Massage Sway is my most favorite spa destination. If you are needing a relaxing getaway to unwind and destress, this is the place to be. I always look forward to my appointments and make sure to get to the spa about 10-15 minutes before my session to relax with a cup of hot tea or a glass of wine in the lounge while listening to blissful, calming music. I also love the calming scent that welcomes me the moment I enter the spa. My favorite add-on service is the dry brushing as it allows me to sink deeper into relaxation and zen. I love the products that they offer - my favorite product is the "Sand Your Ground" clarifying exfoliation mask. The owners at Massage Sway have thought through every detail of the client experience from start to finish - it is always a very inviting and restorative experience. The Sway club member perks are phenomenal! As a member, you get discounted rates on the services and add-ons! Normally I'm a bit leary of spas "in the mall" but I've been a here a few times now and have been delighted each time. The MS therapists have all been very professional, effective and the environment is incredibly soothing. There was one room with kind of a loud fan, I think it was #2, but other than that I've been very happy with Massage Sway. Phenomenal Experience. It was my first time at Massage Sway and it certainly will not be my last. I did the Signature Sway and it was fantastic. I was incredibly impressed by my therapist Vanessa. I could tell she had a vast knowledge of the body & muscle groups because she made the massage extremely dynamic based on where she was noticing tension. The place was immaculate and ambiance was soothing. The table bed and towels were so comfortable I could of slept my entire time there. My only regret on my visit was not booking the longer session! Love love love LOVE this place! The waiting area is super relaxing. They give you complimentary wine, snacks, and flavored water. I will be returning for the entire experience, not just for the facials/massages. I can concur that the estheticians know what they are doing which is super important for matters dealing with the skin! Very highly considering their membership...but I don't see the point if I will only go monthly and the price for a normal 50min treatment is $69 and the membership is $69/mo. I had a couples massage at sway and it was such a great experience :-) I received my massage from Paloma she had such great technique and used just the right amount of pressure. I love the smell of lavender and she mixed some in with my lotion to make the massage even more relaxing. The spa is beautiful and they even offer infused waters and hot tea while you wait in the serenity room. My boyfriend had a great experience also with his deep tissue massage. Our facials and massages were great, but...I was hoping for a spa atmosphere and this was not it. They don't have lockers, so between treatments, we had to carry our belongings in a basket back to the waiting area ("relaxing room"), which was so full of people (most in street clothes, we were in our robes), that we had to stand. Someone cleared a small bench for us to perch on while we waited. If you are looking for a girls' day out, with a steam room, lockers, dressing room, champagne, relaxing room that isn't crowded, etc., keep looking. read more

I had a great facial by Melissa. I used a gift card my husband had given me, so it was all a sweet surprise. Before the facial I was asked if I wanted to add any enhancement services.. I added a few things like a foot scrub, eye repair and mint hair massage. It was such a relaxing and great facial I nearly fell asleep. Melissa did great on extractions and felt my face benefitted immensely from the glycolic peel as well. She was well informative and made the experience lovely. There was a bit of construction noise at the end of my session, both Melissa and the owner were so professional and kind to apologize and offered some services be compensated. The staff is nice and so is the decor. I got a massage for my husband and I for Valentine's Day, the double room was sold out so we got separate rooms at the same time. My massage was just ok didn't really do too much, the strawberry crush lotion though was a gross sticky mess not sure why it was chosen. My husbands massage was not good at all, his therapist spent ~45 min of a 50 min massage on his lower back......... even after he asked for his neck and calves to be worked on. He came out of his massage saying "I think that guy had a cold" sure enough he is sick now. I don't blame the therapist I would hate to think what the spa would do if he called in on a holiday. Our massage came with champagne witch was not bad (spa also provides ok wine) and a truffle but it was not a truffle it was a red velvet cake ball dipped in white chocolate and was just ok. All in all this feels like a spa that looks and feels nice but I would bet they have a high turnover in staff. We will not be going back nor would we recommend this spa to anyone. read more

My absolute most favorite spa in Austin. I experienced the best services here, everyone was really friendly. I always leave here feeling totally rejuvenated after services. Personal Favorite is The Signature Sway Massage with Hot stones, it's like a combination of a Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue. Really relaxing, but I aways need a little deeper work since I am a hair stylist. Signature is my go to, it is relaxing and I still feel like I am relieving those tight muscles with the therapy I need. I usually book with Brent. I like the hot stones enhancements almost always, it helps to relieve my muscles that are the most tense that otherwise would need more work. Brent made the recommendation and I seriously feel a huge difference between my appointments. Also love The Signature Sway Facial with the LED light therapy. Also microdermabrasion here is on awesome, I am all about keeping my skin looking and feeling radiant. I just booked my next appointment and today I got the new Holiday Clairisonic, they're so cute. I love my clairisonic, and really wanted a new one. I was going to go shopping after, but I couldn't resist lol. Ashley recommended the "Redness Neutralizer" hoping it helps!
