I have worked with Moss Wellness twice now for two different issues…read more One was Leaky Gut - which they COMPLETELY cured me!!! Such a miracle because I felt like my life was over with the amount of pain I was in.. The other, and most recent was my struggle with a reoccurring itchy skin issue, which I've had for 20 years - tinea versicolor. In the past, I had only been prescribed anti-fungal pills that destroyed my stomach and ointments that did not work by dermatologists. Those doctors could never get to the root cause, they were clueless. I knew instinctively that my issue was caused by an internal imbalance and could be cured. I'm so happy that I found MW because they guided me in healing my body from the inside out with the ease of at-home testing to check for imbalances and deficiencies. From there, my incredible coach, Kasia, (Ph.D., Holistic Nutrition Coach) created a food cleanse and supplement protocol based on my tests to cleanse, heal and support my body, and it works. Thanks to Moss Wellness + Kasia, I am now armed with the knowledge to support myself on my own in healing if I feel my skin issue come creeping back. I firmly believe that we can heal ourselves with the right support, Moss Wellness is this. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done not only for me, but for my family, and my friends that have used them too. Every single person I know that has worked with them has come back glowing!

Oh my goodness -- I am so excited to write this review…read more My History: I participated in approximately 7 wellness reboots (which occur just about every quarter) from Spring 2011 to Spring 2013, and then worked directly with Andrea's colleague, Jackie, for a 6 month "Radiant Health Process," or put simply 6 months of nutrition coaching. The review that follows is specifically about my work with Jackie, but in general I give Andrea and her team a GLOWING 5 stars. They are smart, thorough, well prepared, professional, supportive, and a true pleasure to work with. Re: My 6 month Radiant Health Process: Jackie and I spoke on the phone twice a month, every month, for six consecutive months. The program was clearly spelled out to me before we even spoke on the phone via information sent by email. Jackie was always on time for our calls, always well prepared, and always responded promptly when I contacted her outside of our scheduled times. She was a great leader -- helped me fine tune my larger goals and break them down into smaller, easier to accomplish goals month-to-month, and was sure to note when I had reached them (and to celebrate with me!) She was really great at coming up with solutions to problems I thought were unsolvable (for instance, when I felt like there would be no satisfying replacement for dairy in my life, she had many, many excellent suggestions that I still utilize to this day). She was flexible, caring, and clever. She definitely knows her stuff. Best of all, I could tell Jackie really cared about me and the work I was doing, and was a great support during a time of many changes. I ended my work with Jackie in April of 2014 but have continued to progress on my own, and I'm sure that my solo successes have been a direct result of my work with her. Having the support and accountability that 6 months of coaching gives facilitated the discipline that goes along with taking good care of myself through my diet. At this point I am I'm totally free of coffee (do you hear me? TOTALY FREE and loving it), dairy, most soy, simple carbs, and I make 90% of my meals at home. My sleep is longer and better quality. I have twice as much energy as I used to. I learned how to truly care for myself. It took A LOT of work, and was not always easy. These changes never would have been possible without the work I did with Jackie. If you are really looking to change your life, Jackie is the person to help you make that change. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

1/31 I see someone…read moreelse is now responding here. I posted my review because it's my right to speak on my experience. The letter I posted may not be a bill but I received the actual bill from my provider Ghi just last week in the same amount. I never said anything about my insurance covering any vitamins once again you people are trying to deflect from the issue and respond to my comments to try to make yourselves look good . Also I was NEVER OFFERED A REFUND. NEVER , you really need to stop it and own up to your mistakes. I'm not posting the bill from my provider because it has too much of my information but it reflects the same amount as this explanation of benefits I posted which is why I POSTED IT. Once again I was never offered a refund by this provider! NEVER! I will have my boyfriend post his review since he had a similar experience with Nicole minus the huge bill. 1/31 Lies lies lies. You're a provider GHI is my insurance provider isn't it? I'm not saying that I received a bill from you. I said I receive an explanation of benefits from and a separate telling me what I would need to pay the insurance that I requested after speaking to a representative. You people have the nerve to come on here and try to refute everything I say to make yourselves look more credible when I am simply stating what I was told during my conversations with both sides being the lab and my insurance. I am not illiterate nor am I confused, I understand what you're saying. We obviously have not spoken to the same people have we? I received one phone call and one message from Nicole and I have the call logs to prove it so dont tell me that you called me multiple times cause that can EASILY be refuted. I returned the call when I return from vacation and was told she was not available at the time. Lies lies lies. Don't you people have work to attend to? If you business was so great and honest you'd have more reviews and a better rating and that's a fact. Bottom line I did not receive the services I came for and I was provided unnecessary services $1700 dollars for blood for a non life threatening situation, are you serious?? That is ridiculous regardless of who ends up footing the bill. Thank you for your crappy services. You called me many times and left messages offering me a refund? That's a laugh. I have better thing to do than to keep going back and forth with you people. You need to learn to do better and be upfront with your customers as one of your most recent customers Tammy point out in her ONE star review. I remain an unsatisfied customer. Goodbye and good riddance. 2/18 who ever responded on 2/17 is dam liar, I was never offered a refund by your business. I have one message on my phone from Nicole asking me to take my review down in those exact words which she is not allowed to do, that I would happily upload here if I could. never did she offer me a refund. if you wanted to do so you could have EASILY mailed me a check for the amount or attempted to contact me again you have my phone number and full address. what is your problem?? you people are supposed to be professionals why do you insist on playing these childish games as if you have nothing better to do? But no you come on web sites like these and try to defend your actions instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand before it gets out of hand. very pathetic. stop trying to deceive the public. you're not trying to help anyone all you people are interested in is money and that's my experience and opinion! The fact that you don't see anything wrong with you and the lab charging people $1700 for blood work for non life threatening issues or you using a lab that charges so much in the first place. You doctors tend to act like people dont have to contribute money to have insurance in the first place. Then after paying all that money for blood work you still expect people to shell out hundreds of dollars for one of your plans. That should tell anyone even considering using your services all they need to know. It's wasteful and it was unnecessary. Especially when you Nicole told me that the blood work itself would only cost " a few hundreds" that's exactly what you said to me. $1700 out of my pocket or yearly insurance contribution is a lot for something I didn't need , that's not a few hundred dollars. Then to ask my boyfriend why he came back a third Time in your response to his review? Really? that was because your office called him to come in for a follow up and when he told you he would not be using your services since he found out on the second visit that it would be covered by his insurance , you told him you had alternative plans to help him which turned out to be false when he got there! Stop deceiving people I was in the room while he was on the phone. Terrible service and you should be ashamed for misleading leading us.
