Saddened by the cost:benefit here. Beware that the prices online do not match what is in store -- they are way more expensive in-person! For one IV, my wife was in-and-out in 20 minutes for $664. Had we known this place was so expensive, then we would have gone to Urgent Care instead. I came in because my wife had food poisoning from sushi, and had been throwing up all morning. They immediately recommended the most expensive IV drip, and then as they were hanging it, they said they also thought she would benefit from a liver detox. They never mentioned the significant price up-charge for the liver detox. Note that they compounded the drip in 250 mls of saline. Why would you only use 250 mls, when I told you she had been vomiting all morning? How about 1 liter of saline, since my wife had lost a ton of fluids. I have spent 20 years treating cancer patients as a pharmacist in an infusion center who have all kinds of dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. Needless to say, this is not how you do it. read more

Wow! This was a random, and lucky, stop! Was having sushi after a night of drinking (needed the sodium) and randomly mentioned getting an IV drip so we jumped on yelp and found this spot. Gave them a call and the lady invited us right in. We wrapped up our lunch and headed that way. After spending a few minutes filling out some forms and going over what they offer we decided on the hangover vitamin mix. One of the ladies took us back one at a time and provided us with a blend of vitamin B, C, and a few other electrolytes - could feel the results immediately. This isn't like a typical drip but more of an IV push. They talked to us about trying the Cyro Therapy, and being on vacation, their up-sell worked. Had to give it a try. Wow was it worth it! 3 minutes in the freezing room (they have a room you enter vs the tube where your head sticks out). It was the most refreshing thing, woke me right up, and had me ready to take on the day. The IV and Cyro together were around $180 - but after the night I had, it was the best $180 spent! The staff is accommodating, welcoming, and overall great. They answered the many questions we had and were very helpful along the process. Awesome experience! Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after a very long Friday night out to get the Replenish (Hangover) IV Drip and do a Cryotherapy session. I was shocked at how much better I felt after the session and was able to get enough energy to make it out for Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Be careful with the treatment and the price they put on menu and make clear about the definition of "session", "area", and "treatment". I bought the 3 pack of Sunekos injection of $810. The menu stated $300/ session. Thought I will have 3 times of coming to have the injection on the face. However, the second time I came, they asked me to pay again, and I was just surprised that they asked me to pay again since I thought I already paid the 3 sessions already, and this is just the 2nd session I got, I still have 1 session left. However they said, 1 session means 1 area ( face area is only for your cheeks, forehead is 1 area, under eyes is another separate area). I was shocked of that explanation. They only used 1 box of Sunekos ( which included 2 bottles inside) for the whole of my face. And now they claimed that 1 session means 1 area which means on the 1st time of the treatment the all 3 sessions I paid are already used on the cheeks, the forehead, and the under eyes. I requested to spoke with the manager to make everything clear, and the 2 girls who work here said that I'm rude and just don't want to pay. How can they treat the customer like that since I'm not even do anything which can be claimed "rude" or "try to not paying". Try to speaking with the manager to make things clear is being rude and "don't want to pay"? Using the word "per session " instead of "per area" on the menu to misleading the customer is what? You use the same amount ( exactly 2 bottles of the product, or 1 box of Sunekos) of the product each time and injected it into different area on the face and you state that $300 is only for one area, 3 areas needs triple price. How come? $810 should be the price for 3 boxes (6 bottles) of the products. Not to mention, she never opened the box of Sunekos in front of me and just bring the 2 bottles without the label to the treatment room and she told her manager that I saw her opened the box and know clearly what inside the box. I said "no, I never see you unbox the new box in front of me", then she said "but you are ok with that and didn't say anything". Yes, I didn't say anything or asked her to unbox the new box in front of me because I put the trust on you . However, after a series of lies from that girl, I total lost my trust. In addition, after I told her she never open the new box in front of me, she brought a new box and opened it to show me what inside the box of the Sunekos, then at that moment I saw 2 bottles with RED cap. But what she used on my face on the 1st time is 2 bottles of Black cap, the 2nd time is 1 bottle of black cap, and 1 bottle of RED cap, so Im now really worried what product did she injected into my face. She claimed she did 3 areas last time for me ( face, forehead, and under eyes) , and 2 area this time( face, and forehead). However the amount of Sunrkos is the same - 2 bottles or 1 box for 2 time of treatment. So how do you guys calculate the price for the service since it's still the same amount of product using every time? I had to pay extra $300 the 2nd time which I'm total not happy and just claimed myself of being fooled and default by this place ( supposed to pay $810 for 3 sessions, but now have to pay $1,110 total for 2 sessions). Stay away from this place if you don't want to be deceived, and robbed. They are using unapproved FDA products. read more

