When i called dr's office, i was referred to office assistant who said, i neglected to tell you last night, but prescriptions are not covered unless you sign up for the membership fee (I JUST PAID $650.00 FOR THIS VISIT AND PRESCRIPTIONS NOT COVERED????????............. I went ballistic -- i said you NEVER disclosed that, what kind of doctor sees a patient and prescribes meds and expects a membership fee, WHAT ABOUT THE $650.00 I JUST PAID WHAT WAS THAT FOR????? NO RESPONSE. OFFICE ASSISTANT APOLOGIZED AND SAID SORRY I DIDNT DISCLOSE THIS ABOUT THE PRESCRIPTIONS LAST NIGHT. I SAID NO WORRIES I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THE AMEX CHARGE AS I DONT PAY DOCTORS THAT ISSUE PRESCRIPTIONS AND FORCE A MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT I DONT NEED DOWN MY THROAT FOR FURTHER INSULT TO INJURY. They've been so difficult to deal with, kept repeating the fact that they have a $150 cancellation fee without any empathy or rationale for the fee. I could just feel it. After she walks through the results with you (providing even more support and advice which I had to write down notes on after because they were so good!) She will then use these results along with her own powerful healing and intuitive abilities to begin your Reiki session. Which was nothing short than amazing; nothing like something I've experienced; I know from the bottom of my heart something changed. In less than 4 months I'd say I'm 80% healed. I was diagnosed in November 25th and had very little progress from then to February. The only reason I didn't go sooner was being my neurologist claimed acupuncture did not work and said that with Bell's palsy it's just a waiting game. Everyone is also very friendly from the moment you walk in and meet with the receptionist to the moment you leave. It is also very clean and relaxing. On the first day Peini explained everything to me very clearly what is Bell's palsy why and how it happened, and went over the whole process with me along with giving homework, facial exercises and things to avoid.
