They took the time to understand what I needed and set up a realistic program customized for me. In 60 days I lost 30 pounds, from 225 pounds down to 195. I did not starve and they checked my vitals weekly. Further, when I reached my target weight they did not string me along, but applauded my accomplishment and then wrote up a new program to maintain the weight. 6 months later the weight is still off. Also I was NEVER OFFERED A REFUND. NEVER , you really need to stop it and own up to your mistakes. Really? that was because your office called him to come in for a follow up and when he told you he would not be using your services since he found out on the second visit that it would be covered by his insurance , you told him you had alternative plans to help him which turned out to be false when he got there! Wow! This was a random, and lucky, stop! Was having sushi after a night of drinking (needed the…read moresodium) and randomly mentioned getting an IV drip so we jumped on yelp and found this spot. Gave them a call and the lady invited us right in. We wrapped up our lunch and headed that way. After spending a few minutes filling out some forms and going over what they offer we decided on the hangover vitamin mix. One of the ladies took us back one at a time and provided us with a blend of vitamin B, C, and a few other electrolytes - could feel the results immediately. This isn't like a typical drip but more of an IV push. They talked to us about trying the Cyro Therapy, and being on vacation, their up-sell worked. Had to give it a try. Wow was it worth it! 3 minutes in the freezing room (they have a room you enter vs the tube where your head sticks out). It was the most refreshing thing, woke me right up, and had me ready to take on the day. The IV and Cyro together were around $180 - but after the night I had, it was the best $180 spent! The staff is accommodating, welcoming, and overall great. They answered the many questions we had and were very helpful along the process. Next time I am in the city and have a long night - this is my go to spot!