Lovely place! I was a little nervous when I came for my first session of the whole body cryo, but the staff is so nice and the place is so bright and clean. This is nitrogen-free whole body (including head) cryotherapy. Helps burn calories, promote mood, and reduce inflammation. I've been a few times and do feel that it helps my muscles recover faster. It's pretty tough to do 3 min in the ice box, but it really does help! Afterwards, you stand on a vibrating machine that helps warm your leg muscles up and then you get a nice cup of tea. Then you're done! You really only need about 15 min for a quick pick me up! read more

I'm giving the most honest objective review possible about the whole experience. I hope it helps those who are thinking NAD iv therapy. I came here for the first time doing this or any type of iv therapy. I came at the end of the day and I got the feeling that affected the quality of the experience. Firstly, the reception staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. I was a little underwhelmed by the space that's used . It was a small closet like room which also had the storage fridge in a high traffic area. During the therapy there were people coming in and out and at one point a couple of staff members came in discussing the stock levels etc. it was difficult to ignore even with headphones in. Since it was my first time doing anything like this I was hoping for a more peaceful experience. I was a little nervous with the idea of an iv, the thoughts of how much it would hurt, what it would feel like etc races through my mind, and the environment didn't do much to ease that. The lady that was initiating the therapy was nice and explained the physical feelings I should expect which I appreciated. It made anxious when she couldn't find a vein in either of my arms. My expectation was that finding a vein would be as easy as finding one to draw blood, which I do regularly. She did eventually insert it into what she thought was a vein but was clearly not because it hurt like a bitch (ended up with a small bruise). She took it out, put a bandaid and moved onto a vein in my hand. I felt she was quite unsure of herself which didn't give me much confidence about the situation. For me the NAD was uncomfortable going my vein and hand for on and off, even if they slowed it down. I was reassured it was just the medicine, and it was normal so I sucked it up and powered through. Halfway through the therapy first girl left for the evening and the other lady took over. She was also nice and checked up me regularly. When the iv was finished my vein blew leaving me with a big lump on my hand and eventually a big bruise. The fact the insertion wasn't smooth and then that, I left feeling they were quite inexperienced. A week later I'm loving the positive effects of NAD and am already thinking of a long term strategy to include it into my every day life. My final thoughts; the therapy isn't cheap however the effects in my opinion are worth the money and five stars. The experience as a whole I had to take off two stars. Would I go back? I'm unsure... the experience needs to be a lot smoother, peaceful, private and the environment more inviting read more

I tried stopping by one afternoon when their website said the were open and they were completely closed, take into consideration this place is 30 minutes away from where I live. This place is THe BOMB! I live in California where I am a member of a cryo place there and I thought THEY were good but they could take a lesson from The Fuel Stop. I suffer from knee pain and a torn achilles so I go at least 4 times a week. I wish this place was in California because their technology is so much more advanced. Instead of a machine with your head sticking out, which generates liquid nitrogen, you go into a small room with a window. The cold is generated electrically(so they told me but don't quote me on that) and it works much better...You get a much more overall body experience. They provide you with a clean robe, headband for your ears, gloves socks and slippers and a surgical face mask to protect you mouth and nose. Staff is very nice, location (important to me )is excellent. For cleanliness, I would say its impeccable and they provide you with a warm cup of herbal tea when you come out.
