I've been here twice for yoga and unbeknownst to me, Teresa was also my instructor at another yoga studio prior, which made the classes more enjoyable since she exudes such amazing energy that is hard to forget. The location is on a quieter part of Bell Blvd yet close enough to the core of the strip. The parking in this area is likely better than if it were a few more blocks south. Such a nice, cozy place to practice yoga and meditating, but I do think they should place a much lower capacity on the class because in my last class, I literally had someone on each corner of my mat and the room is not a huge space either. Yoga mats are available, the props are clean, and Teresa being such a wonderful instructor, always makes sure everyone is tended to and is comfortable. read more

I hate to leave a bad review, but I am only basing this review on my experience. I have gotten reiki done in the past and this reiki at 3 Elements Center was not to my expectations. Was my first time booking a session at 3 Elements. I had booked a 30 minute reiki session with Claudia online. I did it to see at first if there would be a connection. Also, to have a sense of the reiki session if it would be good fit or not to continue in the future with sessions. I felt cheated out of the 30 minutes. The consultation is combined with the session. Meaning, if you booked a 30 minute session and the initial consultation is 10-15 minutes, you are left with 15-20 minutes for a reiki session. 15-20 minutes for a reiki session is not enough time for a customer to experience a session. You should not combine the consultation with the reiki. That is cheating someone from fully taking advantage of the experience. My original session was for 12pm, but Claudia had to move my session early due to another appointment. Advice: When scheduling appointments look at the calendar online to ensure that no one else booked the same time. It isn't fair for someone that goes online to book while someone calls in for the same time. This center books appointments in person and as well online which can be a conflict if someone has the same time as you booked. The connection wasn't there. The session was very quick. My reiki session was not 30 minutes. More like a 15 minute quickly done. After the session Claudia did not share feedback with me about my session. I had to ask her for feedback regarding the session. Claudia could not give me a straight answer. I felt she did not connect with me during the session. In my past experience, after a reiki session, the teacher reviews what they felt and share feedback. Not sure if Claudia was rushing for her next appointment or if this is just a technique she does. Not sure how she is with other customers, but in my personal experience this was a waste of my money and time. Advice: Spend sometime after the sessions to go over with the customer what/how you felt. Don't just dismiss the session without taking the time to talk afterwards. Very important to review with your customer afterwards. For someone that has reiki experience should know this. This was the first time I ever had a session where the reiki teacher did not chat with you afterwards. I had to ask instead for feedback. Also, do not combine the consultation with the session. That is cheating a customer from a reiki session to be fully experienced. I am very disappointed because I saw the posts on instagram about this place which made me check it out. I cannot speak upon the other staff, because I only got reiki done with Claudia. read more

Each time I enter, I feel welcome and at ease, whether I am in one of the treatment rooms or the larger studio space. The facility is meticulously kept, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Erika is truly gifted and a top notch professional. I booked Reiki with her this sunday so i could have a strong and aligned start to my week. She was totally worth it,l and i was blown away at the price of $75 for one full hour. It's rare to find such a deal for a 1:1 session of the highest quality. Erika welcomed me in kindly and the space was beautiful and clean. Felt really great right off the bat. she made sure of cleanliness and safety at all times. I had a Reiki distant energy healing with Claudia. It was my 1st experience with energy healing and I chose distant since I recently moved to the west coast after being an East Coaster. Really disappointed. Booked a 90 min massage for 11am and they confirmed with me like 3 times, so you'd think if I'm expected to be there promptly that they'd show you the same courtesy. That morning I arrive at 10:45 so I can fill out any paperwork and be on the table at 11am. Door is locked and no one is there. The guy doing my massage walks up at 11am so I was already a bit annoyed, but that was the least of it. He talked to me the entire time, but not even about useful stuff.. he kept saying, "soft knees, soft jaw, deep breath" wtf is soft knees?! Then he said I have beautiful feet repeatedly; it was weird. The worst though is I woke up with bruises on my hands and arms. Idk if he was annoyed that I called in the morning because no one was there, but it was my first and only time being there so I was confused as why it was all dark and locked up at 11:00 in the morning. I felt like he was being extra rough. I've had plenty of massages in the past and I like a deep pressure, but this was the weirdest massage I have ever had. read more

