When I finally decided to cancel, cancellation was burdensome - 30 days' notice and completion of cancellation forms. The HBOT is barely above 1 atm of oxygen, 1.3 total pressure with less than 100% oxygen. There is a loud obnoxious noise inside the chamber. When I was traveling I used an HBOT that was 1.5 atm and quiet with the exception of the sound of the gas, so much more effective. I only scheduled an appointment because I had not found another place in Westchester to use this service without a prescription. MDHyperbaric in Purchase has pure oxygen at a higher pressure, and I will be making an appointment there. Restore has obnoxious nurses who think that they are more knowledgable than your doctor and they will be horrible to you if they don't like you. I mentioned that I went to the doctor to get evaluated for something and the doctor said I was fine, diagnosed me with nothing. The nurse told me that she needed to see my back to work note after going to the doctor. I told the nurse that I did not like her, and then the requirement changed that I needed a letter clearing me to use HBOT. This is based on mentioning that I went to a doctor, so they cherry picked that information as believable fact, but would not believe that there was no change to my medical file or diagnosis on which to base clearance to use HBOT. So, is there policy that if you go to the doctor to get checked out for anything and the doctor says you are fine, you need proof that the doctor didn't diagnose you with anything? You need to ask your doctor to write a letter proving that you weren't diagnosed with anything? These petty people will harass you if they do not like you as they want to be real medical professionals, apparently trying to exert some kind of power while peddling IV gimmicks in a strip mall. read more

I just had an incredible Hydrafacial with Josh this week! My wedding is this weekend, and I wanted a facial with little downtime that would give me a nice glow. Josh was fantastic- he suggested adding dermaplaning, which was a great idea. The hour-long facial was incredible relaxing and a few days later, I can say it was very effective too! My skin looks and feels so soft. This was even better than fancy spa facials I've gotten in the past. I also appreciated the fact he did not push any products - just made some suggestions. The rest of the place looked cool too- I bet it would be great to visit after a race or something. I'll definitely be back for the Hydrafacial! read more

I recently went to this store to get an IV drip. When they inserted the needle tbe attendant busted the vein and caused severe bruising and a hematoma. This still is not healed. When I contacted the store they basically said stuff happens and would not refund my payment but instead offered me a credit for red light therapy to fix the area. You could say this is reasonable or unacceptable. I take the position as the service was not rendered in a safe and effective manner the consumer is due a refund. I have had blood drawn and IV s for many years and have never had this happen. My take is the company followed policy and forgot about the consumer. I post this as a service to a good company with bad policy. read more

I used to regularly use the steam and sauna at Equinox which really helped my skin, aid in relaxation and get rid of toxins. The staff here is kind, informative and helpful. I had a complication with the hyperbaric chamber. I received little help from their office. . I was evaluated by the doctor and she suggested that my complication could be a decompression sickness which has to be treated ASAP. This condition is pretty serious due air bubbles in the circulation and requires a medical attention. I was told to go to the ER or Urgent Care. The space is beautifully laid out and has everything you need to aid you on your health and wellness journey. Went in last week for an IV, HBot and PBM. Had no idea what they were before going but the professional, accommodating (and really cool) staff was helpful in guiding me through it. Shout out to Erin and Caroline! I've had a really stressful few weeks at work and I came out of it feeling truly (get ready for it) restored. The pricing is also pretty good compared to other similar places.... but those places don't have cryo like restore does. read more

This is my absolutely new favorite place. This wellness spa offers the most incredible services, I can't believe I haven't discovered it before. I have lower back pain and initially went for the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions, which alleviated my pain entirely and now I also enjoy Cryotherapy, IV Vitamin Drip (B12), stretching sessions with a certified physical therapist and facials. I could honestly be there every single day. The staff is incredibly nice: from Erin at the reception desk to the on-staff nurse that cleared me for the Oxygen Therapy. The esthetic in the spa is modern, pristine and meticulously clean. They have expensive "first-time" deals which makes trying any of their services a no-brainer. I had the MOST AMAZING experience at restore hyper wellness on UES. I never wrote reviews but I had to. It was my first time doing any cryotherapy and I thought I would try it out. The esthetician Brittany was fabulous. I originally wanted to try the cryofacial but she was so good I decided to do cryoslimming on my arms and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Not only does my skin look refreshed and tightened but I literally lost an inch off my arms. Covid has been a struggle and my body has not bounced back. I saw results immediately which was crazy. Never book a morning appointment. My appointment got canceled several times 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to get started. "Our machine is unfortunately having a delayed cool down. We will have to push your appointment to a later time today or another day. We sincerely apologize as this is not a normal occurrence for us." every single time. i called and specifically asked them if that could happened to me again and was reassured that my appointment will happen. Instead - got canceled with the same text message 15 minutes prior the appointment when I am on my way already. no apologies, no nothing. just terrible customer service, I am so sorry I wasted my time and money read more

I was told from the first time I went in I asked about their services, Yasmin, one of their people at the front desk, when I asked, said that I could cancel the membership anytime so I signed up. I told her that first day I would only sign up for a month because I didn't know if this would help with the pain I was having. Every time I went in I asked I reminded Yasmin I want to cancel at the end of the month and she always told me this was not a problem. When I went in for my last session Yasmin assured me it was cancelled and I would not be charged again. Two weeks later they charged my card. I have called and left 2 messages and emailed to talk to them about this. I finally received a text saying that the number I called was only for booking appointments (this is the contact number on their website) and that my message was forwarded to the front desk and someone would get in touch with me. At this time NO ONE HAS!!!! If the charge was done in error I can understand. But what I can't understand is why no one gets back to you. I would have gone back again but by the way they have ignored any attempt to contact me to fix this, I believe they have don't stand behind what they say I would never go there again!!!!! And I will never recommend them!!! WHAT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE MADE A BAD ONE!! read more
