I had my first Reiki Healing Session with Biofeedback and LED with Saba yesterday and I could not be more grateful that I chose this place for the first time embarking on this journey. I rarely take the time to write a review, but I feel compelled to write a review about Saba and her practice. I had the most incredible experience here and probably one of the best services I have ever received in my life, surely #1 for my soul. I feel truly grateful and thankful for meeting Saba and lucky to have met her when I did. She is a gifted healer with a pure heart and a beautiful soul who I 100% trust for Reiki (super important who you go to!) as well as each and every service she provides - not only is the LED super healing, but the Biofeedback itself blew my mind, not only can I attest to how accurate the report is (have no idea how it knew what it did!) and nothing simple, it is a thorough ~17 page report (maybe a few more pages even, depends on you/your wellness) which they very conveniently send to your email straight away and is beautifully pictured and easy to understand (not just like vitals at a DR. office where things are just listed and seem overwhelming and a mountain of research, although this is not to discredit going to your doctors' appointments all, not substituting/endorsing anything like that, they are totally differentiated in my mind so, please go for sure!! I just wanted to set the imagery of the report) But, in any case, that Biofeedback report was so insightful (I didn't even know how it knew the things it did and it's not just typical things you expect but literally so many lifestyle things, like sleep, for example (yes, 3-4 hours a night is bad I know; but it will call you out on it, the report flags all these issues, flags what's more severe than X thing and Y thing; through clear indicator bars so you ='re not sitting there confused, and with recommendations included, it was like magic and provided invaluable information, and more than that its topped with Saba's guidance and advice as she reviews your results before healing - she cares from the bottom of her heart and she wants to help you like you're one of her own (daughter, best friend, family, childhood fried, anything). I could just feel it. After she walks through the results with you (providing even more support and advice which I had to write down notes on after because they were so good!) She will then use these results along with her own powerful healing and intuitive abilities to begin your Reiki session. Which was nothing short than amazing; nothing like something I've experienced; I know from the bottom of my heart something changed. It's like a new engine that jumpstarted in a way, I can not even describe it; but I know this is the first step to something very very good. (Like they say Rome wasn't built in a day, you own't be a whole new identity the next day but you will *not* be the same, and everyday you are going to transform through the guidance given, advice, biofeedback recommendations; keeping in mind certain things. I am honestly returning because I want to give myself this chance and I have great faith and, you know, sometimes things change faster than you think . And that move might be the one. In all, Saba is a gifted healer with a beautiful soul and I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. Moreover, very professional. The front desk is easy to reach, Saba was not one second late (in fact, I waited 0 mins; I arrived 2-3 mins early, asked to use the restroom, was lovely, by the time I was ready, the clock ticked to the exact hour/time when my appointment was scheduled, and Saba was right there and ready for me), plus the undivided attention and time provided - which is rare to find these days! Your session is not "just another session", it's not a transaction like with so many places these days - your session is actually valued; and your healing is treasured and you are in good good hands. I didn't get a great vibe from Saba and the office to be honest. Her method of therapy didn't help me nor did I feel comfortable. I like the addition of her putting essential oils on us to relax us despite it being a way to get her clients to spend more money to buy these oils. Today was one of the most interesting days of my life. I had the honor and privilege of meeting Saba who is incredibly knowledgeable about all matters spiritual and then some. So I got a Groupon for a 60-min micro current facial. Keep in mind, I had no idea WHAT that was but it was a good deal and my face needed some TLC. First off, this is not your regular facial with steam and masks. Saba greeted me and took me into a room where she explained everything. She hooked me up to a machine and used some electronics (she told me what they were but I forgot). She explained this facial was basically going to happen from "inside me" and I would see a change. She didn't try to up sell me anything and actually gave me a face massager. But honestly, after having so many traditional facials I didn't believe her and left feeling like I had just wasted my money. FAST FORWARD 3 DAYS: my skin was literally GLOWING!!! I'm telling you, I looked amazing! Strangers complimented my skin! I couldn't believe that the micro current facial was actually the best facial I have had. I'm surprised there are not that many 5 star reviews on this holistic place b/c this place is amazing and deserve more 5 star reviews! I've been a client of Self Empowered Minds for at least 3 years and I have tried many of their services (hypnosis, hypnosis/biofeedback, Turkish Coffee Reading, Reiki, intuitive reading etc.) and none of them disappoint! Hypnosis is one of the most popular services here. It's definitely one of my favorite and effective healing services for me. I always try to get the package deals because it's the best value and hypnosis almost always requires more than a few sessions (depending on how deep/long/serious the issue is). More than 1 hypnosis session is necessary because under stressful times, the brain would easily revert back to its old ways. I still remember the example a hypnotist gave where he helped someone stopped smoking after 1 hypnosis session. His client was doing well until 3-6 months later and started smoking again b/c he was stressed out. Overall, more than 1 hypnosis session is necessary to make sure the old habits don't resurface again especially during stressful times, which is why the package deal is the best value. I always get hypnosis with biofeedback together because it is the most effective healing service for me. The biofeedback device (non invasive) is like a computerized acupuncture that clears stress blockages. It also gives the Director and Practioner Saba information on the state of the brain and body. Personally, I feel that biofeedback strengthen the hypnosis effect. I have tried hypnosis before without biofeedback and it was 30% effective for me. With biofeedback, hypnosis becomes at least 70% effective for me. I believe that biofeedback clears stress blockages, which makes it easier for the body to relax and energy to flow better and this help remove limiting beliefs and implement/strengthen empowering beliefs easily, resulting in a more effective hypnosis session. At the end of session, You will receive a special type of water and magnet to further enhance the positive effects of the session. This water taste different & really works! I remembered when I drink this water, my brain easily became more grounded/present. I honestly saw the MOST transformation in me with this service. This service deserves more attention. For Turkish Coffee Readings, I highly recommend the 1 hour session b/c there's so much information Saba can draw from a small coffee cup. So, did the readings come true? YES!!! I remembered Saba said I will be eating organic/healthier and that came true completely! I highly recommend this service if you are interested/curious about your future. If you're into knowing your truth and want quick answers to your questions like "Would taking this job benefit me?" "Would this business merger benefit my company?" "Where will this relationship take me?" then you will really like this service A LOT. (my second favorite service). Saba is intuitive and a psychic so she can intuitively read for you. Sometimes what you think is the answer to your problem might not be the truth and that's when this service will be helpful for you. If you want some guidance on something, then I highly recommend this service for you. Another highly popular service here that I really enjoy is Reiki. Victoria is an amazing reiki practioner and is biologically intuitive meaning she's like a "body whisperer" or a "human biofeedback". Victoria has an amazing unique intuitive gift. She can tell whether an organ is overactive (overactive organs can say a lot about the body), if someone has childhood trauma etc. I went to many reiki practioners and Victoria has been the best one for me for my head. For a long period of time, I have lots of activity on my side lobes instead of my frontal lobes. After working with her, my frontal lobes have more activity, which is good because frontal lobes is responsible for memory, emotions etc. Highly recommend the package deal (save at least 20%) because reiki follow-up sessions are important for overall well being. Overall, Victoria is amazing and can definitely help you.
