My fiancé surprised me with a couples massage here and it was great! He had done a ton of research to find a place that gave good quality massages and was also clean! We arrived early for our massage and they were able to take us right back. I liked that we were able to fill out the diagram to show where we preferred they concentrate the massage and where we wanted them to avoid. The masseuse confirmed when he walked in and then showed me the timer for 60 min before beginning. The ambiance was perfect and we both enjoyed our massages. They even had a bathroom with a shower and robes/slippers for us to use after we were finished. It's a step above your no frills massage parlor! I would definitely recommend going here for a quality massage! read more

After my husband didn't have the best experience, I went to try it for myself. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the calm, welcoming ambience. The team was very attentive, and my masseuse consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and focused on the areas I noted in my intake form. I actually ended up falling asleep during the massage, which speaks to how relaxing it was. I will say that, like most spas, the experience can depend on the masseuse you receive, but mine was very positive. I've been coming here for years and from the service to the atmosphere to the massage, it's a superb experience. It's definitely worth the price. I really like the minimalism atmosphere. It smells really good here, the cucumber water is refreshing, and the masseuse's really try to give you exactly what you're looking for and check in with you. Highly recommended. read more

I wanted to share what an amazing experience I had at your spa. Richard was phenomenal, and his deep tissue massage was the best I've ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the lavender essential oils and hot stones added to my massage. I have been coming here for years, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I showed up for a massage and was told that they moved my appointment and tried to contact me. The spa manager said that he "called me three times" and that I should have gotten an email and a text. I confirmed my phone number and showed him that I did not get any messages, and he then admitted that he could see in the system that my appointment had, in fact, NOT been moved. I requested a refund of my classpass credits, which he said he could not issue. I had to contact classpass directly, and they returned my credits. I won't be back. read more

I'm usually a very lazy person when it comes to writing reviews, but I have to recommend this place for anyone looking for deep facial cleansing (especially for those with a lot of blackheads) and full-body massages! I've tried different spas in Flushing, Soho, and downtown Manhattan, and while some were far and others had just average service, I was always hopping from one place to another. But ever since my first experience at Yihan Spa on 62nd Street, I've never switched again. My husband and I have been coming here almost every month since last year for either the European Facial or a full-body massage, except for the last few months of my pregnancy when I couldn't go. Eli at the front desk is super nice! We usually book separate time slots through ClassPass, but we call Eli afterward, and he always helps us reschedule so we can enjoy our treatments in the same room at the same time. I highly recommend their European Facial - it's absolutely worth it. Not only do they expertly clean our skin, but they also massage our head and shoulders during the process. When they apply the mask (which is said to hydrate and fight aging), they even massage our arms and legs, making the entire experience incredibly relaxing. We can also customize the treatment based on our needs - for instance, if I want them to spend more time thoroughly cleaning our blackheads and pores or focus more on our shoulder and head massage. On top of that, the spa itself has a very peaceful and calming atmosphere, which I find incredibly comfortable and relaxing, especially if people appreciate a quiet environment. read more

I dont usually leave bad reviews, i know it hurts the business. But these guys suck. I fell for the high yelp rating, but now im pretty sure a bulk were bots. 1) as someone else pointed out, they will aggressively tip-shame you, its quite shameless. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth when you leave. 2) the massage was really just mid. I did say hard but it just hurt, it was pretty obvious the guy was no trained masseuse. His nails also dug in sometimes, and he kept rubbing my hair up and it hurt. 3) the vip package says 1h 20m on their website and groupon listing but apparently its just 60min and a tea. Sucks if you already bought the groupon, cant change it. 4) There's a randomly added 15$ groupon charge at the end. Skip. There are better places that deserve you money. These guys are just scummy. read more

5 stars all the way! My massage therapist Milan made quick but sensual work of my muscle tightness, and gave a 2 hour medium-deep full body massage that left me feeling like new! Sore because of the deep work on muscles I've been exercising, but that's a good thing; they're also nice and loose. He asked how his pressure was near the beginning and I got to tell him that my lower back had just spasmed, so could he go more slowly and add pressure more gradually in that region. He delivered with flying colors!! He messaged everywhere including my glutes, feet, belly, and face. And he did a couple things that I've never experienced in my ten years of receiving semimonthly massages! Truly a 5 star experience all around. Will definitely be back next time I'm in NYC. read more

