellent results. They have a terrific staff that works with you to the fullest. Frozen shoulder a" Term" I never heard before until last June when my arm would not move. It was FROZEN!! Very limited range of motion.
