The place is clean…read moreand decent, not like some dive spa in Flushing, but that's about all the good things I can say for this experience. So here goes the reasons why I will NEVER return to this place: 1. Groupon said it was 90 minutes deep-clean hydration facial and 60 minutes massage combo- the facialist (who's nice by the way) barely cleaned my face and the mask they use are "pre-packaged paper masks", yes, the kind you can just buy from any store. She claims it is very good and they've been using it for years, but as an experienced spa-goer, I could tell it was not as good as she claims to be. Also, my facial was barely 60 minutes, nowhere near 90 as it claimed. 2. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago, and we made it clear that it would be FOUR girls going in at the same time. At the time of reservation, the receptionist even told us they will have to split us up into two groups (one group facial first and the other massage) because they don't have the capacity to accommodate us all for one service at the same time. Upon arrival, we were notified that there were only 3 employees working that day, so ONE facialist did two facials at the same time. 3. The massage was horrible, the hot stone massage was basically having the lady rubbing hot stone all over my body and that was it. (I've had hot stone massage in the past and this is NOT how it's done). My room was very drafty, to the point I was freezing and had to asked her to bring my extra towels twice. Also, the lady left my door wide open while she was giving me my massage (I was only covered with a towel...). Anyone who walks past my room can have a full view of me on the massage chair... 4. During the first hour, the kids of one of the employees were running around inside the store and kept knocking on the door looking for his mother. They were also making lots of noises by running around. It made it very hard to relax. 5. During my friend's massage, her masseuse kept answering phone calls. 6. When I gave the reception lady $15 tips and said $10 for masseuse and $5 for facialist (because I really didn't think the Facialist did any work on me). The reception lady told me the general policy is that each person gets $10 tips. I didn't feel like arguing because I was in a rush, so I gave it to her. Bottom line: This place is rude, unprofessional. (everyone was dissatisfied with our services). It may look like a spa but none of the employees have real knowledge of how to perform each service accurately. The experience was so bad it prompted me to register an Yelp account and write my first review EVER. I hope my experience will save lots of people trouble from having to go through this sufference.

I called the salon back a day later (bc they were closed) to get the lashes fixed. I requested another person. She removed most of the lashes but couldn't remove all of them and "fixed" my lashes. It's been 2 weeks and my lashes are starting to grow out and these lashes are falling out in clumps. Taking off a lot of my natural lashes. The salon said that there was "miscommunication" between me and my eyelash lady. I simply asked for a cat eye share and 11mm-15mm length lashes. I don't know what she did. It wasn't a cat eye shape, nor did it look good. She put the longest lengths in the middle of my eye. There was so much glue and the lashes were put it very messy. They were hurting my eyes. You can see in the pictures. I'm not sure who did my lashes first. I'm not going to drop any names. However, no customer should have to deal with this. I spent 2 hours the first time getting it done, then went back, got most of the lashes removed, & spent another 3 hours getting them to look decent. Waste of time and money.

The laser treatments are decent. So its recommended for hair removal only! But yesterday, I decided to get my eye lash extensions done there. It cost only $30 why the hell not? But was I wrong! The lady who did my eye lashes did a horrible job! She probably spent an hair gluing on the single lashes under my water crease line! She used the basic single eye lashes from that brand Adrelle & glue which u can buy it at CVS or walgreens for like $4. When she was done, i was tearing constantly. I couldn't even open my eyes. So i thought maybe I'm not use to it. an hr pass, and I'm still tearing. I got light headed bc the lashes really irritated me. So i decided to look at the mirror & check out why I'm tearing constantly. I lift my eyes & noticed how closely those lashes were glued next to my eyeball. So i decided to pull them off! The walls don't go to the ceiling so you do hear people talking. There is an oscillating fan sitting on top of the partition wall which is not very safe, especially at such a high height. The aesthetician was very rough through out the entire facial and never explained what was being done. She kept leaving the room for long periods of time which had me thinking she was working with someone else. The extractions were done very forcefully leaving my face with tons of marks the next day. I didn't even have any breakouts when I walked in for the facial only a few clogged pores. I can't understand why she tried doing all these unnecessary extractions. I have had many facials over the years at some very high end spas and some not so expensive. I have never had such an aggressive facial or woken up to my skin being so damaged. I also noticed that most 4/5 star reviews were written by people who normally don't write reviews. I'm hoping my skin will heal in the next few days by itself.
