My first issue was they were not professional at all. No call. Text message without indicating where she is calling from. I asked if she's contacting me from Infinite Hair & Skin Care Solution because that was the only place I made an appointment for. I found out I couldn't use 2 gift certificates which would expire by end of March because their policy consists of honoring only 1 gift certificate per customer. I wanted to know the difference between celluma and IPL treatments, but she couldn't tell me that. I rescheduled for March 27, but we never confirmed the time. Earlier this week I received an email to confirm my appt at 3pm. Honestly, I don't trust this place to touch my face due to their lack of communication.
