I got a phone call while I was at work saying my card was being charged the full amount for a service I never received and there was nothing they could do for me even though it's my first visit here ever and I do not have any record of no call no showing appointments. This was an extremely poor first experience and now I don't even want to support this business at all. I am very hurt because I never do things like this for myself. Oh well I will try another place. Knowing dissolver is charged per unit and my cousin only needed around 30 units, how was I suddenly being quoted close to 100 units for a tiny area of migration? It made absolutely no sense. When I told her I couldn't do that, she suddenly dropped the price down to $97, which honestly made the whole situation feel even more sketchy and unprofessional. It felt like she was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. On top of that, she was rude, didn't properly explain anything she was doing, and made the experience really uncomfortable. I would not recommend booking with Nazeli Hakobyan at the Upper East Side location.
