55$ is NOT a reasonable price for a simple one color gel nail!! you do not charge an extra 20$ for long nails especially when it's just one simple color and gel . absolutely not reasonable .‍‍‍. and i called and asked before hand how much and i quote " how much will a full set of acrylic gel LONG nails will cost and the guy answered 35$ then i get there and show him the length i want which isn't even that long and he said 55$ . charges me 20$ extra right then and there which i should've stopped and asked why so much?? but instead i gave the guy the chance to prove me they were worth 55$ after they are finished i discovered bumps and streaky polish and a terrible job shaping them and some nails were crooked . bad job and overpriced ! also took like 2 hours to do which dosnmake sense because they didn't even come out good and absolutely not worth the price!! don't come here !! lol you telling me i make no sense is so unprofessional , your prices make no sense . why can't you accept that you over price the nails ? you wasted my hard earned money so i will speak of it to let everyone know to not waste their money here when they can get their nails done for much cheaper and MUCH better .my mother is a nail tech in missouri and ain't no one EVER charge us 20$ for length that just ain't it! bye bye read more

Nail technicians were very meticulous and friendly service. Clean atmosphere, wait time wasn't too long. read more

Love this place. They take there time and the service is excellent! Vince is the bomb!!!

Came here today to get my hair colored and cut by Jennifer... ok color is very important to me- colorist needs to know your hair type, color, and how to blend colors to get the end result that you're looking for... well let me introduce you to Jennifer, make an appt and find out for yourself. Make sure you add hot oil treatment at the end to protect it and also let color set in more longer. They use high end quality products that won't burn or irritate your scalp... so while waiting for my hair color to set in I decided to kill time with getting a mani pedi done- that was a good choice bc they have a nice arrangement of gels color and they also have some chrome choices which I'm obsessed with it! Facilities is clean, they opened their equipment in front of me, even the file and buffer for my feet, which they threw out in front of me when they were done. I'm writing this for those who like to know the practices of nail establishments bc I know I do if I'm trying a new place- I did come here while on vacay and my friend recommended Jennifer and I'm so thankful she did.. read more

This place is new so I stopped in to check it out. I got a mani pedi, haircut, and dye....really happy with all the services and the price was right. I also bought their organic coconut oil for my skin and hair. Definitely coming back. read more

Probably the worst nail job I've ever had. Never have I seen someone file my nails longer than this salon or file around my nails.... I sat there for over an hour and 30 mins and maybe more, just to get SNS nails done. My SNS nails cracked within 2 days so I had to go back for them to fix it and then ended up cracking again within a week. Not worth my money or the tip I gave. Not even a week with having my SNS nails and I'm going somewhere else to redo them all. Waste of time and money, period. read more

Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my mani and pedi. Definitely my new nail place!

Mother in law and grandmother flew in for a visit so a group of 4 of us made an appointment. I thought the staff was very friendly but 2 of 3 of us getting pedicures were in pain for a good portion of the time. Lady doing my sister kept hurting her, but each time I said something she didn't seem to understand what I was saying and continued on. Guy that ended up doing my toes was very rough like he was new or not paying attention. My nails were cut very short and then he kept trying to file my skin off. It was very stressful. Only reason I give 2 starts is because they do give a long massage of feet, longest I've ever had anywhere Ive ever been. The massage kinda smoothed over all the hurt and pain of the rest of the pedicure but then when I got home later that night I noticed that my nails were not painted all the way. There are parts on lots of my toes missing nail polish, like he was afraid of painting too close to sides. First time trying here and I won't be back. OUCH is all I have to say :( read more

Hi, first and for most I would like to say my eyebrows are fucked, they looked like shit and was waxed in literally 45 sec. no time was spent. I also got eyelash extentions which was 80 bucks and they lasted 4 days , then looked Nasty and crusty. I spent a total of 110 there and literally started crying after I left. So before you think about going to Spa-Tastic don't. read more

Second visit here and I can't say enough about them! Great service, clean, fast! Gel color lasted over 2 weeks.

I am writing another review as I do not see my first post. Might have been removed. Took my daughter here and they are terrible at hair coloring. I should have known better. Brought in a picture of what we wanted and she stated, she could do it. Then, during the whole process, she kept asking us, "this color?". I was like...what?? Told her I dont know anything about mixing color, but asked her to refer back to the picture we brought in. The color should of been plum but they gave us fire engine red!!!! Never coming here again. read more

AMAZING!!! I just moved from San Diego to Phoenix, so I was desperately looking for a new nail place. The people that work here are so talented and friendly. I got my hair cut/colored, a pedicure, and a full set of nails and everything turned out perfect. I took my little sister with me and she got a manicure and pedicure and also loved it. The prices are great too! Will definitely be making this my permanent hair and nail place!! read more

