Went here for the first time last night, booked online for the night of because I had been experiencing migraines and wanted to see if a massage would help. I booked the combo of head therapy and muscle therapy. So worth it. A half hour body massage was perfect and he really got the knots out. He checked in with me on the pressure as well. Like other reviews mention the rooms aren't fully enclosed. Usually I don't like places like this because I get distracted but last night it was so quiet and peaceful. Can't speak to other times of day. I didn't know what to expect for the head therapy to be honest but it was amazing! So relaxing and my hair and scalp feel so clean. They also blow dry your hair afterwards which helps because it's so cold out. Will definitely be returning. read more

Welp, that wasn't very pleasant. First time getting a massage in NYC, and I wish I could say it was a good experience. Long story short had a wonderful day at king spa and wanted to save some found on a massage, so my friends recommended All seasons. It was only 55, so it wasn't bad at all. Highlights: my masseuse cracked my neck. It was amazing. The hot stones were lovely and helped keep my body warm. The price was excellent, and it was Convenient. Issues: I could tell she was somewhat sick. I could hear her gargling spit the entire time. When I asked if she was not feeling well, she said she had eaten hot soup. Regardless it was very unpleasant. It sounded like she was spitting into her mask. Also, it was freezing. I'm glad we had a towel, or it would have been much worst. She stayed in one area, which was just the back. It felt more like rubbing than massage. Overall it was an ok massage, but the gargling thing made the whole experience pretty awful. 2 out of 5 read more

I am a frequent go-er. I suffer for migraine attacks and my neck tenses up so much this is the best remedy. I've been to other places and they don't compare tbh. Staff is amazing, they are super nice, professional. I usually ask for a chair neck/back massage. (They have rooms for a full body or back massages too) I even requested a head massage once and they did that too! Staff really tries their very best to accommodate for guests. At the end they ask if you want some water and open the door for you as you go out. It is extremely calming, relaxing and clean. It is also filled with plants and so much green it just makes you smile .. They give out cards, and stamp it every session. I believe that at the 10th stamp you get a reward. .. and incase you loose your card or think you might misplace it you can write your name on it and they'll keep it for you! I've had different masseuses throughout my years but honorable mention to Dani, Ethan, Tony (they left.. they gave the best massages everrr ) and Dylan! (Which I go with him currently) Also the ladies in the front desk are super nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 read more

Yikes, it pains me to see bad reviews because I love this place! I've been frequenting ASBW for a couple of years now. The times I go in a month depends on how life is going. I get at least two monthly massages if my back is fine and I have low stress. Otherwise, it can be up to 6-8 visits. I love the cleanliness and service I receive every time. The price is on point. The main guy that made me fall in love with ASBW was Harry, who sadly is gone now. I highly recommend asking their names when they enter the room and telling them what pressure you prefer. They listen, and if they don't understand, they will call Kelly (the owner), so she can translate. If Kelly massages you, you're in luck cause she is excellent. My to-go person now is Tony, and if he is not available, then Lulu. Lulu will try to upsell you on time, but I have no issues with her. However, she is strong, so tell her that you want medium pressure. The only times I make appointments are in the evening times. I mostly do walk-ins and have no problem waiting for the person I want. Dont be fooled because you don't see people upfront. It's because they are all busy in the back. I have never been pressured for a tip, EVER. Mind you. Sometimes I go for 15-20mins to up to 90mins-2hrs most times. PLEASE TIP and be courteous (quiet) once inside. read more

I love this place! Highly recommend! I have been here many times and keep coming back. I have tried the different body work locations around my apartment and this is the best one by far. It's also usually busy on weekends so really good idea to call ahead. Always had great body massages as well as feet. Recently tried the head treatment where they wash your hair and massage your scalp. It was really great! The only thing I would improve is that I got a combo for the head and the foot rub and I thought they may be together but instead it was just one. Useful thing to note!
