I'm very thankful to NewAge Physical Therapy for being helpful to my little sister. She has headache since last 5-6 months, we gone at many hospitals and get treatment from them but didn't got any relaxation from them. I went to New Age PT Center after breaking my right foot and Dr Shah was fantastic to work with. I had previously seen another podiatrist and felt that I needed a second opinion. Never having seen a podiatrist before, I never realized what a variance in the level of care there is between doctors. I am so grateful to have found Dr Shah because my fracture was much more complicated than I had thought. Had it been overlooked there may have been more serious consequences and lifelong problems with my foot. Dr Shah showed a level of concern and expertise that exceeded my expectations. After having 2 healthy children, there was a big problem with my diastases recti. I used 3-4 physical therapy center and its facilities and treatments to moving to NYC and to get myself to recover well. Majority of therapist had hand down for this problem. I was sad and feel much helpless cant understand that what i should do. I worked with meccy one of my best friend, knowledgeable and delightful person in my life. She took me to New Age Physical Therapy Center at queens and we met Dr.Nirav Shah and discussed about my problems. He had doing me exercises that I never get from other therapist. I was a patient of this facility in 2014 after right hip arthroscopy. They helped me build the foundation I needed and I succeeded at muscle rehabilitation including range of motion. 9 years later and my right hip is still perfect. My left hip unfortunately has the same issue which is called FAI. This time PT Nirav and his team have been rehabilitating my left hip for the prevention of surgery. I'm a little over a month into the program and I'm very happy to be seeing improvements, the pain has gone down and I have increased my range of motion. A friend recommended this place. New Age does not disappoint. A hidden gem of a place in the neighborhood. Very professional and love the one on one personal care.. Nirav, his wife Ami and all the staff are top notch. They brought me over the finish line twice for 2 separate issues and i found their knowledge, guidance and commitment to getting me better refreshing. When you are there, they are focused on you unlike other PT places where they juggle way to many patients at once. New Age is most efficient in getting you in and out, without you feeling rushed or short changed in any way. They also don't have you sitting for long periods of time waiting to get started. New Age physical therapy is a friendly and welcoming environment. Knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond for their clients. Helped me recover from severe pains in my ankle and foot after wearing a restrictive boot for almost 2 months. Gave me excellent recommendations for proper footwear to assist in strengthening my foot. I've been working closely with Ami and Kevin and I have to say they make a great team. All the staff work together nicely and are consistent with their therapeutic procedures. I definitely recommend going here. read more

New Age Physical Therapy Center is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has sustained an injury and is looking to get back to their normal, active life. I had a sprained ankle and torn ligament after a nasty fall while running, and per my GP's recommendation, I wore a brace for 6 weeks. The brace probably did more harm than good, as scar tissue developed over the torn ligament in my ankle, basically making it immobile. Dr Shah was my PT, he was fantastic and worked with me to build up my ankle strength. I would never be able to get back to running and dancing if it weren't for my therapy sessions at NewAge. I have been treated by Dr Shah at Break Through for back. knee, and shoulder injuries over the past several years. In all cases, the quality of care and professionalism was outstanding. The staff is extremely competent and caring. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. They have also been very helpful in securing insurance reimbursement for me, including being very conscientious in filing the necessary forms. I have been to other physical therapists and chiropractors in the past, and Break Through is by far the best. I cannot imagine that there is a better physical therapy organization here. I crushed both wrists and my family doctor sent me to New Age Physical Therapy Queens center in New York. Dr. Shah was my hand therapist and we began PT on half of feb. I was nervous having anyone touch my wrists, but Dr. Shah therapy was wonderful. He worked slowly and carefully- easing me through stretches and exercises. He always had suggestion on how to work through any difficulties I was facing. The exercises and homework progressed with my improvement. Just completed our last session on starting of march. Dr Shah from New Age Physical Therapy has helped me so much in overcoming a constant neck pain after a car accident. He's been working consistently on my neck and with great progress since July 2014. Nirav Shah is amazing. He correctly identified my issue after being treated incorrectly by another PT practice. His treatment plan was thorough, yet flexible to allow for off days when I felt I needed to scale back significantly. With his care I was able to come back from a foot tendon injury that I sustained over the summer and run the NYC marathon in November. I trained while getting PT. Dr. Shah is AMAZING!!! He has an awesome attitude with a great personality. My mother had severe pain for 3 months. In just two sessions with Dr. Shah, 50% of the pain went away. He identified where the pain was coming from and started therapy sessions right away. I cannot say enough good things about his staff, the environment and the service. I have been to Head 2 Toe for PT after 3 different knee surgeries and have ALWAYS gotten the best, most professional and most appropriate care and coaching from New Age PT Centre. I have been coming here for about a month, and I really love all the therapists. Dr Shah and their staff all great and all different in their approach. I like that, as it gives me more to work with between visits. I am sometimes sore after, but I realize it is part of the healing.