I have been here a few times and I buy my mom gift cards because she loves gettingher hair done here. I recently treated myself to a hair cut, brow wax and pedi. And while I am happy with my hair cut and brows, my pedi was a disappointment. The woman was not paying attention and grated the side of my foot causing multiple abrasions. I was embarrassed and the woman clearly felt bad. She did not mean to injure me. My disappointment comes from the fact that they still charged me for the pedi. I did not want to cause a scene, so I paid and left. Need to find a new place for my mom now. read more

I have NEVER in my life had service this bad. The guy who did my toes made no effort to get in my cuticles, he barely touched them with the cuticle removers. The massage was equivalent to rubbing in lotion, no massaging at all. He literally FILED my actual toes because he filed the nails so short it went to skin. The paint job looks like a 5 year old did it; toes half painted and Polish smeared all over. A total of 3 people worked on my manicure, the first one being an 80 year old woman who again, barely even touched my cuticles. Then another lady came over and took over. Same result so a THIRD lady came over. When all was said and done, 4 of my nails were bleeding, all filed uneven and dust on top of my cuticles from the file. It kept getting worse and worse so I said I didn't even want the massage. Mind you, during all this, all of them were speaking their language, I know, talking about me. When it came to paying I showed the gentleman my nails and toes and told him how unhappy I was and how I didn't even get the massage. He remains completely silent, does nothing but ring me up for my full price. I truly believe these people are working without being licensed. There is NO WAY a professional would have such a poor skill set. I highly recommend going elsewhere for manicures and pedicures. Such a horrible experience and even worse service! read more

Looks relatively new nail salon, I just went to get a quick regular manicure after I got some Jamba juice. It was very well done, everyone was genuinely friendly, atmosphere was pretty relaxing, ohh & the music videos were super awesome. All of my favorite songs, it's like the picked the songs just for me. Every time I stop by to get some Jamba, I'll stop by here as well. I want to sit on the spa chair next time! It's right next to my house too, so yeah. read more

The service was excellent, environment is clean and friendly. I will recommend it to my friends!

Awesome customer service and decent nail service... pedicures are awesome however I gave 2 stars because I decided to let the lady do my lashes and she did not at all know what she was doing, my eyes have glue clumped everywhere and it looks horrible they are uneven and not even completely across my eye... I'm not one to complain or ask for money back but I feel completely robbed because right when she finished I told her that it was not something I was satisfied with now I was already running late for a comedy show so I just paid and left but I called this morning which is easter to express my dissatisfaction and the lady tried to imply that I just wanted them for that night and now I want my money back now mind you I never asked for my money back all I told her was that I was unhappy with her work and she offered to fix it and I refused because she tried to fix it the first go round and made me late to the show and still it looked awful... I'm sick of paying for stuff and feeling disappointed in what I received and I never speak up so tomorrow I'm going to the shop to get my 20 dollar gift card that she offered me which is only half of what I paid for some shit I could have did at home and she's supposed to remove them because whatever adhesive that she used will not come out of my lashes and the falsies will not come off like I'm sure that whatever she does to remove them she's probably going to rip out my real lashes and now I'm horrified.... they just lost a potential loyal customer who's is at the nail show at least once a week... smh read more

I'm new to Arizona and couldn't find a salon that I liked or did a good job. I love Spatastic!!! I love the ability to make an appointment through their page on FB. I get my hair and nails done there and I'm never disappointed. Great service, people and clean salon. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Went in for a partial highlight. Apparently the stylist Jennifer said I said I want subtle highlights but I told her I don't want chunks or streaky blonde. I wanted dimension. I ended up being sold a gel mani and a cut. I went home and my husband and kids didn't know I had any change other than my hair was styled. I called and said this is not what I wanted, can you fix it or i am going somewhere else to get what I wanted. They told me to come in and immediately she starts to argue that it's what I asked for when I sit in the chair. When I told her my husband didn't notice a difference, she said I want to talk to him. I wanted my hair to be done so it was a noticeable difference not looked like maybe 2 hairs were highlighted. She begins to take my phone after telling me pull up pictures of what I asked for to show customers and ask if it looks highlighted. Well now that's just plain rude, I've never been treated so poorly! read more

One of the worst places I have been to customer service wise. The quality of the service was good, overpriced for the quality. However they lack the ability to inform customer about the DRASTIC upcharge for gel nail polish. I came in because I had received a gift card for my birthday. Good thing I did not come in on my birthday! I told the guy I wanted their manicure and pedicure packages that was listed at $35. The lady asked if I would like gel nail polish, I said sure thinking it would be a little bit more money. Once I was done I went to pay, for my daughter and I and the bill came to about $125. The guy was being rude as I handed him my gift card and coupon, and he only wanted to apply the gift card and not the coupon. I had to ask him to apply it. He then got ruder when I paid in cash. He offered to stamp my stamp card. I thought I would get two stamps since I paid for two people. He only stamped one and told me she had to get her own card. He ended up stamping the card twice but I should not have to ask him to do two. I will defiantly not be going there again and will not recommend this place. read more
