Quality of Care / Quality of Life I came to this facility because of the high recommendations. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! I've had arched shoulders and semi turtle neck ever since I started playing gameboy color back when I was like 10. While what I use as tech has evolved, my bad posture remained intact for the longest time. I have been several different physical therapy offices at some point or another and I have to say Thera Motion is the best. When you get there you will see two friendly and smiling faces that will greet you when you walk through the door. Irene and Jackie will make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Sung is one of the best, he is my physical therapist and Dr. Hopkins is my chiropractor. When they are working with you they talk to you and they listen. They hold real conversations with you. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Clara is also a PT and she is great. She makes you feel comfortable. Chris and Jackie are the Physical Therapist Assistants(I hope I'm calling their position correctly ), they are great also. When they are working with you they take their time they don't rush you. They make sure you are not over exerting yourself and make it not something that you would dread doing. When you go there and you feel horrible or just not one of your good days, that will change when you walk through the door. When I first started going there, I couldn't stand for Dr. Sung to work on me because of the pain. I didn't like the exercises, I only liked Dr. Hopkins because he didn't hurt when I saw him. Now it's been a month and I feel great.