I was overdue for a body scrub, found them on Groupon. However, I did have some issues. On the Groupon details, it says you pick the essential oils you want to use. I was not given a choice. It was a very cooling one that made me shiver. I told the lady I was cold and she just laughed not sure if she understood. The extra towels did not help and the room could have been warmer (not a heated bed) Hard to relax when you are cold. No moisturizer was offered after scrub which doesn't make sense when the body has just been scrubbed. For what I paid for, could have been better! read more

Was in need of a really good massage with a calm ambience; and that is exactly what I got here! The environment and the employees were so warm and inviting. The decor created such a cozy space, and made me feel like I was transported somewhere else. My massage therapist was Luna, and she was amazing! She first half of it was pretty deep and the perfect amount of pressure I needed, and the second half felt more therapeutic and relaxing. I left feeling so much better than when I came in! This place is quite literally a hidden gem. It's tucked into the street so you can almost miss it if you aren't looking for it. You walk in and you are immediately at ease. All the stress is left at the door wood decor and the sound of birds, that seem to be right in the place with you, and beautiful aromas. So serene. This is just the beginning! My girlfriend and I got Couples retreat package Hot stone massage with facial + champagne toast yum Everything about this place is beautiful and stress free. From the welcome with Jon or Jean (not sure of spelling) who was a great host to Bella and Allurah who provided excellent massages and facials. Very professional and funny! We will be back and if you have some kinks this is the place to visit. My face is still butter soft from the facial. Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? I recommend bringing cash to tip, so you're tipping for just the service vs tipping on top of the add-ons and on tax. With tip my service came out to $198, you can do cheaper massages elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

After our initial facial we really enjoyed it & decided to try the package for two for a few sessions. One after the other your treatments intensified & u feel like your skin is getting some good treatments, treating acme , skin pigment & just your overall face. I liked the results from appt to appt, my hubby did as well really helped with his skin. The staff is very nice & attentive, they have convenient times for appointments & the appointments don't typically last a long time a few minutes, since it's laser u don't really need to be there long. Treatments are nice but a bit on the pricey side we did our package & decide to give it a break, package deals are doable better when on a sale. We enjoyed our treatments & plan on returning in the near future.

The space has a beautiful scent that puts you at ease as soon as you walk-in. I had a signature facial and it really set a new standard for a facial for me. The facial and upper body massage relaxes you, I can't imagine not having a facial with such a nice neck/shoulder/arm massage again. The products they use don't have a strong fragrance -- every detail was perfect. They do give product recommendations after the service but there's no pressure and it doesn't feel sales-y or uncomfortable the way it can at other salons. Highly recommend my facialist Amy!

She went over some of my skin care history and current routine with me. The calming facial I received was refreshing. I felt cold things, hot things, a zappy thing, pinching thing, steam, and more. She also massaged my neck and hands. She gave me some great recommendations and I got a little eye treatment complimentary. I also appreciated that she wasn't pushy with the products and said I will email you what I recommend. My skin looks bright and clean. I also got some chocolate to take with me which was a nice touch. I will be back. Worth every penny.

The trained the staff well but it's usually younger females who seem to have zero interest in anything other than making daily sales. I usually don't interact but today I did. And the first thing I was shown when asking about something for dry skin was $140. I was like ummm yeah thanks. I did not come for that. I did leave with 2 face masks and a new facial starter kit and spent a whopping $24. One of the masks was an overnight Korean glass skin jawn. There is no parking but I would still return

I've been in here a few times and I always have a great experience. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good K Beauty shop in the area.

Like walmarts and k-marts, they want customers to do the work checking themselves, probably so they can save costs while squeezing more and more out of customers. What I find strange is why they still charge spa-like prices when you're not getting a spa-like feel anymore. Anyway, the customer service has gotten terrible so after 5 years of coming here I will never be returning. I never saw long-term results, but had enjoyed pretending!