I have done several Reiki sessions with Deanna here. It has been an incredible and amazing experience. Deanna is so kind, empathetic, and radiates warmth in her calm demeanor. Found this place on Class Pass. I've never done yoga before so I was a little nervous about trying it out. Me and my girlfriend booked the 9:30am Stretch & Flow class for Saturday. Beware of booking a class at this studio via ClassPass. My friend and I booked the Crystal Bowl class and only one of us received an email stating that the class is actually unavailable and that it was an "error" on ClassPass. Not sure why they didn't email both of us. It still said on ClassPass that we were booked for the class, so we followed up with the studio asking them if they canceled our booking (if we did it then we would've been subject to a late cancelation fee). They did not respond to us. Days later we checked our ClassPass account again and saw that they did not cancel our class and our credits were not refunded. We basically had used credits for a class that was supposedly "unavailable". We followed up with the studio, asking them why they didn't cancel our class and that we want our credits back on ClassPass and they ignored us again. Not sure what's going on here, and why they're posting classes on ClassPass that aren't available only to scam us out of our credits and ignore all follow up emails. read more

3 elements is the ONLY place I will get a massage. I've been to other places in the past, and I never felt like the therapists really had a feel for the body. Chris, the owner, is by far the best massage therapist I've ever encountered. I'm a physical therapist who's recovering from a broken foot. Although I've been to him in the past, and recognized his expertise, I've recently got to experience for myself how terribly important a good massage is, and Chris is the one to get it from. I got a massage after I healed & was told I could walk again. Although I was progressing gradually, after I had a massage with Chris, I immediately felt like my walking and pain had improved exponentially. Seeing him every week is definitely increasing my rate of recovery. Chris's intuition and obvious knowledge for exactly what's the problem, and how to make it better, is truly a gift. I went to Clara at 3 Elements for pain and numbness I had in my neck , shoulder and down my right arm for 3 weeks. I was taking ibuprofen, resting, stretching, nothing helped. The pain was getting worse. Clara was wonderful... extremely professional, and was successful In relieving me of 80 % of my pain after the first session. As the days pass, I continue to hardly notice what remains of my discomfort. I will continue with 3 more massage sessions which I'm sure will eliminate any remaining discomfort. I work in a highly stressful job and Carla's restorative class takes me to another level of relaxation and spiritual insight. My husband and I have used 3 Elements for 10 years now with excellent outcomes. During my pregnancy I was nearly paralyzed with sciatica pain and I knew Chris could heal me, I was already so heavy that stretching alone was a challenge. Oh my gosh where to do I begin? AMAZING! I went to have a deep tissue massage by Clara for the first time and I will be back as well as send others to see her starting with my Mom. I usually see someone I have been seeing for many years in Forest Hills but as he was sick, I sought help closer to where I currently live, and I am so very glad I did. Not only did she truly help me with one visit but she did that even though I came to her too many weeks into severe shoulder and neck pain I should have sought help for much, much earlier than I actually did. The Team at 3 Elements Healing and Yoga studio is just stellar. During this quarantine/pause/shelter in place the studio has been offering Zoom Yoga sessions for only $13. It is the perfect way to start or end your busy day, especially if you are working remotely like I am. Just knowing I have a one hour Yoga class brings a smile to my face. Thank you to all the teachers who are offering their time to us. It is so amazing and uplifting to join you on Zoom. I went to Mary this past week for acupuncture and I had to come here to rave about her. She is really excellent. She understands the body so well and the acupuncture combined with massage relieved so much of my chronic shoulder pain. Her services are worth every penny and I am so happy to have found someone who understands the type of pain I have (have had many tests, including MRI and nerve tests to rule out nerve damage - that is how bad it is). Clara has been God sent! I've seen her 3 times within the last year for postpartum pain. I've had everything from shooting pain in my arm to disabling pain in my hips/thighs. Within minutes I've gone from not being able to lift my leg or arm to pretty much pain free. In a day or two the pain is entirely gone. Clara intuitively knows how to release all pain and pressure, while teaching you what you can do at home to assist in the process. I don't know where to begin how wonderful this place is, and the reason it took me so long to write a review was because I didn't want people to find out about the place to make it more difficult to book a session. lol As massage junkie, who travels a lot and tries different types of massage all over the world, Chris is by far one of the best massage therapists ever. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very in tuned with client's entire being and able to sense what needs to be done. He is also a great communicator who asks the right questions without being intrusive. As a busy mom with full-time job and marathon running, I have gone through series of aches, injuries that needed to be fixed. In addition to getting medical care, I always come to Chris for treatment and advice, and he has helped me tremendously to recover quickly and efficiently. The price is reasonable for what you would get. Once in a while I go cheap to get quick massage from generic Chinese places, and boy I regret every single time. I have to learn my lesson to come to 3 Elements for fewer sessions than going to cheap massage places. I highly recommend this place for anybody! read more
