I was given a bell in case of discomfort while I was on the table alone. It don't work. They didn't hear the bell. Gave me a false sense of comfort but in the end it worked out since the pain I was feeling subsided. Also be aware there is a cancellation fee. Knowing all this I will return and do recommend them.

She was more than happy to help and do extra in terms of relieving the muscle. I also can't exaggerate how I fell asleep during the process, but it was definitely relaxing enough that my body felt very light. Coming out of it, there is some soreness, which is to be expected as it is targeting the muscle. I would highly recommend and I would try to book with Miriam. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger.
