Adorable spot, easy to book appointments on their website, and fair prices. It was a much needed massage! Note that the discount on services with the Yelp check in doesn't apply if you pay online prior to the appt. Also, you have to buzz unit 500 to get into the building, then take the elevator up to the 5th floor. The woman there had me fill out a form beforehand to indicate any problem areas, the amount of pressure I liked, etc, and confirmed that per the note in my reservation, I don't like the use of elbows during massages. There was one girl without a mask on, but the woman and I wore masks the whole time, and she took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer to use. Pros: Cute, clean, relaxing vibe Nice decor Good customer service Easy to book and pay online Private rooms with actual doors (not separated by curtains) Fair prices (1 hour deep tissue massage = $95) No skimping on hot towels during the service Great scalp massage Cons: Used her elbows even though I noted I don't like that (luckily, it wasn't painful so I didn't bring it up) Commented on the fact that I was a little sweaty (I run hot anyway and it was humid outside, so I felt a bit embarrassed and like it was unnecessary to mention) Neck massage was a bit too rough More time and pressure could have been placed on my problem areas- I asked and got maybe 2 minutes more on those areas. I felt like it wasn't the most intuitive session- by that, I mean that during some massages, I feel like they notice what areas are tight and spend extra time on them, without ignoring other areas- that didn't quite happen. For example, my calves and thighs barely got any attention. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but definitely not the worst. I would absolutely give this place another try. Maybe if I speak up more next time, it would help. They are sweet and close to my apartment so why not support a local business while doing some much needed self care :)

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. "Why?" you ask…read more Buckle up. I ran in FLUSTERED. I was running late from work. Lukkana greeted me and told me to catch my breath. She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

I don't say the aforementioned lightly since I used to manage a spa. What to know: the facial is very basic but thorough. You won't find any special facial treatments here beyond a mask upgrade. If you need more maintenance, this isn't the place for you. The space is dated but very clean. Think of it as more of a skin clinic than a spa and you'll be fine. I brought a friend here recently and she loved it as well. We are already planning our next one.

I did the $65 European facial which included some cleansing/face massage, 10 min steaming, quick extraction, two 10-min face masks, and then cleanup. You are left alone for the steaming and face masks. In between, there was lotion applied to my arms and a little of the upper back. Overall, felt like it was a relaxing experience in a very clean and professional environment. Most of the experience was having lotion applied or waiting for the mask to set - total work time on my face was 10 min. Is that supposed to be what happens during facials?? Elaine was my esthetician and was very courteous and communicated each step of what she was doing to keep me informed! At the end of the process, I was given a load of free samples!! Whoa!

The space has a beautiful scent that puts you at ease as soon as you walk-in. I had a signature facial and it really set a new standard for a facial for me. The facial and upper body massage relaxes you, I can't imagine not having a facial with such a nice neck/shoulder/arm massage again. The products they use don't have a strong fragrance -- every detail was perfect. They do give product recommendations after the service but there's no pressure and it doesn't feel sales-y or uncomfortable the way it can at other salons. Highly recommend my facialist Amy!

She went over some of my skin care history and current routine with me. The calming facial I received was refreshing. I felt cold things, hot things, a zappy thing, pinching thing, steam, and more. She also massaged my neck and hands. She gave me some great recommendations and I got a little eye treatment complimentary. I also appreciated that she wasn't pushy with the products and said I will email you what I recommend. My skin looks bright and clean. I also got some chocolate to take with me which was a nice touch. I will be back. Worth every penny.
